Cozy apartment 2nd 10min Walk Downtown | City View

This is my second time staying in this property. The place is clean, the shower is wonderful. They have a parking spot in the property which is great. It is fairly close to PVD mall, its about 5 min by car, so maybe 15 min walking. There is a Walmart, Aldi and other grocery stores around. A dessert shop, Golden Crest, couple streets away. Several cafes and places to eat. Communication with the holst is very good. I told him that one of the chairs was broken and he responded very fast. Also when the internet password was changed he texted right away. Instructions to get in the apartment is very clear. It is a little noisy but that is expected for a place this close to the city. They have a fully functional kitchen, microwave, toaster, fridge, some pots and pans and dishes. The coffee bar is cute, minimalist but is great for coffee lovers. There is always extra towels and the beds are comfortable. They dont have a laundry room but there is a laundry place close by. Overall is a good place to stay, a home away from home.

Perfect space to stay when you’re taking on the city of providence! My partner and I stayed here for the Comic con weekend and it was great! Clean and cozy. Super spacious.Off street parking. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very clean, with a nice coffee bar. Although i didnt cook, they had a fully set up kitchen. The beds were very very comfortable, and the shower was amazing, good water pressure. It was a 15 min walk to downtown, lots of shops around by car, no more then 8 minutes drive. I recommend very much, i will definitely go back. Loved the place.

The apartment as a whole is fine. It was not ready when posted and when it was, the check in information was not correct. I reached out to the owner a couple of time with general questions such as check out requirements and never heard from him. The window in one of the rooms was left open and would not stay closed. The price defenitely reflects the expierence.

I booked this VRBO, received confirmation, etc. my daughter and I get off the plane at 11pm and I pull up the confirmation and there is no check in info regarding how to access the property so I reach out. I promptly receive an email just saying “sorry for the double booking.” And like that my reservation was canceled. The owner would not answer my phone calls, texts, VRBO messages - ghosted hundreds of miles from home at almost midnight. Have you ever tried booking a hotel room at midnight on Valentine’s Day? Needless to say I’d avoid this uncaring, unprofessional, discourteous “host” at absolutely all costs. I’m angry I have to leave a star at all. They should get zero.
