The condo was a wonderful place for our family. The doggie door and fenced in yard was a bonus! It is clean, comfortable and the assessible bathroom was very helpful. The setting is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the birds and ducks. The pond views from the windows was beautiful. Also it is located near Walmart and tons of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your nice home! I chose this property as it was close to my son's house. If you know Jacksonville at all... you'll know Mandarin as an older neighborhood, but safe. It exceeded my expectations... it's in an area with lots of family homes that are well manicured. The need for a double bed+ in the second bedroom would be my only critique. The home was decorated very cute with real furniture (NOT the IKEA crap you find in many rental homes). Great kitchen with everything you need to cook, a fire pit out back, super comfy sofa, and nice bathrooms. Very pleased!

Cozy with a nice layout .View of pond in backyard was nice and calming .Was cute to see ducklings in the pond. Nice that is was conveniently located to all shopping needs. Only con would be more updated tvs and bedding
