Forested Coastal Paradise With Views, Epic Game Room, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, 1/2 Mile to Ocean

Fantastic location to town and beach. Clean and modern finishes, comfortable furniture and beds. The lot was private and surrounded by natural beauty. The game rooms and entertainment areas were fun for all ages! Will stay here again when coming to Rockaway Beach in the future. Highly recommend!!

The property was absolutely beautiful. We woke up to deer in the yard and they came back in the evening as well lots of wildlife centrally located beautiful spot to get to sites that we wanted to see check out process was easy. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Some of the comments from my fellow travelers were: “Excellent!” “Five plus five plus five plus five stars!” Tranquil by the pond is just that. Our quilting group had a phenomenal time relaxing and sewing. I can’t say enough about the homeowners who shared their home. Every little detail was very evident. There was so much to do. We were able to watch the deer by day and the frogs sang us to sleep every night. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! We LOVED the house, the kids especially loved the yard and the game room. Only giving it 4 stars because the beds were not very comfortable and there were a number of things that didn’t work: shuffle board table, game room fridge, coffee maker, Wii, garage door and one of the burners in the stove. (To be fair I did accidentally break a framed picture, so we might be even)

This was the perfect space for our friend reunion! Lots of space to sprawl out and have moments of quiet. The game room was so fun to use and we really enjoyed everything the property had to offer. Cooking was a breeze with a fully stocked spacious kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean and homey. 10/10 would recommend this place! Easy walk to the beach and such lovely forest wildlife (deer) in the mornings :)
