2 HOMES on Douglas Lake - Smoke Rise Lodge & Barn

Our very large family group (22 adults & kids) used these three properties for a Christmas family reunion. The lodge, cabin & barn provided many different bedding and layouts to satisfy everyone's needs. The hosts/owners & property manager were phenomenal. They were always ready and happy to assist with any issue or question, no matter how big or small. There was a very tiny hiccup with check-in information not being sent but I think that was a Vrbo hiccup more so than anything else. The owners resolved it immediately.The owners had all three properties decorated for the holidays, provided supplies for smores by the fire, and gave us free access to their golf cart for shuttling back and forth. They also graciously offered any extra supplies we may have been low on like toiletries, paper towels, etc...We couldn't have asked for anything better.I can definitely recommend the owners and the properties to anyone looking for a great vacation home spot in the Smoky Mountain area - well situated between Biltmore and all the activities in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

Our family of 13 had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. Plenty of room for all of us between the two homes. The owner were great to deal with. It snowed while we were there and they werequick to sand the driveway. The houses were well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The homes were both beautifully decorated for Christmas. We would recommend this vacation property.
