Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our annual moms’ trip and had a blast as always. There is plenty of room for all of us! The views are incredible, and it always feels like home. Can’t wait to see what they are doing with the backyard. See you next year!

Wonderful view, good decor and amenities. Well layout space for a family of 8. 5 mins walk to the be beach/buffer trial. Check in/check out was smooth. We will live to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice home with lots of amenities. Great for families with multiple kids as the lower level is a great kids play room plus a bunk room that can sleep 4+ kids. The views out the main level are amazing from every room in the house. Kitchen is well equipped and updated.

We had a great vacation at the lovely Bella Vista home. The house had everything our two families needed - big dining table, fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, giant TV, hot tub, board games. The location was perfect - easy walk to Fiscalini Preserve, and short drive to the village of Cambria, beaches, and San Simeon. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice, but the basement area is weird. I know it is for kids, but the floors are too hard for rough housing. The yard needs work badly. The dishes are limited. More lighting is definitely needed. The screen in master bedroom needs attention.
