Our stay at Hotel Pupetto was incredible. The parking was convenient and they pick up the bags from the car and bring them directly to the room. The stairs down to the property are a bit daunting but you really only need to walk down once and don’t need to walk up until you leave. There is a very cute and accessible pathway that wraps around the mountain to get into Positano city center so no need for the stairs at that point. The property itself was great, very clean and cute rooms, a restaurant with good food. Breakfast was included and was great. Right on the beach which was so nice and convenient. The views are great as well. And just a 10 minute walk into town on such a pretty pathway. We extended our stay an extra night and loved it and would absolutely come back

Litt dyr parkering (på Hotels står det 18 EUR og rabatt mulig - i realiteten er det mellom 35 og 45 for dei vanlige bilstørrelsene. Parkering er uansett ein utfordring i Positano - men verdt besøket.

The charm of hotel Pupetto was amazing! we really enjoyed spending a day at the beach club and we also enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was very nice to have our luggage be brought up from the ferry by the porter as it is very hilly. The location was beautiful easy walk into town.

Hotel Pupetto was a very clean easy walk to the town center. Pupetto had an awesome restaurant with breakfast included. Beach access was perfecto! Chairs umbrellas and towels available. Best part was porters brought our luggage to the ferry terminal. So simple! Will definitely be back! View is breathtaking!

Very simply rooms but youre paying for the location. Great beachfront location with the beachclub directly attached to the hotel. Beach here is the best as not as busy as the main area. LOTS of stairs down but well worth it. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We cannot say enough great things about Hotel Pupetto. We had a sea view room with a large terrace area. The restaurant was incredible, from the service to the food to the views. The location is convenient right on Fornillo Beach with easy walking paths into the main parts of Positano. There is a beach club right on site with rentable chairs and great lunch and drink options. We already want to come back!

It’s a walk from the pier ( if arriving via ferry) to the hotel but there is a complimentary porter service to help carry your luggage. The optional tip given was well earned.The hotel is situated about a less than 10 min walk (some parts are slightly uphill) from the main part of town where all the shops and restaurants are located. This area gets really packed with people so being a short walk away was welcoming for us. This near by tourist area is great to wander through and for shopping or gelato. The room was spacious and clean. Internet access was good. The hotel has a nice breakfast with a beautiful view of the water. One of the best parts is the hotel has it’s own beach area where you can reserve a 2-person chair with umbrella. Particularly ideal because the main beach area (10 minwalk away) is so packed with people. It was comfortable with far less people at the hotel’s private beach access. One night, we made reservations at the hotel’s restaurant. Although the service was great, view spectacular, and food delicious, the food portions for certain dishes was extremely small for the price you pay. Not sure if it’s the same at other seafood restaurants in the area. Other than that, it’s an awesome hotel and I would definitely come back in the future.

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was so helpful and the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The food at the restaurant was delicious! We are so happy we stayed at the Hotel Puppetto. If you have the chance you won’t regret it. Oh, and it’s right on the beach which was wonderful.

Hotel Puppetto was amazing! We would 100% stay here again. The view from our room/balcony was incredible. Super close to Fornillo beach. Bathroom and room were modern and clean. We had room service come each day and tidy the room and provide fresh towels. We had lunch at the restaurant which was delicious- however on the pricer side due to location. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The porters took our luggage to the top where our driver was to which we paid a small tip. There are steps that are required to get down to the hotel, which aren’t for everyone. There was a path without steps to get to the main beach and town which was super easy to navigate. However everything else was up lots of stairs (Positano style)

The room was clean, the location was great, the front desk personnel was professional and courteous, the breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman that was the porter was wonderful, he helped us with the luggage when we arrived from the ferry and got our luggage up several staircases where the cab picked us up to take us to the airport. He was kind, courteous, and very professional.

I love this hotel. It’s charming, clean and on the beach. Staff are really helpful. Restaurant is excellent and only 10 minute walk around the mountain walkway to main Postitano. We will return

We had a fabulous stay. Rooms looked recently renovated and were very clean with everything you need and stunning views from the balcony. Beach club was great and so handy right out the front of the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Easy walk into the shops and main beach were the boat tours leave from. Absolutely fabulous place to stay.

Very clean and well maintained property. Location is very close to the port. Nice restaurant on site as well. Breakfast was great. Front desk was very helpful with advice on transportation and tips for Path of the Gods hike. Would recommend to anyone planning on staying in Positano.

Great location. Room was basic and the shower didn’t have a door so it wet the entire bathroom when you turned the shower on. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The dinner menu was excellent. Best meal we had in Positano. Will definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Pupetto! We would go back again and again. Our room was ocean front with a cute balcony. The service was great across eating, cleaning and bringing bags up and down!

Loved our stay at hotel pupetto. All of the staff were incredibly courteous and kind , ESP Veronica he was a lifesaver and helping us schedule transfers and be able to book a moped. Our room felt a little bit dated and the bed was not the most comfortable But the views from our room were incredibly stunning and the gigantic deck completely made up for it all. In fact the room was incredibly private and quiet and I found the little details like the shower ceiling or the shape of the doorway to be rather sweet and this took away from the fact that the room felt like it had not been updated in years.. oh and the breakfast are delicious and again stunning views with great service... and just for the fact that you are right on top of the beach really makes this room well worth the money spent . I'm so happy we chose to say in the superior suite at hotel pupetto.

This hotel is very nice and the views are great. It’s clean and room and balcony are very large, my only issue was that I booked this because it was on the beach, being Positano I was looking for something that didn’t have a lot of stairs to climb. BUT… it’s not in the actual town, you have to walk about 13 minutes to get to hotel and it’s a steep walkway. By the time you walk into town you’re already tired. I wish I would have known that before booking. Other than that the place was good.

We had a fabulous stay. Rooms looked recently renovated and were very clean with everything you need and stunning views from the balcony. Beach club was great and so handy right out the front of the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Easy walk into the shops and main beach were the boat tours leave from. Absolutely fabulous place to stay.

We cannot say enough great things about Hotel Pupetto. We had a sea view room with a large terrace area. The restaurant was incredible, from the service to the food to the views. The location is convenient right on Fornillo Beach with easy walking paths into the main parts of Positano. There is a beach club right on site with rentable chairs and great lunch and drink options. We already want to come back!

The included breakfast was good quality. The location to main part of town was less than 10 min walk. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beach was filled with sea glass. My only negative was bed was not comfortable. I still would stay again though. Beautiful hotel with views.

The property was the perfect choice! When we arrived with our bags off of the ferry, we were greeted by porters who asked which hotel we were staying at and if they could assist us with our luggage. Once I informed them where we were staying, they said that a porter was complimentary with our hotel and they proceeded to contact our hotel to have the porter to come to the dock to get our bags. He came within 10 mins, he grabbed our luggage and we followed him to the hotel, which was about a 7 min walk. It was an amazing hotel right off of the beach with an amazing view for breakfast every morning! I was very pleased to say the least.

The room was clean, the location was great, the front desk personnel was professional and courteous, the breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman that was the porter was wonderful, he helped us with the luggage when we arrived from the ferry and got our luggage up several staircases where the cab picked us up to take us to the airport. He was kind, courteous, and very professional.

You still have to pay for the umbrella (doesn’t make sense to me) our room was specious. Staff members from restaurant section is quite rude. Reception staff were helpful &nice.

The hotel is in an amazing area. Quick walk from ferry and close to shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous beachfront views and easy access to beach. Food at restaurant was good but service was a little lacking there. Front desk and porters were great though. So helpful!

Beach front with beautiful view! Scenic costal walkway connects the hotel and near by restaurant to the town center beach and ferry. Hotel provides porter service which is essential to navigate hilly Positano and the many steps. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful and responsive to address an issue we had with the room. Will likely stay again and get the sea view balcony room in the main hotel building.

This is the place to stay in Positano ! (Unless you prefer waking up and down hundreds of steps every day to the beach?)Resort is beautiful and beach is private right on the sea! We had a sea view which was stunning. Restaurant is amazing food and staff. Veronica at reception desk is amazing and was so helpful with transportation questions for excursions and as we extended our vacation onto Florence. Resort is immaculate as they clean nonstop. The beach restaurant staff also incredible bringing food and drinks at your request. It does require a decent walk into city center but the path is safe and the scenery is incredible! Gates to resort get locked at night which was also appreciated.

We had to spend a quick one night and catch a 5:45 am taxi to Naples for a train to Venice. They were super accommodating… had a breakfast snack ready at 5 am… made cappuccinos to go and had our bags pre brought up by porters up the stairs where the taxi picked them up before picking us up a bit down the road. Loved the service. Being On the beach was awesome. We had an ocean view family room And was totally worth it.

It’s a walk from the pier ( if arriving via ferry) to the hotel but there is a complimentary porter service to help carry your luggage. The optional tip given was well earned.The hotel is situated about a less than 10 min walk (some parts are slightly uphill) from the main part of town where all the shops and restaurants are located. This area gets really packed with people so being a short walk away was welcoming for us. This near by tourist area is great to wander through and for shopping or gelato. The room was spacious and clean. Internet access was good. The hotel has a nice breakfast with a beautiful view of the water. One of the best parts is the hotel has it’s own beach area where you can reserve a 2-person chair with umbrella. Particularly ideal because the main beach area (10 minwalk away) is so packed with people. It was comfortable with far less people at the hotel’s private beach access. One night, we made reservations at the hotel’s restaurant. Although the service was great, view spectacular, and food delicious, the food portions for certain dishes was extremely small for the price you pay. Not sure if it’s the same at other seafood restaurants in the area. Other than that, it’s an awesome hotel and I would definitely come back in the future.

The hotel is in an amazing location. The breakfast is very good and the beach access is perfect! The walk into town is only 10 minutes along a lovely safe path. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinner as well. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful few days at hotel Pupetto. The location is close to the ferries and a relatively easy walk to the main area of town. There are lots of stairs and windy walkways in Positano but we were always able to easily navigate wondering around town then being able to get back to the hotel. The beach is gorgeous however it is rocky, water shoes are a must to make it fully enjoyable. The water is warm and feels like you are in paradise. The hotel staff at every encounter were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to Positano I definitely will be returning to this hotel.

Hotel Puppetto was amazing! We would 100% stay here again. The view from our room/balcony was incredible. Super close to Fornillo beach. Bathroom and room were modern and clean. We had room service come each day and tidy the room and provide fresh towels. We had lunch at the restaurant which was delicious- however on the pricer side due to location. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The porters took our luggage to the top where our driver was to which we paid a small tip. There are steps that are required to get down to the hotel, which aren’t for everyone. There was a path without steps to get to the main beach and town which was super easy to navigate. However everything else was up lots of stairs (Positano style)

This hotel is very nice and the views are great. It’s clean and room and balcony are very large, my only issue was that I booked this because it was on the beach, being Positano I was looking for something that didn’t have a lot of stairs to climb. BUT… it’s not in the actual town, you have to walk about 13 minutes to get to hotel and it’s a steep walkway. By the time you walk into town you’re already tired. I wish I would have known that before booking. Other than that the place was good.

Property is away from the busy port area of Positano, so is much quieter than the other properties along the coast. You will have about a 10-15 minute walk to get to the main port area. The onsite restaurant was very good, including the breakfast. Staff was friendly and spoke decent English. Make sure you take advantage of the complementary baggage pickup and drop off.

Great location. Room was basic and the shower didn’t have a door so it wet the entire bathroom when you turned the shower on. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The dinner menu was excellent. Best meal we had in Positano. Will definitely recommend.

Restaurant is overpriced and service wasn’t great. Room was very basic and single bed was a hard sofa not a bed. No tea and coffee facilities. Lovely location. For the price the beach club should have been included.

All of the staff at Hotel Pupetto were friendly, happy & efficient. Food on the patio for breakfast was fresh with a big selection & the waiters were efficient with great coffee. The restaurant at night was delicious with fresh seafood & a wonderful spot to watch the sun go down. The Porters were amazing carrying luggage in and out of the location & always polite, welcoming when you passed them during our stay. The beach view & gardens were so spectacular, so many beautiful memories. A quick walk to the main beach in Positano, walked around the point at least 2-3 times a day. Definitely one of our best memories in Italy. Thankyou ✅🇮🇹🙏❤️

My family loved our stay at Hotel Pupetto! Great amenities and great location! About a 6 min walk to the main pier and all the business of Positano. I believe it’s the only hotel that’s on the water with its own beach, no need to beach anywhere else! The food in the main hotel restaurant was great. All of the staff was very friendly, as was management. The hotel was very clean and very well maintained! Great view of the sea from our room terrace! Would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay!

Excellent hotel make sure you enter by the beach entrance, which is a lot shorter go to Spiagge Grande and follow the cement path close to shore. They also have a free porter system for your luggage..

This hotel exceeded all expectations I had set. The beach view was amazing and one that I’ll never get over. The staff was incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions and helped us navigate town. The beach club was awesome and the food was wayyyyy better than we could have imagined. Each room was equipped with a beach bag & towels to use at the beach. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you stay here you will not regret it!!!
