Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village

Great staff good location for the business trip I was on, clean room, except for the shower... The lower tiles and floor were kind of gross. I had to shower while standing on towels to feel comfortable

Issue at check in where they held the full rate of the hotel stay instead of 50 dollars on my card. Still working with them to get that adjusted. Room was great and clean and felt almost new. The air conditioning/heat climimitzation was difficult to control despite a new digital thermostat. Ac was loud, too large and close to the bed so I wound up unplugging it so I can get some sleep which was the whole goal of renting the room in the city. Despite that the room itself was very clean and high end and spacious for this side of NYC.

Great location Hudson square has a lot of restaurants / easy walking
