Where do I start... It was that bad! For starters our truck was stolen at 2:30am and was caught on camera and the guy who stole look like he done this here before. He sat and chilled at picnic tables and scoped cars out then chose our. He was in and gone in less than 3 minutes.. Still haven't found our truck... Staff was very rude and acted like they could care less.. I asked about security and they said they havent been able to afford security for a while now.. I should've canceled with the first red flag when the front desk lady hung up on me for asking how to get my son checked in without me there. She just kept repeating "No, you book through 3rd party" My son had to wait till I got there to get checked in but the man at desk apologized and said my son should've gotten a key because he was on reservation. It was a mess. She was literally frowning up and terribly attitude!! I would give 0 stars if an option!

Property is in complete disrepair. External trash bins completely full and overflowing. Pool was not appealing at all. 2 Throw pillows on the bed instead of standard size pillows. Carpeting so dingy, good thing I don't wear white socks as a habit. Blackout curtains are a joke. Bathroom: door knob loosely installed backwards. Existing shower curtain may as well not exist. Water leaked through and onto floor which explains the rust around the toilet base. Shower curtain rod likely being held up by magic, huge gaping hole. Same as shower head, magic. As for the microwave, looks like too many cans of soup were nuked in there. Continental breakfast: stay safe and bring your own. Area was unkept cereal left on counters. Not looking forward to booking a room with Wyndham any time soon.

Nothing worked in the room except one lamp. Roaches. They couldn’t spare ONE PILLOW, we’re prettyshitty about extra toilet paper and the fact I may have woke them up for my second roll of toilet paper during my five day stay. Disgusting pool.

Property area is dark not enough lighting and room not clean and not enough amenities

The pool looked very nice and peaceful.

The multiple beds were full size, it would be nice if they were queen size. The size of the room was ok. The pool area could use more cleaning. I checked out before breakfast so no comment in that area. But for a last minute quick one night stay and for the price, I cant complain at all. I think this was the cheapest room in the area.

There is rolled up carpet in the dining area. It appears to be under remodeling.

Upon arrival, I inquired about an early check in. There were no vehicles at the property with the exception of the 2 staff vehicles. The young lady at the counter snapped back she could but she would have to charge me extra. I declined. Once I returned at 2'ish to check in, another lady helped get me checked in. As I was entering the side entrance with my bags, I noticed the pool gate had a cable lock around it. I assumed the pool was closed for some reason. When I entered the side door there was some sort of red sauce all over the floor and wall. I made my way up to my room and it was very quiet. When I entered my room I found that the air was off. It was over 90 degrees and extremely humid. I immediately turned the air on and down. The carpets were black everywhere. The love seat in the room had cigarette burns in it and was black as well. One of the cushions insides was exposed because the cover was torn open. Some of the lights didn't work and all of the outlets were all loose in their boxes. The pillows on the bed were little like half pillows. Almost like cushions for a couch and they were folded up inside the full side pillow cases. In the bathroom I found that the toilet was not seated correctly so it wobbled left and right when you sat on it. The stopper for the tub was stripped out and was up on the soap are of the shower and there was a big nasty looking hole in the wall behind the shower head. There was mold in the carpet around the mini fridge

Very bare minimum Top lock on our door was broken and unusable. No breakfast was available. Coffee pot was empty in lobby and was reluctantly offered to be refilled. No a/c in hallways, very warm. Carpets worn at doorways and covered with red tape. Very sketchy unsafe neighborhood. No working lights in two of three lamps available in room. Sure better get our $50 refunded!

Upon arrival the rude clerk hassled me for my credit card because she said I needed to pay a $50 deposit. I informed her that my credit card information was provided in advance via a text message link sent to me the previous day by the hotel. They never charged the card for $50 but I wondered what the point of the pre-check-in procedure was the day before? There were no towels in the room, so we had to go ask for those. The laminate flooring was cracked up so bad you had to be careful not to injure your feet. Both rear entrances had broken locks so no hotel key was required to get in the building. Anybody off the street could enter, however they would probably be deterred by the big pile of pigeon crap on the ground in front of the door. The pigeons were allowed to use the satellite dish to roost right over the door and crap right down on you passing through! The rear gate entrance to the parking lot was locked up, I'm guessing an attempt to stop your car from getting broken into? The place is in pretty run down area.

Bathroom had black mold in it, common areas were dirty and need significant remodeling. Area around hotel was dirty.

There was black mold all over the bathroom shower, floor walls ect. There was blood on the bathroom mirror and no hot water, towels or wash clothes. The ac was great.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean

I could not stay in this hotel with my kids. The room was dirty and walls shows traces of bugs killed. The box under the bed was torn with roaches and signs of bedbugs. I requested a change of room and the available room was in a worse state. Eventually left with the worst experience

The main part of the room was clean, lobby was clean, we arrived late and didn’t turn on the lights in the bathroom until the morning. We were horrified to find mold around the shower and on the ceiling. The shower curtain was torn and there was a dead bed in the overhead light. I took pictures. The female at the front desk was rude and so we did not report the uncleanliness to her, but I have pictures as evidence. We were going to book another day and do the River Walk, but the bathroom was a deal breaker. We won’t book there, again.

The room floor was dirty with stains. The wall outlets did not work. The toliet was loose when you sit down

The room was a bit dated, but the bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was quiet at night and felt safe.

Hotel is not high end but from my experience of these hotels they used to be nice well maintained and free breakfast was way better (even though free breakfast is not high end. First of the area is not bad, hotel is small, complimentary breakfast was a waffle maker and a jar of juice and some small muffins, soda machine that doesn’t work, and a snack machine, other than that the rooms need updating, the room looks like it has furniture and bedding items were left outside for over 4 full seasons, mold in the shower all on the ceiling, stingy on soap supplies and other items needed for a stay. Price can’t complain but a bad experience for being a first out of state

I think this may have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times were a nightmare. My first stay the shower curtain rod was attached to the wall by one screw and I felt like it was going to fall at any point. My second stay, anything that could go wrong went wrong. The door would not fully close and both locks were broken. When I alerted hotel staff, they asked me to give them my schedule for the next day so they could find time to "take a grinder to the door" and fix it. Past that, the TV was broken, the couch cushions were torn up, and the bathroom fan would make the most horrible noise and was stuck which is a major fire hazard. I don't think I'd tell my worst enemy to stay here. The staff themselves were for the most part nice but one member of staff knocked on my door to fix the TV at 10pm when I hadn't even found that issue yet. This likely means they knowingly gave me a room with a broken TV. The next morning when I told them the rest of the issues, an older woman came up from behind me and started yelling at me and refused to let me change rooms. Do yourself a favor and go a block down the road to the Best Western or somewhere else if you need to stay in the area.

The condition of the room was very far below standards. There was no security latch on the door inside. A handle was missing to the night stand. the love seat looked very old and dirty plus the pillows were unzipped and the foam sticking out. The curtain had stains and a cigarette burn. There was no second curtain layer. The room was on the ground floor. The coffee table had permanent damage marks. The bathroom floor was leaking. The bathroom was clean and the bed sheets seemed clean too.

Convenient to freeway access, TV is 20 years old they need to upgrade

It was the worst property I have ever stayed at being a Wyndham property. Back door to first floor was not secured. We opened every time without using a key. The security feature on the inside of our door was broken.

There were children who kept opening and slamming the adjoining room door, I I asked the front desk if I could move to another room and they told me I could not but they would speak to the people in the room next to us. Don't know if they actually did or not because we still heard the door slamming up your more times and the baby crying till the morning. The walls are super thin. The so-called breakfast was not ready until 2 hours later then the supposed start time. The little refrigerator did not work, it had ice built up in it. There was red duct tape over a hole in the bathroom. I would not be going back. Was not even offered a discount

When we checked in there was much help and information on what to see in the area and even help on what to see as we continued on our trip! A very kind gentleman worked the front desk both when we arrived and checked out! We would stay again! Thank you for a great rest on our long journey!

The staff was so nice and they were so kind. They provided such great customer service. I had just stayed at a Choice Hotel the night before in which I had a horrible experience. Staying at this hotel I actually was able to relax . The room was fully stocked upon arrival. And did I mention they were so kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible service. We had to wait for the front desk clerk to finish smoking before we could get our receipt. The hotel smells awful, and the rooms are hot and humid.

I wasn’t happy with service another guest had to open the door because the receptionist was nowhere near to open the door. We arrived around 11p.m. The rooms smelled the bathroom curtain dirty the tub was extremely slippery like if it wasn’t clean bathroom lights wasn’t functioning

The front desk person when I arrived at 10:30 pm was asleep and treated me very angrily to give me my room, in addition to the fact that the hotel was locked and I could not enter, I caused him discomfort by getting to the hotel to sleep, I do not understand, the hotel is not bad, but it is not good, bad pillows, little cleaning and bad service, if you can avoid it, avoid it, if there is no more, then you can bear it. rating 4/10

Every one was friendly!

The Manager and his wife are incredibly rude. Dilip Patel is the GM. I booked my room through Expedia but the manager would not allow me to stay there. He wanted a $50 deposit and only on a credit card. I didn't see this policy on the website. As I was questioning Mr Patel on why he couldn't accept cash or check for deposit, his wife started screaming at me. I really don't believe they are trustworthy. I had to leave after he denied me a room I had already paid for.

Have stayed many nights and I will stay there again if in the area. My main complaint is, when using the sink I would smell an off putting oder. I just used the tube to wash my hands. Also, the shower water did not have the same oder. Not great if you haul a trailer

Didn't eat continental breakfast. The selections were poor, and didn't look fresh. The area where the food items were did not look clean.

The hotel is neat and quiet. It has obviously seen better days, property is old and their breakfast is rather sparse. But the staff are quite nice and polite.

The staff was nice and helpful! The room was clean. They provided Breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed my stay here. I would like to stay here again in the future.

$50 per night so I wasn't expecting too much and that's what I got. Carpeting in the room was excessively soiled, lights that did not work and the extra lock on the door was broke. Breakfast was cold cereal, breakfast bars and a few pastries.

The staff is wonderful and that is the only redeeming quality of this place. The room had a hole in the floor and dirty on the ceiling. The shower barely worked and the tub was so slippery as to be dangerous. The breakfast was only waffles or cereal and the dining area was filled with construction materials. I would not recommend and will not stay there again.

Staff was abrasive. No AC in anywhere but the rooms. Roaches around front desk and breakfast area. Pillows stained and half the size of normal (square). Breakfast was extremely lacking and only enough food for about 6 people. Mold in the bathroom. Stains everywhere. Unable to upload pictures. I'll put them on Google maps.

Room was dirty, fridge iced up, microwave filthy, dust all over. Had the worst stay, reached the property around 9pm otherwise would have left to find other alternate hotel. At the time of booking it said breakfast included, but literally it was cold coffee in flask, and few donuts. When notified the manager on duty he shrugged his shoulder and just said okay, as if he cared less, no apologies nothing.
