The property, room, etc, was clean but but I advise travelers to avoid this hotel. About a year and a half ago I stayed here and they charged my card a $100 damage deposit at check in that they said would be refunded when the cleaning crew verified there was no damage after I left. It took 3 weeks and multiple calls to get my deposit returned. Each time the staff just said "be patient, it takes 3-5 days for it to show on your card". 3-5 days is a far cry from 3 weeks. Well this time I had forgotten about that experience and stayed here again and again they charged my card $100 damage deposit that has yet to be returned. I called a few days ago and just like my previous stay I was told that it had already been refunded but would take 3-5 days to show up on my card. It's been 9 days since my stay with nothing. I don't know if they are just hoping people won't notice the extra charge, if they are just incompetent, or what but this is ridiculous.
