We stayed in July when it was very hot (in the 90’s) and we couldn’t use the pool because it was dirty and not accessible. That was very disappointing.

Checking in was alright, the woman at the desk is very friendly however the pool is out of service and FULL of algae. Getting up to our room there is water damage and a missing ceiling tile in the hallway, our door does not latch…thank god for the deadbolt being able to latch. The safe is ripped off the wall and the door is drilled off of it and the bedframe is broken with the head of the mattress sunken to the floor because of it. Staff was told and she said she would check with the manager about if they could move us to a different room, an hour later and haven’t heard anything so we removed the mattress and box spring and moved the supports that weren’t broken to the head of the bed and laid it all back down just so we can sleep tonight. For $211 after taxes for a single night I can assure you it is NOT worth it. Will edit this after leaving tomorrow on if they refund us or if anything else was worth it but so far 0/10 other then the nice woman at the desk who was 8/10 professionalism.

We asked for another ice bucket as ours had a crack. They did not have one and the clerk called the manager to get the OK to give me a new cheap plastic ice bucket. I told him forget it and just give me a new plastic bag to line the bucket. At first he said he did not even have that! Finally he went behind the wall and brought me a trash bag to use. OMG! The pool was gross and green. There were no signs on our floor to direct you to which room numbers were down which hallway. The elevator was filthy. They only had de-caf coffee and said the regular coffee was "broken.... the management". In our room the toilet paper holder fell right out of the wall, there was not one screw holding it in place. The beds were VERY comfortable, the shower worked great!

While the paint and new flooring was a good thought, it doesn’t erase the filth. Bugs collected in the corners of the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Toilet had mold in the bowl, a shaver was sitting in the shower. We were not given towels. We forgot shower soap. We expected there to be some available. All the soap/shampoo conditioners were empty. When we asked the front desk if there was some available. They said they didn’t have a key. Price was too much for what we got. The room was damp and dirty. There was a musty smell. There were dirt and bugs on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush all the way, the tub was clogged, and we only received one bath towel for two people for a two night stay. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Head of mattress was (no lie) 4 inches below the foot of the mattress, and there was a trough in the middle. Windows were disgusting. Couldn’t see out them and looked like they had bird poop on them as well. At around 11:30pm the clothing rack that was bolted to the wall (but not into any studs) evidently was overcome by the weight of two leather vest and tore away from the wall, crashing to the floor. Staff was courteous, but couldn’t make up for all the deficiencies.

Quite possibly the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. Just filthy, massive spiderwebs in the outside walkways, the air conditioner controls in my room were dirty, the bathroom and towels were unclean. Nearly $200 to stay in a room that bad, just unbelievable. You should be ashamed of the quality of your Quality Inn.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary to help others avoid the same mistake we made by choosing this hotel. Quality Inn… we’re still wondering where the quality was. Upon arrival, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Thank goodness we’re honest people — we had access to other guests’ belongings! The room we were eventually assigned had a strong smoky, cherry-like odor (despite the no-smoking policy). The floors were visibly dirty, the shower had hair that wasn’t ours, the sheets were stained, and the inside lock was broken. Breakfast was also disappointing — there weren’t even any fruits available, and the options were extremely limited. If we had paid a small amount, it might have been easier to overlook. But at $600 per night, this was completely unacceptable. We were all uncomfortable sleeping there and will definitely not be returning.

Room was very small, hard to manuever with two people. We had our bikes with us too and it was very hard to get in and out of the room. The bathroom was much too small, water pressure was low in the shower. The fridge was not cold enough. Basically this place needs an overhaul! Worst part that they don't tell you is the HVAC unit in your room will automatically turn to heat if the temp outside is 45 or less degrees - what about the temp in your room?! That is not set up properly and our room went above 80 degrees!

While the staff here were very friendly, what is pictured on Expedia is not what you get. Room 142 has the worst mattresses. You have to take advil just to get out of bed. I have stayed Quality inns many times in the past. And I’ve never had an experience like this. The rooms ( both ours and our friends) were in need of updating. I will say the floors were nice. Upon arrival we were told that there was a 25.00 fee to check in an hour early even though the rooms were ready. Being a rewards member I was not charged. However, my friends who checked in before this were not given the option to become a rewards member and were charged $25.00 by the manager! There is no room cleaning/freshening unless you ask for it, which you are not told when checking in. So be aware that you will need to go downstairs to get fresh towels each day. We were there 3 nights. The “continental breakfast” is minimal at best. The coffee was not drinkable. We went next door to McDonalds where we met 2 other families having breakfast as they felt the same way. In one of the pictures below there is a tooth flossed that remained in the floor all 3 days that we were there. Upon speaking with the manager about issues. She was both condescending and rude. Be aware that Quality Inn is a franchise so there are low standards. This one had to be the lowest.

Unfortunately, the room was cold through the night with no washcloths, tissue or toilet paper. When we addressed these issues at 9:30 am in the morning at the front desk, they said the hotel had central heating. We told them we were not checking out yet but would by on time at 11am. A few minutes later, the manager forcibly entered out room pushing past the inside door latch. When she saw we were in the room, she did not apologize, say she didn’t know we were there. My daughter and I were in the middle of a private conversation, and luckily- fully clothed. Rather than respecting our privacy, the manager angrily walked across the room to the heater and said she was there because there was a complaint. When you stay at hotel, you should expect to be safe and comfortable and certainly hot harassed by a manager. Given the manager’s arrogance and aggressiveness, I should have just called the police but I didn’t want to escalate the situation.

when I was checking out I asked if I could get something to eat from the breakfast and the white guy probably in his 30s at the desk told me no because it was past 10 am. There were people eating still there and the food was still out. It was 10:20 am. The girl next to him was going to say yes but he said no and told me have a safe trip. I paid almost 400 for a night there and they are denying you to get something for breakfast. I definitely not staying there no more.

To get into our room, you had to push with your shoulder because it was stuck - had to slam it to close it. The window in our room had a huge crack that was fixed with tape. Staff was very accommodative and responsive, especially Tim. When I had an issue, he did his best to take care of it, including changing my room when TV was inoperative. Minor issues need to be corrected like no tissues in both rooms, shower takes a long time to get hot. Ice machine only working on 3rd floor.

The place is a "dump". Certainly not worth the cost. The area is fine. The hotel actually sits between a McDonalds and a Burger King. The pool was not availble for use. The staff were nice. There is a diner across the street (Athen's Diner) that was good. I will never stay there again.

Staff: the African American woman, the receptionist, she was very accommodating. Very pleasant and quick service. Room: the initial walk in, it smelled of dust and cigarette smoke. So thick to the point I had to spray perfume to mask the smell. It was terrible. Cleanliness: the bathroom had a dead spider in the shower, and an already used roll in the bathroom. That was pleasant. Continental breakfast. They only serve waffles, cereal, muffins and juice/ water. Not worth it at all. All carbs, no protein. Checking out: checking out was very pleasant however, it was an older Caucasian woman at 11:08 AM was banging on someone door saying “ you didn’t pay, it’s time for checkout”. As a hospitality worker or manager, that is no way acceptable that should’ve transpired. Maybe the occupants was in the shower or overslept, no way you should be banging on a persons door 8 minutes after check out time. I would rate this hotel a 2/5. I won’t book another night here.

Upon arriving my room was not ready fo occupy. 3 hours later the room was ready, but was stll being cleaned. No bath towels were in my room by evenimg & I had to call the front desk but no one answered my call. I finally got ahold of the frnt desk but I had to go to them to gdt towels. Breakfast was a joke, no regular coffee, machine not working, the "hot" meal of eggs and sausage was ice cold, I finally went to McDonalds.

They were having problems with their heating units and when we arrived to the room it was over 100 degrees and the heat was running, It was very uncomfortable. We asked for a room change and they said the rooms were having issues. They told us to leave the door open and they gave us a 6 inch fan to help blow the air. Breakfast was not great either. When we checked in there was no toilet paper and only 2 towels in bathroom (4 people styayed in room) housekeeping never came to do anything not even take out the trash. Then when I checked out I got charged for an extra adult supposedly when it was only 4 the whole stay. But yet we only had two double beds and every time I went to front desk I asked for towels, wash cloths for 4. I won't go there again.
