Good location and overall a good value.

Unfortunately, many of the within premisis businesses were shut down/out of business, but plenty outside available.

The worst hotel ever, the staff is so mean they need to close it

Upon check in to our first provided room there were some dead bugs on the floor which was a turn off. The room however was clean and smelled like it had just been freshened up. After going down to the front desk and mentioning the bugs in the room I was immediately switched over to another room 0 questions asked. The staff was so helpful and nice and understanding about everything. They wanted to make sure we enjoyed our trip as that usually starts with the hotel you’re staying in. We were transferred to the exact same room layout just on a different floor. The hotel is very nice and clean and has many amenities from the pool deck to the in house coffee shops/convenience mart. They have rental cars available through the hotel as well as an in house bar/arcade. Did not get to visit the bar as we ran out of time but stopping in for just a quick second it seemed like a nice vibe. There are many residents as the hotel offers hotel.com rentals as well as airbnb rentals. I believe some of the residents live there permanently but it does not affect the overall hotel in fact i think it makes it feel more like a home. We did not pay for parking as it’s 50$ a night however we were able to find street parking every night/morning. Be careful as the nearby street parking has limitations and you will get towed if you do not follow them. Overall a great stay and i will be keeping this hotel in mind next time i return to hawaii, which will be soon!
