Terrible the elevator was out of order on Friday and it still was not repaired on Sunday when I checked out

Staff was very friendly and I saw them actively cleaning common areas throughout the day. The downside is the rooms need a refresh. There were stains on the chair and cushion next to the window. While the bathroom was clean, the bathtub spout was loose and there was next to no sink water pressure. None of these items could have been fixed by the staff in our short stay so I didn’t bother with asking.

The room was spotless the staff was ok the amenities and every working worked fine !

Carpet tack strip sticks through carpet going to the hot tub area so walking barefoot is dangerous…bathroom sink wouldn’t drain…and even though I had a confirmation and pre booked they almost wouldn’t let me get my room at 10pm because I had a local address…maybe that should be addressed when booking the room…overall very disappointing
