I think it was a good hotel, the food was nice, however when we did the book was quite clear that the hotel had his own parking available but it wasn't true. In fact they don't have parking spaces available.

Facile da raggiungere, vicinissimo al mare, l'hotel offre la possibilità di poter utilizzare una piscina all'aperto e sauna e Jacuzzi all'interno. Fantastico il solarium sul tetto, il personale è top, ti mette a tuo agio . Il buffet delle colazioni andrebbe un po' variato e rivedrei l'insonorizzazione delle camere.
Facile da raggiungere, vicinissimo al mare, l'hotel offre la possibilità di poter utilizzare una piscina all'aperto e sauna e Jacuzzi all'interno. Fantastico il solarium sul tetto, il personale è top, ti mette a tuo agio . Il buffet delle colazioni andrebbe un po' variato e rivedrei l'insonorizzazione delle camere.

L' hôtel est vieux, chambre spacieuse propre, spa privatif pas mal, le repas moyen. L ascenseur fait trop de bruit, on l'entend dans la chambre. Piscine extérieure à besoin du rafraîchissement.

En general bien pero no creo que se pueda catalogar como un 4 superior, la piscina interior muy pequeña el jacuzzi minúsculo, las habitaciones se oye todo lo de al lado cal mejorar la insonorización ya que nos costó dormir por los ruidos

After staying at a less favourable hotel we moved here last minute. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, service was really good, only downside was the light coming into the room at 6am, darker blinds needed. Pools amazing for kids

The hotel was fine. The staff are friendly and the private spa area is great. The room was basic and the food was ok. Close to the beach about 5/10 min walk and loads of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach. Also there is a supermarket round the corner which is great if you need to pick a few bits up. Elevators can be a bit of a nightmare especially at food time. Overall its a decent hotel in a good area of the town.

Das Hotel ist zu hellhörig. Bei Halbpension gibt es nichtmal wasser zum Abendessen. Parkplätze 15€ und nichmal asphaltiert. Das einige positive persol sehr Freundlich. Handtücher wurden jeden tag gewechselt. Betten naja gemacht.

Primero de todo llegamos a la habiatacion, suicia con manchas y con papeles por el suelo. El baño un estio... pelos y sucio y con polvo en la zona del secador [Con un cepillo o alguna cosa fina sale...] La habitacion se suponia que tenia nevera, no tenia. Tv tuve que bajar 2 veces por que no habia mando. Me dan uno, no fuciona vuelvo abajar y me da otro. Contestacion de el Este es el mas potente veras que este si. Ha todo esto sin un disculpas o algo por el estilo... La piscina interior muy pequeña, para la catidad de huespedes que hay. La comida muy simple... poca variadad de platos y poco elavorados... Y el desayuno me a desfradado muchisimo, no he visto crusanes napolitanas y bolleria mas dura nunca! Variedad habia pero lo que es las pastas fatal. No lo recomendaria... Y volver tampoco.

La habitacion sucia con restos de comida ..la terraza pegajosa toda la barandilla..1 dedo de polvo.en fin un desastre . Y para colmo cara. No volvere eso lo twngo claro como hotel de 4 estrellas creo que no se merece ni 2

Hej Vi upplevde ett rum som inte var städat. Smutsigt. Vi hade silverfiskar flera st. Vi sa till om detta och de gjorde en extra städning. Men de kom tillbaka. Verkligen inte ok. Önskar kompensation för detta

Der var snavset ved poolområdet. Der lå store klumper af hår ved de 2 afløb på flisearealer ved poolområdet. Der var heller ikke helt rent på værelset. Der var smurt tandpasta på toiletcisternen inden vi ankom, og det var der også da vi rejste. Den ældre mand i baren, var generelt sur og forskel behandlede kunder som ikke havde allinklucive. Der stod at der var mulighed for parkering - men det kan alle hoteller skrive! Der var spisetid om aften fra 19.30 - 21.30 Det ee det absolut dårligste hotel jeg har været på i Spanien

They put us in a room smelling like smoking cigarettes , after complaining in the reception they change us to another room , so for a 4 star hotel they should have check if the room was clean for a new customer, not to mention that they could have put us in the better room from the start.

Esta bastante bien, temporada baja. Fue una salida de madre e hijas. Todo esta bastante bien..las peticiones, nos la cumplieron. Lo que peor llevamos fue el colchon.(adjunto foto, aunqueno se aprecia bien el estadoque esta).estaba bastante hundido en el medio. Nada mas entrar en la habitacion ya se veia hundidos, la culpa fue nuesrra de no quejarnos. Pero para 3 dias pues la pasamos. La comida esta bastante bien, el personal muy amable, limpieza....en general bastante bien. Tambien digo, que, para ser 4 estrellas superior, tampoco.

Super friendly and helpful staff. No amenities in the room at all. Everything requires me to pay a deposit. Kettle? $25 euro deposit. Fridge? $cash deposit. Key remote for parking area? €35 euro deposit. It was weird. The heat was insane in the room also. No ability to lower the temperature at all. So we had to open the windows just to cool the place down even though it was only like 8C at night. However it was a good hotel. Beds were comfy and we were able to all sleep comfortably on the the big beds.

Hotel convenable pour une nuit, confort laisse a désirer, chambres mal insonorisées, climatisation ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, propreté moyenne. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Par contre la piscine avait l'air grande et agréable.

Der var snavset ved poolområdet. Der lå store klumper af hår ved de 2 afløb på flisearealer ved poolområdet. Der var heller ikke helt rent på værelset. Der var smurt tandpasta på toiletcisternen inden vi ankom, og det var der også da vi rejste. Den ældre mand i baren, var generelt sur og forskel behandlede kunder som ikke havde allinklucive. Der stod at der var mulighed for parkering - men det kan alle hoteller skrive! Der var spisetid om aften fra 19.30 - 21.30 Det ee det absolut dårligste hotel jeg har været på i Spanien

The hotel was fine. The staff are friendly and the private spa area is great. The room was basic and the food was ok. Close to the beach about 5/10 min walk and loads of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach. Also there is a supermarket round the corner which is great if you need to pick a few bits up. Elevators can be a bit of a nightmare especially at food time. Overall its a decent hotel in a good area of the town.

CUIDADO. Absoluta estafa. No hay por donde empezar a describir este lugar y lo terrible que es. No llega ni a dos estrellas. Es un hitel viejo, sucio y feo sin ningún tipo de servicio. Ni un café puedes conseguir. El personal es desagradable y la zona MUY insegura (lo primero que te dice la recepcionista casi amenazando es que si dejas el coche en la calle hay robos violentos pero que el parking está lleno). Cualquier hotel menos este por favor. Vais a vivir una experiencia muy frustrante en un atrapa-guiris. No sé en qué década consiguieron las cuatro estrellas pero hace mucho que no deberían estar ahí.

He estado una semana a todo incluido y perfecto, han sido mis primeras vacaciones sola y en ningún momento me he sentido asi. El personal encantador, amable, encantador. Gracias a Noelia y Ana de Sala, se portaron de maravilla y a todos los chicos del bar, muy jovenes pero muy trabajadores, simpáticos y amables. Os pongo un diez en todo, pienso repetir, me senti como en casa. Felicitar también a los cocinetos, la comida buenisima, me encantarin los postres y eso que yo no soy de dulces, pero estaban riquísimos. El personal no paraba ni un momento y en buffet nunca faltaba nada, reponian continuamente. Me queria venir 😫, pero seguro que repito. Gracias y suerte

Facile da raggiungere, vicinissimo al mare, l'hotel offre la possibilità di poter utilizzare una piscina all'aperto e sauna e Jacuzzi all'interno. Fantastico il solarium sul tetto, il personale è top, ti mette a tuo agio . Il buffet delle colazioni andrebbe un po' variato e rivedrei l'insonorizzazione delle camere.

Hôtel dans la moyenne, l'équivalent d'un 2 étoiles France. Tout est payant et sous caution, même l'usage du coffre présent dans les chambres. Chambre Quadruple très limite au niveau espace pour héberger 4 personnes. Côté repas c'est moyen, surtout le petit déjeuner, très peu de choix, viennoiseries de surgelé déplorable. Absence de fontaine d'eau au repas, du midi et soir, obligeant à acheter des bouteilles d'eau à 2€. Sinon à cette période de l'année, tout est fermé dans la ville. Très peu de commerce ouverts. Il faut aller plus loin vers Girona ou Barcelone.

El hotel está algo anticuado en cuanto a las instalaciones, modernizar algo las habitaciones le iría muy bien. Los buffets más que correctos salvo por la gran cantidad de gente que hay en agosto pero la atención de su persona es de 10. Mención especial a María, Claudia, Omaira e Ibra que se desviven por ti e intentan hacerte pasar un buen rato. La ubicación es buena para dejar ir andando tanto a la playa como al centro comercial de Calella.

Hotel pictures ocean front property. It is not. There is no ocean view the bar they picture on the beech is 10 minutes away on foot and does not belong to this property. Hotel is a run down dump, paper thin walls, plumbing that does not work and bet i comforsble beds. Food is largely nasty, staff is not at all friendly. I would not spend a penny at this brand unless you want to see your vacation ruined.

Har vært her 2ganger nå med min datter. D er et fint sted, går tog hver halvtime til Barcelona og er ikke langt fra Girona. Fin liten by, der du har det du trenger. Får mye for pengene og billig halvpensjon. Jeg synes den halvpensjonen var helt topp, me tanke på hva jeg betalte for den. Kokkene stod å stekte fisk mens du såg på, mye forskjellig utvalg. God frokost, men manglet fersk juice. Litt tynne vegger slik det kunne være litt lytt og mangel på fersk juice ved frokosten er det eneste som trekker ned. Men jeg tåler det når jeg er på ferie. Men jeg vurderer selvfølgelig ut fra prisen på oppholdet og😀

Primero de todo llegamos a la habiatacion, suicia con manchas y con papeles por el suelo. El baño un estio... pelos y sucio y con polvo en la zona del secador [Con un cepillo o alguna cosa fina sale...] La habitacion se suponia que tenia nevera, no tenia. Tv tuve que bajar 2 veces por que no habia mando. Me dan uno, no fuciona vuelvo abajar y me da otro. Contestacion de el Este es el mas potente veras que este si. Ha todo esto sin un disculpas o algo por el estilo... La piscina interior muy pequeña, para la catidad de huespedes que hay. La comida muy simple... poca variadad de platos y poco elavorados... Y el desayuno me a desfradado muchisimo, no he visto crusanes napolitanas y bolleria mas dura nunca! Variedad habia pero lo que es las pastas fatal. No lo recomendaria... Y volver tampoco.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, en famille, avec nos deux adolescents. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits très confortables et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont variés et de bonne qualité, avec un choix tout à fait satisfaisant. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, souriant et compétent, ce qui contribue vraiment à la qualité du séjour. Quelques petits points négatifs toutefois : le manque de transats autour de la piscine, ainsi que le comportement parfois irrespectueux de certaines familles, notamment en termes de bruit. La salle de restaurant est très grande, mais peut également être assez bruyante, notamment en présence de nombreux jeunes enfants. Malgré ces quelques désagréments, nous gardons une très bonne impression de notre séjour et recommandons volontiers cet hôtel pour des vacances en famille.
