Very nice prperty and would stay there again. The only issue I had was that a lot of the electrical outlets did not work. On one side of bed not working at all, other side you had to move it around to make connection (regualr phone charger) and by the table the laptop charge did not work. (Yes I tried the switches)

We stayed four nights at the Promissory. I appreciated that they let me check in extra early, and that they didn't charge for my son to stay on the sofa bed. The rooms are very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent service from the front desk staff. The parking is close by and reasonably priced. The brunch at Suerte was tasty, but took a bit long to prepare. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. The only negative for us was late-night noise from the alley behind Sidewinders. We're light sleepers, and we'd wake up when they throw out their trash and bottles at 2:30 am. I'd stay at the hotel again, but I'd request a different room.

Room was great - clean and comfortable. Spacious and appreciated the fridge and wet bar area. All of our windows looked over the restaurant so we kept blinds closed the whole time. Also, we were there on a Saturday night and the bass was booming from the club next door til early in the am. I’m sure that is only an issue for rooms in that corner of the hotel. Just something to keep in mind.
