Our room was great and had a fireplace which was much needed due to freezing weather. The overall hotel needs updating but I would stay here again. Staff was happy & friendly. the hotel is in a convenient location too.

Hot tub was closed with a cone around it. Room was clean. Walls pretty thin. There was a pullout couch bed, but in the room, there was only a flat sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. The front desk staff was able to only get me one more flat sheet. The biggest problem is when I checked in, the staff was checking me and was going to charge me again even though I prepaid thru expedia. He wouldn't help me get it figured out at all. I had to spend over an hour on the internet and on the phone with expedia to get it figured out.

When we first arrived to the room, we noticed dirty dishes on the counter. The front desk woman was very helpful and came to remove them and check the rest of the room. Upon entering the bathroom, we noticed urine on the floor near the toilet. Again, the front desk woman was very friendly, I requested to move rooms but none were available, so she cleaned the entire bathroom. Went to make the pull out couch bed (this was prearranged), no sheets/blankets were available; so I called once again. The nice woman brought some down. I pulled out the bed to notice food crumbs and trash under the mattress and folded within the mattress. Needless to say, my son slept on top of the regular couch with sheets covering everything. I’m very confident this was not a cleaned room when we checked in. We stayed one night and checked out the next day without staying for the 2nd night. Facility had its good days at some point for sure but for whatever reason it’s lacking updating and upkeeping. The room felt dingy, greesy and dusty. Carpet could use vacuuming and the whole place from bed headboard to window sides and air vents need a good dusting/cleaning. One could not enter through the side door because a huge pile of garbage was blocking the card reader to open the door. The worse was the toilet seat. It so old and disgusting dirty. After bringing this issue to staff’s attention. They sent maintenance to fix it while I was not in the room. Maintenance didn’t find anything wrong with it. I returned to realize that nothing was changed so I took photos and showed front desk the issue. I wasn’t simply complaining. That was unacceptable. They finally replaced it.

Convenient me located , felt safe, quiet. Good service. Lobby was nice and clean, well lit. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean, cozy. BathTub looked like it had seen better days but was clean. Breakfast was not worth staying for, was microwaved and runny. I got to say that the free breakfast was the worst part of the stay but that said, I would return and stay with them. They are pet friendly.

The hotel called us about 2 hours before our arrival to tell us our room was not available. They then kept us on hold for 30 minutes and we had to call back. Once we called back they said everything was fine and they had mistaken a flooded room for ours. Then when we arrived the refrigerator was not cleaned and had food from the previous person. The room smelled because one of the food items was an open package of meat in the freezer. There was also small pellets of something on the bathroom floor. When I brought this to hotel staffs attention she had no cleaning staff available to help for the rest of the night. So she came up with a small bag and took the items. She still didn’t clean the fridge but she did provide an air freshener.

The room was very comfortable! We did notice a good amount of dust on the TV stand and we fixed some minor maintenence issues but loved our stay.

Faciilty needs updating/repairs. Our room was disgusting. Trash can was missed, bathtub had lots of little hairs and dirty shower curtain. Floor hadn't been vacuumed, smudges on furntiure that wasn't wiped down, dishes in cabinets were dirty. Thankfully the one thing clean was the sheets. Very expensive stay for the worst room I've ever had. My guess is they don't have anyone checking rooms after they are cleaned. I would not stay here again and would have left but we had to be at the hospital next door very early the next day.

There was a very nauseous odor coming from the kitchen sink. It was too late to notify the front desk about the issue and we were already established in our room to move to another. I notified the front desk when we checked out. As long as we weren't in the kitchen, the smell did not bother us and didn't affect our stay

Property was ok! The first room we were given smelled like cat urine but the front desk was really nice and changed our room. The next room was much better in terms of cleanliness. But the room sofa bed wasn’t really a sofa bed like the first room. But overall it was ok

The breakfast guy, Fred, was fabulous! He made the delicious eggs and was so friendly and warm. He remembered our names. It was like we were having breakfast at his home. The breakfast guy, Fred, was fabulous! He made the delicious eggs and was so friendly and warm. He remembered our names. It was like we were having breakfast at his home. This hotel is need of some upgrades and customer service. At check in, once we found someone in the back office, we were told that if there were any issues to contact the front desk but they could only do so much due to management all walking out the same day. That did not leave me feeling very sure about the hotel. Once in the room there was no phone to contact the front office, the blow dryer didn’t work and the bathroom light took forever to come on. We made due with the hotel but will not be returning. There are much better options nearby.

Hot tub was closed with a cone around it. Room was clean. Walls pretty thin. There was a pullout couch bed, but in the room, there was only a flat sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. The front desk staff was able to only get me one more flat sheet. The biggest problem is when I checked in, the staff was checking me and was going to charge me again even though I prepaid thru expedia. He wouldn't help me get it figured out at all. I had to spend over an hour on the internet and on the phone with expedia to get it figured out.

We stayed there due to a basketball tournament. After playing all day we return to the hotel to wash uniforms due to how late it was and the washers being occupied we could not wash until the following morning. We were able to do the washing machines but upon drying, they were occupied, so Stacy in linen services or housekeeping, stepped up and let us use the facility dryers to dry our team uniforms so we could be at a game on time. Can’t thank her enough..

Check in was great, I had to wait a little bit while the room was getting cleaned so the Manager upgraded me to a suite. He was extremely professional and courteous and I was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism and service.

Our room was great and had a fireplace which was much needed due to freezing weather. The overall hotel needs updating but I would stay here again. Staff was happy & friendly. the hotel is in a convenient location too.

Convenient me located , felt safe, quiet. Good service. Lobby was nice and clean, well lit. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean, cozy. BathTub looked like it had seen better days but was clean. Breakfast was not worth staying for, was microwaved and runny. I got to say that the free breakfast was the worst part of the stay but that said, I would return and stay with them. They are pet friendly.

When we first arrived to the room, we noticed dirty dishes on the counter. The front desk woman was very helpful and came to remove them and check the rest of the room. Upon entering the bathroom, we noticed urine on the floor near the toilet. Again, the front desk woman was very friendly, I requested to move rooms but none were available, so she cleaned the entire bathroom. Went to make the pull out couch bed (this was prearranged), no sheets/blankets were available; so I called once again. The nice woman brought some down. I pulled out the bed to notice food crumbs and trash under the mattress and folded within the mattress. Needless to say, my son slept on top of the regular couch with sheets covering everything. I’m very confident this was not a cleaned room when we checked in. We stayed one night and checked out the next day without staying for the 2nd night. Staff are very nice, pool was warm and clean, breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations, but the room was dirty and aged.

Clean, safe and EXCELLENT service from start to finish! The daily breakfast provided was INCREDIBLE and the sweet gentleman greeter (can't recall his name - Craig maybe?) was spectacular and made us feel so welcomed and at home! Can't wait to stay here again next year!

One night stay but a few hiccups. Door into entry of room was completely filthy, look like the exorcist happened outside. Inside the room was fine other than very dated furniture and paint/wallpaper. No extra pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. The staff solved that ASAP! Great job there! Carpet was dirty and we decided to double check the beds. Phew! No bugs. In my opinion there is probably better options in the vacinity for the price This should be more in the $165-180 of a hotel so know before you go ..
