Inn at Atlantic City Hotel & Banquet

None of the keys worked to any rooms. All the guests were waiting outside their room unable to get in. Room/bed itself was nice though!

Key didn’t work. Complete inconvenience

This was a horrible experience, every time we left our room we had to get the key card reprogrammed. It was filthy in the room, burn holes in the sheets, hair dryer didn’t work. Mold on the walls near the sink. No shower curtain or door. Staff was friendly but not helpful. No refund policy prevented us from leaving. Everything was old and seemed to be neglected. They need to put money back into this place or close it. Hotels.com should never offer this property again until drastic changes are made. Even clothes hangers were old and rusty. We felt dirty just staying there. They even charged 10.00 per hour for early check-in. Had we known the state of this hotel there’s no way we would have stayed there. The pictures on hotels.com don’t even come close to representing what the property and rooms actually look like. It is disheartening to go to a site such as hotels.com and to be mislead this way. This makes us reevaluate using your site in the future. You should remove this property as an option or your reputation will be affected

Room was clean etc. But I was about to use the microwave it dirty .... I had to clean it before use.

My experience was very good. I would stay there again. However, whenever they use to clean does not smell good. Other than that, I had a great experience!
