This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore further. Be warned, there are very few restaurants in this area so during peak season getting dinner could be a challenge.

Wir haben in einem Neubau gewohnt. Die Zimmer waren toll. Das Personal in der Kinderbetreuung, Rezeption und im Restaurant waren super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Da fühlt man sich wohl! Kleines Manko: die jungen Männer, die die Reinigungsarbeiten übernommen hatten, haben nicht immer ganz sauber gearbeitet. Auf freundliche Nachfrage wurden aber auch hier sofort und sehr nett Lösungen gefunden! Wir kommen gern wieder! Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche auf Usedom.

Die Maisonette Suite ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt genügend Platz für alles. Das Schwimmbad mit Saunabereich und der Kidsclub waren auch super.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Unterkunft im Altbau (wie Jugendherberge), Lärmpegel im Restaurant, Motivation der Kinderbetreuung, Ausstattung im Jugendraum, fehlende Entspannungsecken für die Eltern. Gut hat uns gefallen: Hauptgebäude, Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter.
