This was the worst motel I've stayed at in memory. It was dirty, buggy, A/C didn't work well, bed lumpy, cracks in bathroom facilities. Cockroaches on window sill and some other dead bugs I could not ID. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and wish I'd booked at Day's Inn across the street for $2 more. PS - Pool, which would have been nice, and was a reason I chose it, was closed. Plus I got to witness an all-out screaming match between another customer who wanted a room change and the day manager.

The photos of this place is not what you see when you get there. Floors coming apart, the front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. We got a kitchenette so we could help with the cooking for our family reunion and the fridge half closed, burners on the stove didn't work. The bathroom looked like that door was kicked in the tub was given a glued pad over part of the bottom. I could go on but you understand not pleased

No hot water, pool was advertised (under maintenance). Faucet handles falling off in shower, no shower curtain, holes in the wall, bathtub stained, grime around bottom of toilet, holes in comforter also stains, some of the decorations were rusty, floor felt gritty.

Filthy the owner has let this hotel fall into disrepair. In my room specifically there are holes in the walls. The trim is falling off and moldy. The bathroom towel Hanger has been ripped out of the wall and not replaced. The shower curtain is torn.the floor in the bathroom is concerning it is very weak and one feels like they’re going to fall through the floor. The tub is stain, dirty, and the tubs water fixtures are uncovered, and hanging. Both the safety locks on the door are ripped off and broken. There is black mold around the door. Also, the plaster is falling off the wall in some places. The lobby here is permanently closed and is being used as a daycare for workers children. The pictures of the hotel you use an Expedia are deceiving. They are clearly from when the hotel was first built. They in no way resemble the present state of this establishment. This deceptive listing should not be posted. Or at least make them show pictures of this hotel state at the present. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This hotel was fine for what you pay. Clerk checking us in was friendly. Everything in the room worked: Good hot water with good pressure, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. Many reviews have called this hotel filthy - it’s not really. It just has older, worn furniture (newer marble counter tops, though). The doors and ceiling could use a fresh coat of paint, the floor doesn’t sparkle, and the mattress is well-used, but still comfy. Sheets, towels, soap - all good. We stayed here for a place to sleep before an early flight, and at this price it was exactly what we needed.

The room 301 was not at all like advertised. There were cigarette burns in the bedding, a bullet hole in the wall next to the light switch. Room was non-smoking but smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The floor was torn up, the kitchenette was partially missing, the refrigerator was rusted and destroyed. The toilet wasn’t set. I can’t even explain how bad it was. We walked back to the managers office, gave them the key, and they said that they would give us a refund, but that we had to call back in the morning because then they could do it.

I do not recommend staying here unless there is absolutely no other choice the lady in the office was friendly and professional and there were no bed bugs. That's everything nice that I have to say the room was disgusting there appeared to be foreign fluids all over the headboards the walls and I could just imagine the filth that I didn't notice the property owner definitely has a lack of pride in their business I will never stay here again absolutely disgusting

My stay at Knights Inn Flint was awful. The room was dirty and smelled terrible — like old smoke and mildew. The carpets were stained, and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. The place was filthy and the first room smelled like cigarettes and weed. The second room was filthy but didn’t smell terrible. Trash all over outside and one of the beds looked like it had blood stains on the mattress that wasn’t covered with sheets. I just needed to sleep after a long day on the road. I’m never staying here again. The bed frame on the non bloody bed was also broken.

The rooms are very dirty. We checked in at 3 and checked out the same day at 5. The walls in the bathroom had poop smeared on the wall. The walls were flity. The door has a gap underneath. The pool is not working. The management only reimbursed 1 day and charged us for the 2 hours for a whole day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room smelled horrible. bathroom tiles were broken. the walls were dirty. the carpet was dirty. I did not trust walking in the room barefoot. I did not trust the water. the sitting chair was dirty. There was a left over piece of clothing behind the chair. There were people loitering i the parking lot. I did not feel safe there. I just got back from backpacking and I felt safer and cleaner in the woods.

I stayed in room 236 and it wreaked of cigarettes. Burn marks all on the counter tops where people have put there cigarettes down, even on the side of the bathtub. There where black spots all along the bottom of the bathtub to where i showered with flip flops on. On top of that, there where burn holes in the blankets. It really didnt surprise me seeing that it was in Flint but definitely needs to be updated.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap, and I certainly got what I paid for. Upon entering, I immediately found a stink bug in my room, which was clean but clearly in desperate need of an update. One of the lights in my room flat out didn’t work, and while the others did turn on eventually, they took their sweet time and flickered a lot while doing so. The room had a minifridge, but it was not plugged into the wall, so I had to exert quite a bit of effort to plug it in, though it did work well afterwards. I did not try to turn on the TV, but it looks like it hasn’t been updated in at least a decade. The microwave did work fine, despite the fact that it seemed to be missing a part. The only toiletries provided were two bars of “face soap,” and there weren’t even any tissues, so my advice would be to bring your own so you don’t have to use toilet paper. The worst hotel I've ever been to and I travel a lot. The dayshift staff was unfriendly. I wasn't even allowed to sit in the lobby until my room was ready for check in. I noticed most people there actually live there and the rest are druggies and hookers. Please don't bring kids to stay here. It's better off staying in your vehicle at a rest area. It was an absolute run down in the room.

They overbooked the hotel and when I arrived and walked up to the counter I was greeted with "what" I then said I have a reservation and he said no you don't we are full. The knights in left me with no place to sleep I had to sleep in my car. I will never go to knights inn or use hotels com again

Got a room online ,Drove all the way there to check in, remind you u had already paid for my room and the guy in the front office said he gave it away , i asked for the money back and he replied theres nothing he can do, so pretty much they are stealing money i never amd still have yst got my money back.

I was never actually able to stay at this hotel because even though hotels.com advised me that had rooms available when I arrived at the property they told me they had no rooms available and when I asked about a refund they said I don't know take it up with hotels.com

The rooms are very dirty. We checked in at 3 and checked out the same day at 5. The walls in the bathroom had poop smeared on the wall. The walls were flity. The door has a gap underneath. The pool is not working. The management only reimbursed 1 day and charged us for the 2 hours for a whole day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty bad….bathtub is disgusting, frig leaked on floor (lucky I didn’t fall) & tv didn’t work. Night front desk guy was friendly, morning gal not so much. When I told her about the tv she said there’s a 2 step way to turn it on.. instructions I. Room would’ve been nice. Re: frig, she said it was probably unplugged so leaked. Why unplug it when guest is coming & put something on the floor to soak the water. If I had fallen you would have a lawsuit on your hands!!

I booked this hotel because it was cheap, and I certainly got what I paid for. Upon entering, I immediately found a stink bug in my room, which was clean but clearly in desperate need of an update. One of the lights in my room flat out didn’t work, and while the others did turn on eventually, they took their sweet time and flickered a lot while doing so. The room had a minifridge, but it was not plugged into the wall, so I had to exert quite a bit of effort to plug it in, though it did work well afterwards. I did not try to turn on the TV, but it looks like it hasn’t been updated in at least a decade. The microwave did work fine, despite the fact that it seemed to be missing a part. The only toiletries provided were two bars of “face soap,” and there weren’t even any tissues, so my advice would be to bring your own so you don’t have to use toilet paper. The one good thing I will say is that the lady at the front desk was nice enough when I locked myself out of my room, and she did give me an extra key with no fuss, but all in all I would not recommend staying here, if you can help it.

The room smelled horrible. bathroom tiles were broken. the walls were dirty. the carpet was dirty. I did not trust walking in the room barefoot. I did not trust the water. the sitting chair was dirty. There was a left over piece of clothing behind the chair. There were people loitering i the parking lot. I did not feel safe there. I just got back from backpacking and I felt safer and cleaner in the woods.

Lord have mercy. Apparently this brand is known for "night business transactions". I had no idea. I booked this as a quick two night stay while we were at an event in the area. It is absolutely nothing like the listing pictures. We got a king suite with a kitchenette. Nothing was really sweet about it lol. Dusty, dirty, smelled of heavy bleach, paint peeling and stains on walls, dust cakes in chairs. Only three pillows for a full size bed... small couch size pillows. The two burners did work, but there are no dishes whatsoever. No pots, pans, utensils coffee cups.. nothing. There is bulletproof glass around the lobby and typed signs taped everywhere warning of no refunds and police nearby. Blanket full of cigarette holes. Yall... and roaches running across the floor 😫 There are restaurants in the area, medical complexes, and attractions close. The one savior was the night attendant, Addey. She really did all she could with the little that was provided for her to make the stay comfortable. She really went above and beyond to try to smooth everything out and offer at least a couple conveniences. Checked out after we went to sleep and got awakened by bed bug bites. Still waiting on the owner "Shawn" to return our call and provide a refund for the second day.

Bed sheets were ripped with big holes, Toilette holder was out of place, towels were very old and thinning from use. Bathroom tub was broken, and a peace of wood was covering it...TV completely outdated... Realistically the place needs to be remodeled and put new linens, and towels...very sad experience!!!
