The woman at the front desk -- I think her name is Angel? -- was so knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. You never know what kind of service you're going to get at a place you've never stayed before. After what had been a very difficult and long day on the road, it was literally curative to meet someone so professional. The room was stylistically nicer than most hotels, and the bed quite comfortable. Very nice bathroom, too. My only question coming out of my stay was how the hotel didn't appear to have any elevators. I would have liked one just for the sake of convenience, but is there a way for someone in a wheelchair or who can't handle stairs to get to the second floor? I would definitely stay here next time I'm in town. A nice experience all-around.

Let me just preface my review by saying that I am a 70 y.o. activist who frequently travels alone and rarely can make a reservation in advance. I dont drive after dark so wherever I am, my reservation is made within minutes of wherever the sun sets. A family member recommended motel 6- where they leave the light on. This time, i wish they'd left the heat on. It was 41 degrees outside & colder indoors. I searched for a thermostat- and I was told it was in the air conditioner. Ok, the air conditioner was up high on the wall. There's no elevator and i was on the 2nd floor. After climbing the stairs & finally getting in the room @ 7:30p ( the key card worked but to open the door, you had to PULL UP the handle instead of down) all i wabted was warmth. I had to use a wooden chair & nightstand ( thank you for not bolting it to the wall) to turn it on. All night it was on 86 and it never got warm until 8am when I checked out. The amenities- free parking. No liner for the ice bucket, a microwave that had a "door lock" , no facial tissue, toiletries or a close t. IT WAS NOT WORTH $121. Needless to say, I would have fared better sleeping in my car, at least I h ave good heat in it.

Back door, lock didn’t work to the parking lot. Smokers very close to every door. Amenities were a joke (no shampoo, no iron) metal frames under mattresses were cheap and full of crumbs. There were dogs everywhere (I assume they were staying with guests). The place was not worth the $120. Should have been like $60 and I would have known not to stay there.

When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly associate. I was told I was in a room in the back of the property. There was a key open lock on the entry door, not operable. I was not happy about that. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable enough and the heating/cooling system worked fine. Overall I guess it was OK but would probably try another property if ever back in Binghampton.

The check in was fine. The parking is very questionable. The room amenities are seriously the worst I've ever seen. We have an entire bed missing in our room. The bed we have is lumpy and there is a cheap wavy mattress pad and these are not even close to decent pillows and only 3 for a king bed. No tissues. Two small shampoos the size of ketchup packets. 2 adults, only 2 towels. But most of all dirty. There is blood chunks on the bathroom door and wall mixed with a hefty amount of dirt. The room is very tough to open. I personally cannot open it my husband has to. Would definitely not recommend. I took photos.

La réservation et l’accueil a bien été mais 1 h après le coucher je me suis fait piquer par des punaises de lit à plusieurs reprises. On nous a donné une autre chambre mais le sommeil y’avait été trop perturbé, dormi dans la peur d’être encore piqué car juste dans la chambre à côté

This place is one step above awful. Worst feature was a side entrance to the building that remained unlocked all night. The hallways stink and are dark. The four chairs in the lobby have black stains. My bath towel had a stain. The bed was comfortable but sat on top of noisy springs that woke up the other person in the room when Ingot up in the middle of the night. A/C worked but also noisy. The TV lost its signal every 60 seconds. Useless. And then there’s the stuff I expected: No breakfast.No pool. No view. No grass. The property is dated and unattractive. From the moment you slide your license under the protective glass to the clerk, you begin to regret the reservation. On the plus side, it was the cheapest option by about $20 and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there if I were a college student, cash-strapped or on a roadtrip and in need of rest. But you’ll have to spend that extra $20 on breakfast so might as well stay at a better place where that is included. The Comfort Inn next door was no Marriott but looked a lot nicer than Motel 6.

Well the metal bed is loud and annoying, there is no clock or usb port for charging and the door knobs in the hall to the stairs are terrible to open. The staff was very nice though

It wasn’t bad. The phrase “you get what you pay for” stands true for this place. The room was spacious, clean, and suited our needs for the night. We were there for the cheer comp the next day. However, the biggest downfall was the bed. The mattress was alright but the frame was metal and you couldn’t even roll without squeaking horribly. Reminded me of something that would have been in my grandparents house because it was cheap and the towels really don’t soak up water. But otherwise it was alright.

I was asked at check-in if we were travelling with pets, we were not. Two adults, one room, one night. The room itself was ok but the matress was old and made loud noises if you turned. The room next to us had one large and one small dog. The dogs barked from 2-4AM, we were unable to sleep. This hotel may be more of a halfway house....

The room was fine, as expected given price and it's a Motel 6. My only issue was the TV. You cannot view ANYTHING unless you log into your streaming account. It's late, I've been driving for hours, I don't remember my passwords that I have saved so now just to have a little entertainment/news/background noise to fall asleep to, I have to figure out how to log in. I'm young, so it's not an age thing, I'm just TIRED. Maybe they could just give a heads up that there's absolutely NO tv without your login information. And DON'T forget to log out or the next guest will use your account.

Check in was fine. The room had hard wood-like floors with no rug, so it was loud. There was no chair for relaxing. Only 2 hard wood desk chairs. The curtain did not cover the window very well. The bed was well worn but still very comfortable. We rolled into the middle.

Made a same day reservation a half hour prior to arrival for a King Zize Bed. On checkin she gave key to room, went to romm and it was 2 doubles - grabbed our stuff and went back to desk. Desk lady said only doing rooms on 1st floor and all kings on on 2nd floor and was adamant and would not give in. We suffered thru the night in a double.

The woman at check-in was rude and condescending. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have just left. The AC in our room (234) was mounted so high on the wall we had to stand on a chair to change the temperature. The hallways were hot and smelled like marijuana. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No shampoo or conditioner, just a bar of soap. Just coffee and tea for breakfast, not even a donut. Windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them. I know Motel 6 is supposed to be "no frills" but they are not even inexpensive any more. We have stayed in a lot nicer motels for less money.

Clean and quiet but too many people smoking directly at the exterior doors (3 of them) and the exterior doors didn't lock. Anyone could come in. Not very secure for a woman.

Motel was average in quality, not quite worth the price. No tv the first night, beds were rather uncomfortable and it appeared that the sheets were not changed on the beds for the second night. Had to go to the lobby for shower supplies and the coffee provided in the lobby was terrible. I would recommend spending more money and staying somewhere else.

This facility was overpriced and underwhelming. The staff was not particularly friendly and initially gave us a different room than we'd paid for. The room we wound up getting was utilitarian but lacked typical amenities like shampoo and a coffeemaker. There was a coffeemaker in the lobby but even that was available for only a few hours in the morning. There were no other breakfast options. The bed mattress was thin and soft. On the plus side, parking was easy, there was free Wi-Fi, and the room was clean

We stay on the second floor. The staff showed us our rooms are on the other side of the main entrance. How’re we found that our rooms are basically by the same location above the office. There is one main entrance that is the office. Don’t understand why the staff said the main entrance is on the other side of the building. There is no hot water cups available. When we asked the staff they showed us a locked cabinet. That cabinet will be open next morning to serve coffee and tea.

There is a microwave in pictures of the room so bought appropriate food but no microwave. No coffee maker in room and can only get coffee until 10 am. Also housekeeping knocked at the door around 9:15am after my first night stay.

Perfect for the dog owners pet friendly nice area to walk dogs staff and other guests were all kind. Room was little out dated but very neat and clean. No coffee maker but stores close by.

If you're looking for something that's good enough, clean enough, comfortable enough, and in a safe enough location, etc., this hotel suffices. We gave it a test drive to see if the affordability came with a compromise in quality – and it does to a degree as there are no frills here. But if you're looking for a place to rest your head for a night or two, it's more than adequate. We'll be back and use the money we saved on dinner.

I paid my money to stay there and had to sleep in my car. I got bit up with bed bugs really bad and had to go to work. I talk to the workers there and got no satisfaction it was horrible will never stay there ever again

I will not stay again our bed was full of broken glass and requested to have the bedding changed, didnt happen all day asked again at evening and was told no. The staff was not helpful at all!! I was extremely disappointed
