Nick checked us in. He was awesome. Great customer service. Friendly. The property was no so good. The room smelled like smoke. Outside the room and surrounding area smelled like urine or a zoo. A lot of drug activty in the area. The laundry area was horrible. One washer was filled with stinky water. The other washer worked. The dryer took 2 hours to dry one load. The room itself was ok. I mean it is a motel 6. One good thing. Easy off and on the higheay and next to a not so friendly Waffel House

I do not expect a lot from Motel 6, but this was less than appealing. The room was super tiny, almost clean, and had a kind of ammonia/air freshener smell to it. The parking lot was a disaster with large holes and safety cones in the middle of it. Multiple guests had issue with their rooms and were changing rooms: we simply left for another hotel. Sorry guys, just couldn't stay at this one and probably won't at another Motel 6.

No “Motel 6” sign posted in the tall billboard, just a scratched off “Radisson” sign. Credit card machine broken. Had to pay cash. No receipt. Room smelled bad. Window hard to open & close. Old, stained sheets and bedding. Old, uncomfortable beds. No trash can. Bathroom vent cover hanging off the wall. Limited to 2 towels even though we had 3 adults. We were told we would have to go down to the office with a used towel in order to exchange it for a clean one. Wayne was kind and apologetic.

Was an okay stay. room, service, and pool was great, but there was this one woman who dragged a shovel on the side walk all night and then proceeded to scream at the wall from 4AM every 10 minutes until i left for check out at 10:30. No sleep whatsoever.

The room was full of ordor and I spotted several bugs, not a bed bug though. Everything was dirty and the AC did not work properly. One of the two ice machines was not making ice and the front desk guy (brown skin guy) complained why I was getting so much ice. I had to because the room was not equipped with a fridge. I had to cool my food down for traveling. I had no option but he blamed me. Only good thing was the white guy at the front desk when I checked in.

Animal (we hope) poop on the upstairs walkway right outside our room for 1/2 a day. Our power went out…had to call several times over a 30 minute period for them to reset the breaker, and those rooms heat up fast in 100 degree weather.

I’d like to say for the price it’s ok, but I can’t. I stayed 1 night and found a much better place down the street for the same price. My room 101 was infested with flies. Dead ones, and what seemed like at least 20 alive Flies. I was killing flies all day & night and you could see the dead fly carcasses on the walls & floors where the housekeepers didn’t even bother to clean them up. It’s weird because fly strips literally cost nothing but you can tell they invested thousands in the lobby remodel.. Priorities sir..

It’s cheap but it is disgusting. The sheets on the bed were dirty, wrinkled and had lots of Human hair on them. Clearly the sheets were not changed between guests. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Luckily i brought my own sheets. Don’t stay here.

They didn’t have my reservation to start, the room was dirty stuff all over the floor, linens were clean but that was only good thing. Pictures shared of this place must have been VERY OLD because nothing looked like them. It was a total disappointment! DO NOT STAY THERE!

The staff was kind and this was the only positive aspect. The quality of this facility was dismal, even for a cheaper hotel. I was not expecting the Ritz but my room had bedspreads with holes, most lights did not work, the air conditioner did not work and the mattress was worse than my cot in college. Disappointing

Horrible awful arrogant staff. Booked two nights. When I came back the second evening my room was empty. I thought everything had been stolen. Front desk had my bag though; they had just thrown everything in there and checked me out. They blamed Hotels.com saying that their message from them showed I only booked one night, even though my confirmation said two. Next day the manager was on site. And the story had changed. Now apparently I had asked for an early checkout and a refund, even though I hadn’t even talked to anyone that morning. Manager refused to own up to their mistake, even though it was clearly a mixup of guests, saying he trusted the woman that claimed that I asked for a checkout. A woman that I’ve never met or talked to. I guess their mistake will become apparent in the coming days, when that other guy that DID check out contacts them, asking what happened to his refund… I did not expect the Ritz in a place like this. Just a clean bed. Which I got. But I do expect hotel staff to be competent enough to tell their guests apart! And if something seems wrong (like when a guest asks for an early checkout and refund, but still has his stuff in the room) do a little investigation or research before storming ahead and throw the stuff out of the room. They had my number. They could have just called…

The Motel 6 in Ft. Collins is located directly off I-25, so is easy to get to, and has a frontage road with a light, so it's easy to get back onto the busy street. The sheets were clean and white, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were new and white, and I had 2 towels, two hand towels, and a washcloth, with two soap bars. The floor was clean. The accessible room had two parking spots directly out the door. The heat/AC worked well and was not annoying during the night. The staff at the front desk was friendly, and she spent a lot of time helping the person in front of me who needed a bit of extra help with their reservation and requests. She was very calm, efficient, and helpful.

Nick checked us in. He was awesome. Great customer service. Friendly. The property was no so good. The room smelled like smoke. Outside the room and surrounding area smelled like urine or a zoo. A lot of drug activty in the area. The laundry area was horrible. One washer was filled with stinky water. The other washer worked. The dryer took 2 hours to dry one load. The room itself was ok. I mean it is a motel 6. One good thing. Easy off and on the higheay and next to a not so friendly Waffel House

Not in a great area but the stay was fine since I was only in my room to sleep. The room was still dirty even though it was “cleaned”. Recommend bringing your own pillow and blankets when staying. The people in and around the facility were questionable but had no personal issues, just intimidating and not a comfortable place to be.

I like where it is situated and restaurants at walking distance. It was also very peaceful and safe. The bed was comfortable even though it had a dip on it and I had to move to the other side. The floor I had to mop myself after buying a mop. After that I felt very comfortable in the room. I recommend mopping the floors.

The room smelled and was dirty. Were moved to a different room which smelled of bleach and was also dirty. Toilet did not flush correctly. Told staff when we left for the day in the morning. Nothing was done about it. When we got back in the evening the manager came with a plunger and got it working then walked out of the room dripping toilet water across the floor. Walked up to the front to get a clean towel and was refused a clean towel unless I brought in one to trade. Designated smoking areas but apparently okay for staff to smoke as they are walking into office. Nothing available for the"grab and go" breakfast, soda machine sold out. Shall I go on? This property is switching to being a Motel 6 tomorrow, but Tom Bodett would not want to be connected to it!

When I checked in at 3 pm in the afternoon Zach was a delight and very helpful. If I needed anything he was always willing to help. The room while small was very clean and functional. My favorite part was the bathroom shower. It was very unique and shaped like a cylinder. I loved using it and it would be a main reason why I would definitely come back. My one complaint would be the older lady who worked the morning shift on my checkout date. She was not a nice woman and accused me of not being a guest. When I went down for breakfast she said it was only for paying guest. I told her what room I was in and that it was my second day and I had paid for two days. It seems to me that if you pay for a two day stay you get two days of breakfast even if that second breakfast is a check out day. I didn't like her accusations and implications that I was not entitled to what everyone else was. She was rather nasty about it. However, I would stay there again as I really liked it all except that interaction.

The shower was too small. Curtain was all messed up water got everywhere. The sheets had stains. And my towels were dirty. Comfortable beds tho. AC was not great. Got the job done but loud and not that great. Check in was great! Other than that nice and quiet.

The room I checked into did not have a microwave or refrigerator which I paid for, so I had to request a room change. The second room had a broken lock, stains all over the floors and shower and did not appear very clean. I unfortunately was in a hurry to make an appointment so I had to leave my stuff and run. While I was away I was thinking of other options to choose from because I didn’t feel safe there, so I called and explained that and the person told me that unless I checked out in the next five minutes they couldn’t refund me even though I hadn’t used the room (and they knew I was gone because I had mentioned it) Not wanting to be out the money I had paid I convinced myself I’d stay one night and find something else for the rest of my stay. Upon my return I had a creepy guy showing up every time I went outside which made me extremely uncomfortable especially with one of the locks broken. Just as I was trying to settle in for the night a cockroach ran across the floor and that was the last straw. I found a room at another hotel and got the heck out of there. They said even though the room hadn’t been used they would not refund my money,(which I will dispute) and immediately after I checked in to the other place my shoulder was itching and burning- yup. Like 10 bed bug bites on me! The only thing I had set on any fabric was the sweatshirt I was wearing. The pictures they show was wildly misrepresented what it is. I’m all for basic economy but not a bug infested dump

This hotel is a flop house. They force a 10am check out, despite the app and on-site saying 11am. Graveyard staff was awesome, daytime staff was awful. Not super ADA friendly.
