The location of this hotel is great but the hotel rooms themselves are not in good condition. The first room we were given had a broken pull out sofa bed and the window/wall air conditioner was extremely loud. After we let the desk know about the broken bed they sent us to a different room which was absolutely annoying at almost 11pm with 4 kids. They told us they would meet us at the new room to give us a new key card but no one was there and we were standing there waiting in the hallway while my husband had to go down to the lobby again. Once in the new room it had a funky smell but we did not feel like changing rooms again so we dealt with it. We asked on Saturday morning for our room to be serviced and it was so that was good. On Sunday we asked again for our room to be freshened up and no one ever came. We like trash to be taken out daily because those little cans fill quickly and towels changed out. Again we just let it go that they didn’t do the service. But Monday morning my son woke up with a very itchy leg and he showed me his leg there was what appeared to be a line of bug bites and my first thought is of course bed bugs. I pulled back the sheet and mattress cover on the bed he was on and while I didn’t see any bed bugs at that moment the mattress itself was extremely disgusting. It was stained and had nasty crumbs all in it. I let the front desk staff know at check out and I definitely got the impression that not much is going to be done. Extremely disappointing!

Great place for our family of 4 adults to stay in a double room suite. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Breakfast food and offerings were average but the service staff there were hard working, keeping the breakfast bar clean and stocked. Overall, a dated building and furniture, but clean and the property is in a convenient location near highway and airport.

The fan in the living are did not work and the lights in the bedroom did not work. I had to request for a new iron four times before receiving it making me late to an event. My room smelled stale.

Our air conditioner was broken, so our room was close to 80 degrees at times, yet the lobby is so cold that your breakfast is immediately lukewarm. No one came to assist with our AC issue. I found out the pool has been out of commission for a significant period of time. There were someone else's undergarments behind one of the TV stands, hair in the shower, etc.. Extremely disappointed in the hotel.
