Didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and was noisy

Staff is great! Inside the room is outdated, smells terrible like smoke, NO mini refrigerator, only 2 pillows for 2 queen beds. Location is great steps from the not crowded beach

This is the biggest SHTHOLE ! I have ever been to I had my gun under my pillow all night with one in the chamber no pillows no remote to use the tiny tv the room was never cleaned stains on the bedspread’s didnt even take my clothes off to sleep no room key to get into the room had to have office attendant let you in when you needed to get in internet was non existent I litteraly feared for me and my two kids safety im glad i took my gun with me. If i had time to look for a place before are cruise the next day i would of tried to find another hotel attendant told me there was no pillows because they were stolen had to have housekeeping clean the slime off all over the tables Do not go here i called Expedia after our cruise and reported this place there were It is literally the worst nightmare at a hotel ive ever had DO NOT GO you will be sorry I promise you that im waiting to here back from Expedia there supposedly doing an an investigation or something they do not belong on Expedia website

No refrigerator or coffee pot in room and no chairs. Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. You will be charged an extra $20 if you check in before 3:00pm. Location was good. Only one block from beach access.

They ran out of room key cards so we had to go to office to be let in each time we left. The air conditioner poured water over entire floor. No amenities except small pool filled with screaming children. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was disappointed with my stay due to the pool being closed for maintenance. That was the main reason I booked at this property and would’ve canceled my stay if they had me know before hand. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet. Wish they had tvs you could cast to.

Fine stay, but extremely himid and moist in the room. A few bugs climbing the walls, and the pool closed right in the middle of the summer. Not really worth the price considering even the pool couldn't be used.

Maybe the nicest thing about this motel is its big, cool, clean, and deep swimming pool. The property is a little decrepit, but not too bad. Only a three minute walk from the beach, and they have a rinse-off shower back at the motel. Rooms are basic: smallish TV, no fridge, you even have to ask for an ice bucket, but the rooms were clean, and the bath facilities were fine. no regrets. I’d come back next time I visit Cocoa Beach.

Had several family members stay at this hotel, our room was good, but 2 rooms did not have microwave or fridges. There was no hair dryer.

Everyone is a pro. The pool is perfect. This would be 5 stars if there was a mini fridge in the room.

Stayed Thursday through Sunday, had to kill 5 roaches through the night and creeped out because 2 times during the night they crawled on my arm and woke me up

There was dried blood on the front door. Crusted dried blood in the shhets and bed spread. There was dried food stuck to the sheets. Roaches were crawling in and out of the smoke detector. Some of the lights didn't work. It was dirty, moldy, andbthe doors were falling apart duebto water damamge.

The floors were dirty.

Beds were clean, showers were warm and staff was friendly. Floors were dirty and don’t get cleaned between users. Pool was clean and warm. Short walk to the beach. It’s not a great hotel but it’s still worth an affordable stay by the beach. Use one of their towels to clean the floors and it’s ok.

The room was dirty, the floor covered our feet black. The sink was clogged, the sink faucet was loose. Service was lacking, took several min for someone to come to the desk. Would not recommend.

This by far was the WORSE hotel I’ve ever booked. We only needed the room for 8 overnight hours before our cruise sailed. As soon as we walked in, we found roaches EVERYWHERE! The bedding was used and had hair, crumbs and most concerning BLOOD! There were rat or mice droppings on the floors and something brown that appeared to be bowel movement on the wall. Soooooo many other issues! We immediately called the front desk multiple times with no response. Went to the office and no one came to the front desk what so ever. They know why we were coming back and didn’t want to deal with it.

This stay was horrifying. I got sick from mold exposure. Seeing my doctor today. My lungs hurt and I couldn’t stop sneezing. Couldn’t check in until 5p due to my room not being ready after I was told it would be ready early. I wanted 4 hours. I waited 24 hours for clean towels after asking 5 different members of staff. I was told by house keeping that they don’t deliver towels to rooms and there were none available. When I returned to the front desk she told me she would go take care of it then but it was the next day before I could get clean towels which was only because I had to asked for them again. The room smelled like mildew, the curtains were ripped from the windows, a bubbly ceiling that was filled with water ready to leak, the door was not sealed and let in cigarette smoke from the extended stay neighbor that chain smoked outside my door. They were also talking about having sex with homeless people. I had my teenage daughter with me. The staff was friendly but completely unorganized and non-responsive. I was told that I needed to give a 5 star review before they could give me laundry soap. I ended up washing my beach towels so I could have something to dry off with after my showers.

Complete trash..I had to sweep the dang floor as soon as I checked into the room. Dusty, sticky something all over the hangers, paint spots all over the place. Smoke smell was unbearable. Willing to bet that room has not been cleaned in a while. Towels Towels still got hair all over the place? Jesus how? How is this a place of business? Wow Nd don’t get me started with the rest of the facility.

Room smelled terrible, had to buy Fabreze and scented candles to kill the smell. Water on floor next to bed from AC. Floor turned my socks black, black mold in shower. Front door wouldn't lock properly, had bugs in room.

The room was very clean. The bed mattress not good. It has wires and is very uncomfortable. The outside was very dirty, the trash area and the stairs.

Uncomfortable beds. Can feel the inner springs and feel uneven. Bathroom is old and tub is stained. Shower will have to wait until next upgraded hotel.

It served the purpose of a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was run down, but clean enough. The latch on the door was broken, but maintenance fixed it quickly. We would stay there again because it was worth the price, but note that there’s no fridge, no hair dryer or shampoos.

Staff very friendly. 2 blocks from ocean. Gutters dangling. Tv messed up with lines in screen.

There were only 10 TV channels and 2 were in Spanish.

They say they have Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi does not work at all. I stayed for two days for business reasons and left because I could not get on their Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is like having no Wi-Fi.

The beds are hard as a rock. Older, but tried to be clean. Very few outlets to charge anything. Sink was very slow to drain. No trashcan in the bathroom. Hole in the wall.

First the good: The hotel is cheap and walkable to the beach, RonJons, and multiple restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious, including the shower. The pool area looked very nice. We were offered a discount for the issues with our reservation. Now the Bad: We booked a room specifically with a kitchenette, months in advance, for a Thurs-Sun. We arrived an hour early and tried to see if our room was available. Without even checking, we were told that the rooms were still being cleaned, to come back at 3pm. We returned at 3pm, only to find out that the room that we reserved, months in advance was "overbooked". The best they could do was a mini fridge and a microwave, and we they still needed to clean that. 45 minutes later we were able to get into our room. The room was very spacious but only had a 2'x2' table with 1 chair for 3 people. Also please be aware that the floor is vinyl and this is a beach hotel and they do not mop the floors. My wife could not stand that the bottoms of here feet were very dirty just from walking around in our room. It appeared that the woman next to us was living there with her dog and she smoked. She would sit outside and smoke, which was sucked into our A/C Unit, and you could smell her dog in the area of the adjoining door that we were not using. You could also see about 1/4 of light around 3 sides of our room door. The door latched and locked, but the latch/lock was very loose which made it feel unsafe.

Outdated and some areas of the rooms are old and need repairs bad

Ac was on last leg could not Keep room cool and it was 76-77degrees outside and 78 degrees inside If I keep door open it could have cooled room more than ac which was set for 68 Desk was very worn and door lock but had a major seal issue

Our flight arrived early 6 am when check in was at 3 we made it to the hotel and they allowed us to check in early . Very nice

We arrived late, around 11:40 pm, no one at desk to check us in. Went to grab some drinks and snacks, got back around 12:30am. No one at front desk. Waited at front door for 5 minutes. Left and found another hotel. Never got a refund!!

Reserved two rooms. Arrived had to wait at the front desk for a while because reception was in the laundry room and couldn't hear anybody at the front. Receptionist was very nice and apologetic though. I didn't have any room for next to each other which was an inconvenience but oh well that's life. The first room we got was fine our second room was a nightmare. First of all the door was broken so we couldn't enter receptionist checked with her master key and indeed the door wouldn't open so they gave us another room. That room stunk to high heaven of nasty seawater and fish I swear somebody had been cleaning what they caught that day in the hotel room. Third room first thing we noticed was roaches, not palmetto bugs but cockroaches. After killing the seventh one we got another room. Our fourth room the door opened, it didn't smell and there were no bugs so we were able to stay the night. I guess it's really hit or miss as to what room you get as for it being acceptable for a motel 6. It's motel 6 after all so you can't expect a lot but I think you can expect for it not to be infested or stink.

At check in, Christy was great, knowledgeable, patient, professional, caring, she made me feel at home, she made sure my room was ready for me. The property itself could use an uplift but its acceptable. Clean bed, room, towels. The location is excellent.

Waited over 30 minutes for a worker to even come to the front desk to help us. Once she did, she was rude and short with me. So I left and booked else where.

Older hotel 3 miles from Port Canaveral cruise port with $12.00 per person shuttle to ship. Clean, vlcomfortable and welcoming. No reason to spend a fortune elsewhere the night before your cruise when this is literally just fine. Comfy bed, microwave, fridge and nice, helpful Staff. Saved a couple hundred by staying here and will do it again. Shout out to Christi at check in for exceptional service.

On arrival time there was an empty concierge desk, besides we were a total of 10 guest waiting for our respective rooms . However we tried to contact Property Management and nobody answered it was . Anyhow I personally end up calling customer care, Motel 6 and she stated it was personnel at front desk working, I suggested to call to verify who will answer and I did, after that everything scale to seniors and owners and 2 an a halve hrs later the front desk appears and We check in around 2:30 am

Cheap and convenient. Beach within walking distance.

Last minute booking and was surprised to find such an affordable property nearly adjacent to a public beach access. It appeared to be an old property, but also much larger than most of the same chain. A bit noisy outside late at night, but the room was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a good, affordable option for a place to sleep overnight and/or a quick trip to the beach

We stayed here just for the single night before our cruise. Good place for that, but wouldn't plan to stay longer as the property is a bit dated and amenities the towels, ac unit, tvs, etc don't match up to our normal stays. If needing a cheaper location, right near the beach, it'll suffice though.

Loved that a public beach was a 5 min walk away

Room was an inexpensive place for an over night stay. Room was ok. Bed bad. Area great for walkability. Waffle house, DQ, Taco Bell and more right next door or across the street. Was some characters living at the hotel. But did not bother us. Felt safe. 1 block to a beautiful beach access. But the one down fall to the stay was. I was telling front desk that I needed to schedule ahead an uber for morning. To board a cruise. She told me Uber does not go onto the port. You have to walk a mile. She handed me a business card of a guy to take us on port. He was arrogant. Loud. Bad driver. And took us for $45 plus tip. Uber and Lyft can go on port. And would of cost us half that!! Was scammed! Beware!

It was super close to everything like dining options, stores, and especially an insanely close walk to the beach. It was perfect for our short stay!

All my husband and I needed was a bed and a shower and that is exactly what we got. The room itself was very neat however I think the floors could have been mopped much better. The grounds and the pool area very neat and well-kept. The promotion for this motel states that has a coffee bar in the office - it does not. It does however provide a carafe of hot coffee with creamer and sugar. Public access to the beach is about a block away in walking distance. My husband and I were fortunate enough to see the Falcon 9 launch. If you're looking for something bare bones, centrally located and relatively inexpensive compared to the other places to stay in this area, this is the place for you.

We reserved and paid for a non smoking, 2 queen bed room with a refrigerator and microwave. When we arrived all that was available was a smoking room with a king bed. We had put in that there are 4 travelers. The front desk agent found us a room after about 10 minutes. We are finding that even when you indicate that there are 4 travelers, a lot of hotels only provide 2 sets of towels, and you need to ask for more. The pool was clean, but water was very warm. My guess is because it was very hot when we were there. It is only 2 blocks from the beach, easily walkable! The rinse station at the hotel is in the pool area, but was not working. The area has a lot of shopping, an excellent mini golf next door; (get the unlimited play!) and a wide variety of restaurants. Ok hotel, excellent beach access. No breakfast.

One block from the beach! Our room was on the first floor. It was a basic room. No shampoo, hair dryer, or little things other hotels offer. We walked across the street to IHOP for breakfast and coffee every morning. I gave 4 stars because the room, albeit nice, had an extremely dirty floor. We kept our shoes on for the week. I also wiped dust off the bedside table and tv stand table with lysol wipes. Bathroom floor was dirty, but the rest was very clean. When I reported the floor condition on Thursday, they offered to wash it. We wete about to go out and turned it down.
