The young man behind the desk was very polite and helpful. I reported a couple of issues to him and he checked it out. The side door was always unlocked, even at night. He said he was going to fill out a maintenance request. Someone had thrown up outside. The person used napkins to clean it up. I did report this as I felt it should have been cleaned properly. This was not done. Bathroom was clean, but carpet was very stained.

Filthy and run down. Worst breakfast at a hotel since breakfast started. Just avoid this one period. Can't believe the positive reviews. Fitness center is closed permanently, hot tub is closed and pool is filthy. Kids never swam because the pool area was filthy and the water was so merky looked like chemicals are all wrong. Much better hotels in the area I am sure. Stayed in a much better country inn right before this so I think this is property specific.

Great stay! However upon arrival we discovered you didn’t need to use key to enter the building from the side door. It used to work but didn’t get fixed. Key work only your actual room. Great breakfast included . Hot tub was broken so some maybe offer some discount . Great staff great easy parking
