Motel 6-Des Moines, IA - North

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The room was filthy. The bedding was stained. The seal was missing from the door so it was extremely loud being next to a highway. The curtains were so disgusting we were afraid to touch them. The room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke. There was balled up hair in the corner of the bathroom and what looked like urine on the shower floor. There was hair and stains on the bed. The shower curtain was hung up by a headphone cord and water from the shower head leaked all over the floor. It’s a cheap hotel and I had low expectations but this was beyond awful.

The room was clean and recently remodeled, so good. But the TV didn't work, the towel rack fell down, the door card reader mostly didn't work. The heater/AC read-out didn't work, so fun trying to guess how to set the heat. The bed matrass was extremely thin, I could go on. Also no one to complain too and when I did did find someone, nothing happened. So, not recommended.

Room was clean. Motel was old. No issues.

Place was dirty Burns in the comforter shower curtain broken water everywhere. There were bugs.

The microwaves was missing, and so was the refrigerator.
