Lodge at Mill Creek Pigeon Forge

Big disappointment!!! This place is under construction. It was advertised like the room was on the strip. It was not it was a block away facing the river. Which, normally wouldn’t be the issue but it was Rod Run and of course everyone wants on the strip. Our room was remodeled and it looked nice until we realized the floors hadn’t been cleaned since the room was remodeled. We could not park our vehicle in the spot provided for our room because the parking space was too short and our vehicle stuck out into the road so we had to park in front of the office and walk around the building to our room. The parking lot is on an incline and a huge bump of asphalt is at the top of the parking space. We found three nails in the space where we should’ve been able to park our neighbors found nails in their parking lot space as well, assuming they from the remodel. They advertise free breakfast, there was not any breakfast available. Our room was so damp that everything in the room was wet. The bed was like sleeping between two wet towels. The towels were damp our clothes were damp. The moisture in the rooms is crazy. We had friends staying there on another floor and they experienced the same things we did, in their room. The ice machine didn’t work. The pool was not clean. Very disappointing!! On a positive note… the staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean staff was amazing they are are in the stages to adding on and expanding but a great location and big ideas definitely will stay in the future to see what was done

Very clean and the staff was great. Room rates was great. There was only 1 thing that I was disappointed in the ice machine was broken.

They cleaned it every day was remodeled recently close to everything
