Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue

There was a high school group staying and their teachers had no control over them. I had to call the front desk over and over because the kids sat in the hallway all night eating, drinking, yelling. The security guard came to talk to them but did nothing. They didn’t disperse until after 430 am. Additionally my room phone was broken, the safe was broken, the outlets were mostly non functional. Front desk staff is very nice, but it takes a whole team, and everyone is leaving them out in the cold.

Front desk staff was great

Room was nice but you can tell the building is in need of major upgrades. Elevators were noisy. The tile stairs out front have been cracked and falling apart for over a year and the water pressure was very low. Would be nice if they’re-opened the actual restaurant instead of trying to enjoy a meal in the bar area.
