The staff members were nice. Whyndam the cat was cute, he greeted us. No complimentary breakfast was provided. Sorry but a $17 breakfast buffet was out of budget with the cost of my hotel room. My room was clean and quiet. The shower was cold. I had no direct tv service in my room. The bed was comfy. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in my room worked.

I felt buffet breakfast was slightly expensive. I was caught in a stalled elevator. Of the three main elevators only one was working. Later in the weekend one of the two non-working elevators was repaired. Looks like the landscaping could use some improvement.

While the accommodations were satisfactory, staff experience and training seemed subpar. Confusion at check-in while also observing another guest experiencing some miscommunication about an upcoming stay. On-site restaurant has a pleasant enough atmosphere, but it was quite clear that both the server and the kitchen was very inexperienced. Breakfast was less than acceptable for the price. We waited quite some time before being informed that another cook had to be recruited to cook our breakfast. It showed - the fill-in cook should never enter a kitchen again based on the quality of our breakfast.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Exterior landscaping needs attention. Cig butts all around the front entrance and smoking areas. Exterior of building needs cleaning or painting. Was stuck in malfunctioning elevator. Wouldn't stay here again.

Overall the hotel, bar and staff were amazing. The hotel is older so the outside looks a little rough. The rooms were clean and very nice. The patio seemed nice minus the green pool. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
