The property was not well cared for, there was a terrible patch on bathroom door that clearly had a huge hole in it from someone punching it. There were no dishes or anything useful even though there was a stove and microwave. No closet

As we were leaving for the day, my daughter fell down the stairs, that were broken. And no, it was not roped off. As she was coming down the stairs the cement step broke in half, she fell, and now she is in a boot, and may have to have surgery. No one tried to help us and we had to call for an ambulance.

front desk gave me a room key that doesn't work. The hotel handy offered to open and close the door for me in case I need to get in and out of the room. Multiple couples came back after they paid for one queen/King size bed. The front provided separate beds, but the office replied that these options are not available and refuse to reimburse.

Didn't like anything about the room not clean and there was molding dirt on the bathroom walls and curtains. My husband and I had to go buy cleaning supplies and a mop to clean the floors and we also had to buy sheets for the beds because there were stains on the quilts. We also had to purchase towels because the ones in there were dirty.People hanging out and the police was called out because of people getting out of control..The reason we stayed there was because everything was booked because of some events that was going on over the weekend and plus the room rates was 400.00 plus a nights. So we decided to stay and do a good cleaning for those three days.

there are so many cockroaches. It was disgusting. I have no idea why this place is even allowed to list on Hotels.com or at all it is not fit for human comfort let alone human health standards

The first room we were given, had bedbugs! When we requested a new room and told the clerk about the bedbugs, he didn’t seem to know what they were. The second room woke up in the middle of the night with a bedbug on me will never stay in this establishment again!!

It was horrible did not even stay walked in the room there was bed bugs just sitting on the walls bed had dirty sheets and pillowsl casees where black with dirt the door had a hole in the bottom where some one kicked it had people hanging in the parking lot doing drugs and asking for money even had never go there again

Check in was 3:00. We arrived at 3:15 and were told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 3:45 before we could check in. At 4:00 we finally got keys but the room still wasn’t ready. We went to the room and waited outside the room watching the person “clean” for the next 30 minutes. We finally got in and the room stunk like stale smoke. The room was horrible. Stuff on walls we didn’t want to know about and hair on the floor. The whole room should be gutted. In the middle of the night, roaches appeared in the bathroom when we turned the light on, which made it very hard to sleep the rest of the night. And more appeared the next morning as we hurried to get out of the room as soon as possible. We wiped up water on the floor and discovered the floors were filthy black. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m not sure how it is rated 6/10.

The beds were uncomfortable, two small flat pillows, heater/air conditioner was missing control plate, missing light bulbs in lamps, wrong sized toilet seat on the toilet, ceiling look like it had had a recent leak, multiple holes in walls, Lots of people sitting in cars in the parking lot, room had a bad moldy odor, remote was disgusting, had to sanitize it. Saw people that looked like employees in polos going to multiple occupied rooms after midnight. Only good thing is that I did not see hed bugs.

I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that charge this modern BS refundable "deposit" fee of $25 or $50. This nasty property charged $100 deposit. In the room there was nothing of collective value of $100. The building is probably from the 70s. The walls were cracked and stained. The appliances were at least 20 years old. The bed was an old box spring mattress. The room I was in was called "accessible" but the door to the bathroom wasn't 36" wide. The tub was standard step-in. The toilet was not a chair-height toilet. There was a single grab bar. But adding one grab bar and gutting the furniture so you have a 5' turn circle in the room does not make the room "accessible". Horrible.

I stayed in August and had a wonderful room. I complimented them as I left. This time was completely different. I was upstairs in a room with two beds when I had paid for a room with a king bed which would have been on the first floor. The stairs were loose and you had to go past bottles, cans and bees. The room stunk from old cigarette smoke and was dirty. I had to wash all of my clothes when I got home because they stunk too. I never got water above slightly warm in the shower and it got to scalding at the sink. The drains were very slow. I couldn’t believe the difference between the two stays. I understand that it takes time to make changes to all rooms so I was probably lucky the first time and got a renovated room. This one had a new looking kitchenette but the rest of the room was disappointing there were two positive things I should mention. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I am not sure whether or not I will give this hotel another chance. Walking around smelling like stale smoke when I have never smoked and hate it above most things is not something I want to experience again.

Definitely needs refreshing: shining up, updating, touch of color, and somewhere to hang clothing. List of nearby food options would be great. I asked for an Indian place, found one myself. Coffee maker didn't work properly, Cheese-its don't count as breakfast items to me. Bed and pillows spotless and reasonably comfortable.

The property seems to be in a less than ideal neighborhood. The room was dimly lit. We had to use the TV and bathroom light just to be able to see. We had no shower curtain, and when we asked for one it took over an hour to get one. We killed a roach, who knows how many others we didn’t see. We never left our things in our room. We put them in our rental car each time we left. Would not recommend and would not stay here again

Older place. Okay for a night or two. Pretty clean. Had a partial kitchen and large refrigerator. Great value for the price. Plenty of lights and outlets. USB port available. Staff is nice. Industrial area so no view but close to lots of food and gas stations.

I went through three rooms before I got one I could sleep in. By the time that was done it was 1:30 am. The first ones air did not work, the second one had a nasty mess in the floor immediately upon walking in that you could see from the door. Clearly wasn’t cleaned. The third one was supposed to be their best room. It was not any better

It took 10 minutes to find someone to check us in. The property was not what one would expect for a Days Inn. It was dirty, old and just not at all kept up. The towels in the room were dirty and likely years old; the mattresses in the room were like sleeping on cardboard. It’s not like I paid a Motel 6 price but that’s what we got. We could not get out of there fast enough.

First of all, I didn't stay here. I showed up, it smelled like cigarettes. The bed had odd brown stains, the walls were splattered with something and there was trash on the fridge. I was there for ten minutes and when I asked for a refund I was told I was lying and they refused to refund my "stay". Hotels.com did absolutely nothing and told me to dispute it with my bank because the front office was not approving my refund. I did not sleep here and they refused to issue the refund. The manager berated me, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. 0 stars if I could.

It was awful from the minute we arrived. I booked the room for $87 including taxes. We were required to pay another $100 deposit (not a hold on the card, a legit deduction) in order to check in plus a $35 early check in fee. The staff was rude telling us “not to smoke in or damage the room.” Like right off the bat. We hadn’t done anything wrong, we were literally just standing there checking in. We were told that we would have the deposit refunded in a few days after they ascertained we hadn’t damaged the room. When we finally did get into the room (we couldn’t leave due to the cancellation policy) it reeked of marijuana. There was blood on the sheets and bedspread, no toilet paper and literally no amenities. The toilet was not bolted to the floor so it hit the back of the wall hard every time it was used. We ended up going and buying Fabreze and toilet paper so they would not accuse us of smoking in the room. Breakfast was supposedly included and it consisted of a single basket of prewrapped muffins and maybe coffee (there was a coffee maker there but no cups) and a broken juice machine. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

The hotel staff was friendly, it's obvious that the owners switched it to a Days Inn brand rather than whatever it was before. Easy access to HWY465, Interstate 65, and 70, as well as downtown. About 15 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium. That said, the cleaning staff does a horrible job. The floor appears clean but it's not, and the towels in the bathroom are stained with mud and who knows what else. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and all told it was an ok choice for the price.

The staff was great. Around the area it was trashy. Cigarette butts and debris in parking lot trash and dog poop in grass making it hard to walk my dog. Overall it was okay.

Older place. Okay for a night or two. Pretty clean. Had a partial kitchen and large refrigerator. Great value for the price. Plenty of lights and outlets. USB port available. Staff is nice. Industrial area so no view but close to lots of food and gas stations.

Room was in ok condition and not properly cleaned( an hypadermic needle was in the bathroom). The property was poorly maintained and very little exists out near it, making the closet food to get gas station fare.

The only thing they didn’t have was the hot complementary breakfast. All they had was coffee and breakfast chocolate chip cupcakes and they was stale

Definitely needs refreshing: shining up, updating, touch of color, and somewhere to hang clothing. List of nearby food options would be great. I asked for an Indian place, found one myself. Coffee maker didn't work properly, Cheese-its don't count as breakfast items to me. Bed and pillows spotless and reasonably comfortable.

Property and room were very dirty. Looks like the room had never been cleaned. Especially the floors and bathroom. Other peoples hair was all over the place especially in the bathtub. Old dirty wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. Garbage lined the walkways outside. Conjoined room on the otherside was only locked from entiering our room from the half of a coat hanger that was screwed to the wall. Walls were coming apart from water damange. Bathroom sink was leaking. The lamp shades were not even fixed to the lamps. Room smelled terrible like cigarettes and body odor. Honestly i should have left but i was desperate for a room. Honestly, unnacceptable conditions for a hotel advertised as a Days Inn. Appaling even. To top it off, the breakfast was unusable coffee and juice machines and prepacked snack muffins.

The place is unkept. The floor wasn’t swept in the room it was filthy under the beds. someone was smoking in the bathroom because it was cigarette ashes in the tub. Juice machine doesn’t work for breakfast! JUST A FILTHY PLACE……DON’T WALK RUN!!!!!!!

This was quite literally the worst hotel room ve ever seen. The bedding, floors, walls, surface, bathroom, etc were ALL filty. There was hair and bits of trash everywhere. The A/C was broken with the front cover and parts hanging off. The bathroom door was rotted and coming apart. The shower rod was ripped from the wall and barely hanging. The property is in horrible condition. There are loose handrails, broken pavement, bent metal and garbage areeverywhere. The people were rude did not speak English and refused to refund so we could leave. I realized a cheaper room near the city would not be ideal. However my father's poor heath during our trip demanded that we find a room for the night. This was a horrible experience. The pictures and reviews are a lie and very misleading.
