Ck in was ok, front desk personnel didn't have restaurant availabilty-tour pamphlets of Indianapolis would have been great.Breakfast was good, room was good-quiet and clean.We had elevator issues-stuck on 6th floor inside the elevator for a good 5 minutes.Used the emergency phone inside the elevator to alert staff.

On arrived I received a warm welcome, stay in an ADA room which was of good size a place near the door to park and charge my mobility scooter. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook (breakfast was provided by the host every morning-so no need to cook). Had a table to have your meals at and the tv that rotates with a small living room and a large window that faced the driveway. The bedroom was large with a king size bed a medium size dresser with another large tv on it that moved around. The light switch didn't work but it was a few steps away from a lamp. Large closest with laundry basket in it and hanger. The bathroom has a large door that when it swings open it does block the sink (so if someone was in there at the sink, they would have to move for you to get in. The room was clean and bright. This place has FREE laundry room (Pod is $1 at the front desk) down by the indoor pool/spa/gym (so I did my laundry as I relax at the pool). Check with the front desk but in the evening, they have a meet & greet with food in the lobby lounge next to where breakfast is served. I hate to leave everyone was so nice. But I'll be back some day.

Everything was ok except for night desk clerk and pool control. We were in the pool area with our 5 year and another family with a toddler. We were only there 15 minutes when 5 pre-teens and teenagers came in. They had NO adult supervision. They were extremely loud and rude. They were jumping, diving in the pool…splashing the young kids. They were throwing a ball that nearly hit our 5 year old. We complained to the front desk and he said he world handle. He did not. We ended up leaving the pool area within minutes of the rowdy teens arriving. So did the other family with a toddler. I find this unacceptable. We paid good money to stay and allowing teenagers of other patrons to ruin the pool time is absolutely ridiculous.

Stayed with my husband for a Colts game. Within walking distance of stadium. Room was Clean. Kitchen was convenient as we stayed for 3 nights and ordered some groceries. Indoor hot tub and pool were nice to use as well.

Price and rooms were perfect. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is cleanliness of the pool. It was a bit foggy and had some floating things in it… also the elevators needed maintenance so only one worked which was a nightmare at busy times. Staff was super nice as well and very helpful.

First room provided had dirty towels and the TV didn't work. Then moved to a new room and the first afternoon came back to major construction in hallway with drilling/dust and tools in front of entry door. Inconvenient and poor management of the facility overall.

The hotel itself is “fine” for the price. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants, so not bad. The carpet in my room was damaged, the small indoor pool and hot tub were clean. My biggest issue was that someone’s dog, I hope it was a dog, urinated in the elevator in the middle of the day. I attempted to call the front desk many times and no one answered, so I went back down to the lobby, in the toilet elevator, to report the issue. The person behind the desk seemed “inconvenienced” by my bringing it to her attention. About 8 hours later, I had to go downstairs to pick up a pizza and it was still there and now spread everywhere by the people who didn’t see it and stood in it. Lovely. All told, I enjoyed at least 8 rides to the top floor and back in that disgusting and unfathomably slow elevator.

The location is good. Walkable to the convention center (if the weather permits). I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. The pull out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress cover and since housekeeping wasn’t available front desk could only offer us sheets to put over it or a different room that would’ve been a downgrade/downsize to what we had. We ended go not using the pullout sofa because of this which was definitely an inconvenience for the sleeping arrangements we made when booking this room.

Absolutely horrible stay never again will I stay here! First of there was old cereal stuck in the sunk the room was not cleaned properly. Then the topper getting bit by only god knows what in my bed all over my legs. More thank likely bed bugs. Threw away all my stuff i took with me there. Then the gun shots right outside of the front door of the hotel never again. Also paid for parking for 2 vehicles and couldn't even park in the parking lot.

Our stay here was great! The suite was clean and well stocked. It had a fully functional kitchen, (minus oven,) with a dishwasher! I loved the in-house laundry room, which was included in price so no need for change like some other places I have stayed. Small but nice gym and pool. Breakfast was good. Two of the nights they had a social gathering with food. Staff were friendly! The small downside was the construction and parking. Thankfully we had a fan to drown out the noise so it wasn’t horrible and there is a parking garage next door that you didn’t have to pay for as long as you had your hotel parking tag. Overall it was a great stay and we will book again for future trips!

Had 2 rooms each stay and the bathroom sinks were very smelly. Had a horrible smell coming from both sinks. Bed in one room was all wrinkled.

I absolutely loved the size of this hotel room and the layout great for a family and people who want to have privacy. Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms is outstanding but truthfully, the room could’ve been a lot cleaner and the smell wasn’t so great. Breakfast was nice and decent pool also is small. Could’ve been a lot cleaner no showers or anything like that in the area.

Stayed here as a family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Sleeper sofa NOT comfortable. Mattress was poor and every spring could be felt. Breakfast was great. Not enough seating in dining area but worked well to take food back to room. Little kitchen with full size fridge was very nice. Room was clean and no evidence of age. Grout in the bathroom and kitchen looked like new. Little parking space so had to use parking garage shared with another hotel and short walk from this hotel. Close to ballpark, stadium, and I think a conference center.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The toiletries provided in the room were surprisingly good quality. The only thing we disliked was the parking (expensive and very few spots). Definitely staying here again

It was an awesome experience! The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. It was my sister, my niece and myself for Saturday night and we found the room extremely comfortable and clean. We were able to enjoy our stay. Thanks again to Staybridge Suites!

The availability of quality dining for a hotel located right next to a gigantic stadium was literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Seedy bars overrun this neighborhood, and I would not ever feel safe bringing my family here. The service at the hotel and everywhere in the surrounding area was also truly awful. No attempt at customer service was made, even after the hotel fire alarm woke everyone up at 1am because some drunk idiot fell asleep while making a pizza. There were several moments I was literally afraid for my life at this hotel, and everyone acted as if this were very normal for this neighborhood. I will not be using this hotel again

We stayed for one night. Elevator was broke and so many people using the other elevator we started having to take the stairs or wait 30 minutes. Woke up to kids running up and down the halls at 3 am

Everything was ok except for night desk clerk and pool control. We were in the pool area with our 5 year and another family with a toddler. We were only there 15 minutes when 5 pre-teens and teenagers came in. They had NO adult supervision. They were extremely loud and rude. They were jumping, diving in the pool…splashing the young kids. They were throwing a ball that nearly hit our 5 year old. We complained to the front desk and he said he world handle. He did not. We ended up leaving the pool area within minutes of the rowdy teens arriving. So did the other family with a toddler. I find this unacceptable. We paid good money to stay and allowing teenagers of other patrons to ruin the pool time is absolutely ridiculous.

Nice hotel with a helpful, welcoming staff. Great breakfast buffet and happy hour. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Lovely pool. This hotel is perfect for those attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium or the convention center, and it's less than a mile from the Indiana Statehouse area/downtown. But it's in a gritty area that's not really walkable on its own. There are a couple of bar/restaurants and a gas-station mini-mart nearby. Heading to downtown, one has to walk on a highway-like trash-strewn street, unfortunately.

Went to a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and stayed one night at Staybridge. Walkable distance for most people but if you're in your 60s or older, it might be a stretch depending on any physical limitations. Not much in the way of restaurants close to the hotel but once we got to Meridian Street there were quite a few options. The Staybridge itself is a nice hotel with a fairly reasonable room rate. The room and property was clean and well taken care of, and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet for a good night's sleep! If you're planning on taking advantage of their free breakfast, make sure you get down there before 9:30 am as everything was being taken away and locked up then. People who arrived right at 9:30 had to scramble to get some food before it was packed up and brought back to the kitchen. All things considered, we were very happy with our choice of hotel and confidently recommend the Staybridge if you're looking for a hotel in Indianapolis.

Stayed with my husband for a Colts game. Within walking distance of stadium. Room was Clean. Kitchen was convenient as we stayed for 3 nights and ordered some groceries. Indoor hot tub and pool were nice to use as well.

The suite we stayed in was very nice and a short walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. It was also difficult to get any room service, but that has been more common in the hotel industry.

Excellent all around, very clean, respectful, and excellent breakfast and evening social hour is a blast which is held Mon-Wed at 530. Social hour which they have burgers and hot dogs plus beverages.

This is the kind of hotel you hope to stay at when visiting downtown, and just far enough out of the city center that you miss some of the chaos you'd get, say, near Monument Circle. It's VERY close to all the popular downtown attractions and Lucas Oil Stadium is literally out the window. Yes, you have to pay to park, but doing so gives you access to a parking garage as well as the open hotel lot. I had been worried about the walk to the garage because crime in Indy (my beloved hometown, mind you) is no joke *anywhere* downtown BUT I was very comforted to find the walk is simply out the door of the Suites, across the front of the Holiday Inn next door, and straight into the garage. It is not a max-security garage but I felt safe at night nonetheless. The hotel locks at 10 for non-guests. The hotel was very clean, had tons and tons of food and amenities (huge hot breakfast, social hour = yum!) and while you don't get the glitziest downtown view, a room with a view gives you a massive eyeful of Lucas Oil Stadium where the Colts play and the skyline in the distance. Maybe not the most impressive if you're not a big sports fan, but if you are, it's pretty neat!! The staff were all kind, helpful, and IHG rewards can get you late check-out. The in-room kitchen was great and all the beds (regular and couch) were comfy. The only downside was that a couple of the laundry machines were broken, but that's life. There was also working laundry. I'd definitely stay here again!

My family traveled for spring break and stayed at Staybridge. It was my first time in one of their hotels. We loved having a separate bedroom space from the living room area. We have two small kids and we’re able to put them to bed and then stay up and watch tv without disturbing them. The rooms were a good size. The kitchen in the room was great to be able to store food in fridge and have simple meals there. The hotels breakfast was good and the swimming pool/hot tub area was functional and clean. We would definitely stay with them again.

The breakfast could use a little help and more of an area for sitting to eat breakfast. The lady’s up front were nice and very helpful when we needed things! The rooms were clean and very nice.

I enjoyed my stay overall, and everything else was very good. However, I was disappointed because the photos in the listing showed what appeared to be a rooftop patio with a fire pit. That amenity was one of the reasons I chose this property, but there was no rooftop patio or fire pit at this location. I feel the photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the property. Because I booked expecting this advertised amenity, I would like to request some type of refund or compensation.

The room was clean and very spacious. Especially enjoyed the walk-in shower. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The evening snacks and complementary drinks were awesome and unexpected. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Our bed had several hairs in it that did not belong to my husband or myself. The overall cleanliness of the room and main areas was very poor. Convenient location, but would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and made use of the excellent breakfast and pool. My only complaint would be that our shower head was broken and sprayed on the shower ceiling which then made water fall from the broken ceiling.( because it was so water damaged) We told the front desk the same day we checked in, who said they would have it fixed the next day but it was never even looked at by anyone.
