Quality Inn & Suites Malvern

Overall, the room was pretty clean. There were stains on the outside comforter, but the sheets were clean. Everything was just very outdated and paint was peeling. The breakfast area was incredibly small - much smaller than any other breakfast area I have seen at a hotel. The orange juice was more like Sunny D than orange juice. The lady at the front desk was helpful when we had trouble with our TV; however, her child came to work with her, and she was yelling at them. That incident was a turn off also. I don't feel that children at work are appropriate if they are going to be a disruption. I probably wouldn't stay again unless there were upgrades.

Clean room. Excellent staff. Breakfast can be improved.

The room was cleaner than I expected from other reviews that I read. The room was very nice for the price. The staff was very nice!
