I have never ever made a reservation through any site that was a worse experience. The first room we were assigned contained two double beds. That was okay, but the room was tiny, they were side by side, and one was pushed against the wall literally against the AC, which was broken. It was 90, so we asked for another room. I wish I could post pics of the second room we were offered. Big dirty stain (fresh too) on one bed. The other had been slept in. We declined it as well. So, we have now moved our bags twice, and are offered a third room on the opposite side of the large building. It was the worst of all. As a former paramedic, and a fisherman, I know smells. It smelled like decomposing blood and dead fish. After 45 minutes of lugging luggage around the property, we asked for a refund. We were told since we booked online through Hotels.com, and were informed they would have to initiate a cancellation and refund. I was able to contact them, and they tried to call the property several times. No answer. Still awaiting a refund. Avoid this place like the plague. It very well may live there.
