The property was clean, the room was ok. The restroom was dingy, the shower was a strange design. The pool area was crisp and clean. You get what you pay for and I just needed a place to rest overnight before my 10 hour drive home.

Property is being upgraded, and the changes are good but not yet completed. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pet exercise area had supplies, but no grass yet. The room was very small but the bed was super comfortable. Price was a little high for the usual lack of amenities in this chain.

Staff was very friendly. Room was DISGUSTING! Got a non smoking room, but smelt horribly of smoke. No ac controls so room was very hot. Floors not swept, towels were nasty. Bathroom counter falling off the wall. Dog poop in all grassy areas, pool closed. Cars stuffed full of garbage in the back parking lot

Small very basic room. Was not happy about, no coffee maker, no fridge, no hair dryer, pool was out of order, no microwave. Lots of places to walk around to eat or get a coffee. Bed was uncomfortable. Quiet least.

We've never had any problems with Motel 6. This one is a nice, inexpensive place to sleep. No frills (though they did have a pool - we didn't use it, but other families sounded like they had a good time). And it's conveniently located next door to Black Bear Diner, which has good food!

Was in back of the hoetel, No coffee in room, alot of look like homeless people weed smell very strong. Had a room up stair and the rails where very dirty. The pool was green. Will not be staying here again

Super clean, convenient location, quiet and pet friendly motel. The AC in room 116 does not work and they offered to move us but it’s winter so we managed with opening window for fresh air which was great. The important things we appreciated were first floor easy unload logistics and a clean smelling room with fresh linens no stains, no odors etc Nice employees were very accommodating Thank you!!

The beds had pet hair and the floor was sticky. I requested a change of room which was granted. The 2nd room was a bit cleaner but the ac was very noisy (rattling). I was told that that was the best available. I asked for a refund, none was given. I found another hotel in the area.

Stayed for one night and didn’t even sleep due to upstairs making so much noise and being inconsiderate between 2am-4am when I needed to be up at 7am. Upon leaving I saw my car had a dent meaning someone over night hit my car in the parking lot. It’s ridiculous, never staying here again. The toilet didn’t even look clean at all in the room I stayed in and the shower floor looked dirty which I didn’t use.

After staying at numerous Motel 6 locations this was the absolute worst. Our clerk was friendly, the pet area was decent. However, the room was dirty. Trash, debris under beds, shower not properly scrubbed, broken/moldy shower curtain, sink clogged, toilet handle in disrepair causing toilet to run continuously. The list goes on.. I never leave reviews, although, I felt compelled to share and possibly save someone from the experience I had.

I wasn't really expecting much anyway - as it is a Motel 6, but I wound up more exhausted from traveling after waking up in the morning that I did before going to sleep. The upstairs and adjacent neighbors were mostly to fault - banging around stomping on the floor (or falling down) and chatting loudly till 2am or so. There's a homeless man camped out on the front lawn next to the electricity box too. Tougher times for him than me, so I can't complain much.

Staff was nice and smooth check in, but ac was decades old and no cool air so had to open window to try and cool room. Bed was stiff and where not stiff was a spring, very uncomfortable. But you get what you pay for and $100 bucks doesnt go far anymore.

Because of a power outage, there was no one at the office to check me in and it was completely dark. I could not reach anyone by phone and I was unable to get the motel room. Therefore, I am expecting a refund.

My go to while in Yreka. Doesn’t offer food or coffee in room but if you go to and front they have coffee. The staff make it worth it and are always nice. Sometimes there will be problems with guest but they manage it quick and efficient. I love the parking and it is close to a 24 hour gas station that carries pretty much everything you need. Good with kids and also was nice when my daughter pulled the fire alarm lol

Location within walkjng distance of the necessities of lufe. The staff were attentive and caring. The night auditor even knocked on my door late at night once because he heard a loud noise and wanted to make sure I was okay. (Way cool, thank you.) Very clean and well maintained. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

I like it was near a Black Bear Diner. I didn't like that I paid for a room with a refrigerator and a microwave. The price of the room was not adjusted. The TV didn't work. Was told they would adjust the price of the room, but it was more.

This property is not safe. I worried as soon as I walked in the dingy, bad smelling office. After a very long wait, I was checked in and told to be sure not to leave anything in my car as there was a large homeless encampment behind the property. Was also told there were monthly guests in the building. I drove to my room on the very back side of the property and found the monthly guests and their belongings had spilled out on the walkways and into the parking lot. There were many people milling about by the parked cars. As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel at all safe even getting out of my car, let alone staying at this property. The building is run down on the outside. I didn't even go inside the room. After finding another hotel, I called this propedty to let them know I didn't feel safe and would not stay there. Instead of offering me a refund, they said they would "note that" and hung up on me. No refund was given.

Quick and easy check-in. Plenty of good parking spaces. Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Walkable to Black Bear Diner next door, McDonalds, Carls Jr, Arbys, Walmart, DMV, AutoZone, O'Reilly. Nice Motel 6 overall.

Room condition was lower than already low expectation from a motel. Bathroom tap was broken and was spilling water outside of sink. Few lights were not working in the room. Surrounding area seemed unsafe.

I wasn't really expecting much anyway - as it is a Motel 6, but I wound up more exhausted from traveling after waking up in the morning that I did before going to sleep. The upstairs and adjacent neighbors were mostly to fault - banging around stomping on the floor (or falling down) and chatting loudly till 2am or so. There's a homeless man camped out on the front lawn next to the electricity box too. Tougher times for him than me, so I can't complain much.

Room was dirty. Windows of adjacent room were busted out and covered with cardboard. Pretty sketchy area. Went to bed thinking there was a 50/50 chance that my car would be broken into.

Convenient location just off the freeway but far enough away to be in a quiet area. It was an overnight short stay on our way back to Washington state from California. No frills lodging perfect for such instances—clean, low cost, convenient location close to restaurants, gas, retail stores. Not a Hyatt, but fits the bill for the occasion.

We've never had any problems with Motel 6. This one is a nice, inexpensive place to sleep. No frills (though they did have a pool - we didn't use it, but other families sounded like they had a good time). And it's conveniently located next door to Black Bear Diner, which has good food!

I liked that it was off the road and the free coffee. It was clean and pretty quiet. For two hours my neighbors were drinking in front of their room and were noisy between 6-8pm.

Small very basic room. Was not happy about, no coffee maker, no fridge, no hair dryer, pool was out of order, no microwave. Lots of places to walk around to eat or get a coffee. Bed was uncomfortable. Quiet least.

My go to while in Yreka. Doesn’t offer food or coffee in room but if you go to and front they have coffee. The staff make it worth it and are always nice. Sometimes there will be problems with guest but they manage it quick and efficient. I love the parking and it is close to a 24 hour gas station that carries pretty much everything you need. Good with kids and also was nice when my daughter pulled the fire alarm lol

We have stayed at this property many times while traveling along the 5. There's not much in the line of amenities, but the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Black Bear Diner is next door and there are a lot of other dining facilities if you need a bite to eat.

Our stay was great, easiest check-in in a long time. The host was pleasant. We have stayed there many times when traveling from CA to WA or WA to CA. Remember to bring shampoo and tissues, they didn't have those items available. It's convenient to the 5 and Black Bear Diner is next door if you want a delicious meal. We will stay again on our next trip north.

My husband and I loved the pool after driving 6 hrs our room was fresh & clean. I had a hard time figuring out the tv, the manager came within minutes to help. Highly recommend this Motel 6.
