Room had been renovated to a degree. New floor, bathroom outfitted, new paint at some point. Big television on the wall with watchable stations. Big soft bed. Room was clean, no shortage of hot water and everybody followed the rules of polite behavior during my stay. It was fine. The only thing I'd nitpick about is that Motel 6 franchises, as a rule, give you nothing; no mini fridge in the rooms, unusable soap, no coffee...that other places at this same price point would provide. But the ice machine worked great and I brought a cooler since I know what I'm not getting when I book a Motel 6.

I appreciated that it was pet friendly. Though when I called about their pet policy, I was never told of their page of rules for having pets stay. But had to sign a contract when I got there. I am disabled and asked for a 1st floor roomwhen I booked the room but when I got there the staff was not sure what rooms were available on the 1st floor. So she put me on the 2nd floor even with a handicap placard. The bed was not secure to the frame and when I sat on edge of bed the top of bed flipped up, I am not a heavy person. The mattress was heavily stained, I also reserved a king and it was a queen bed. There was a hole in the wall where the nightstand was supposed to be. The toilet was not secured to floor and shifted when using it. I was afraid it was going to leak and break the plumbing. Appreciated a fridge and microwave but did not use it. Did not shower as it had ling black hairs and did not apprear clean or sanitary. The price was inexpensive so I knew I wasn't going to get anything fancy but this was far worse than what I could have ever expected.

The door handles to the room are loose and difficult to use because the deadbolt keeps falling down. Otherwise the linens and towels were clean. Very noisy heater and road outside. Park in the front because it doesn't feel safe in back lot.

It's in a great spot for travel and idea for a one night stay. Unfortunately it is pretty loud with people coming in and out at all hours. They do owe we let you have two dogs for free which was a huge help for us!

Listen it's a review based on motel 6s. Genuinely one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed in. Burn holes on the bedding, crusty old ketchup stains under the air conditioner and the walls look like they’ve never been cleaned. Wasn’t very reassuring seeing a big dent on our door, looking like someone tried to break in. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

It's a Motel 6, not the Ritz. It was clean, reasonably quiet, super easy to get to off the highway, and our room had been renovated fairly recently and they did a lovely job. My only criticism is that there was no fridge or microwave (I'd prefer the fridge, if I had to pick). But overall it was cheap and clean and the water was hot— exactly what I look for at a Motel 6

The beds were comfortable, but the room is a little crowded. The light over my bed did not work at all, and the light outside the bathroom kept flickering. Also, the bathroom door would not stay closed even when locked. It was also very hard to find a consistent temperature in the shower that was neither too hot or too cold. We could see outside light coming in around the door as well. There was a mini-fridge which was great.

Clearly understaffed and poorly managed. When we got there (after check in time) our room was not ready. But staff was not communicating this with each other, clearly, because we were sent to the room that wasn't ready. Going back to front desk, he sent me back to that room, saying "ready in 10 min" but the cleaning ladies were saying "it's too much, it won't be ready!" So we went back and got sent to ANOTHER room which was not ready. Finally after 45 min we got a different room that was ready, but there was no shampoo. Guy at front desk said they ran out. A hotel - out of shampoo!!! And the soap we had was CHEAP - barely made suds at all, used over half a bar just to clean myself.

The staff was rude. Instead of calling they just randomly knocked on my door and threatened to call the police at checkout. The room was nice but bedsheets were stained i asked for new ones and they said the laundry was closed. Overall decent place just didn't like the disrespect and disregard. I would like to speak to someone about the horrible customer service by Jessica and experience at this hotel. I arrived late after pre-paying for a room. I explained I was traveling with dog and had been driving and was told the room had been cancelled. I asked to see the policy where if I pre-paid a room and showed up prior to checkout (7am) and wanted to sleep for a few hours that I was unable to access even though bad for- she pointed to the signs on the desk - which I read and neither said anything about this. The rep had a very condescending attitude, refused to show me the policy that allowed for cancellation after a certain time, refused drove provide me with manager number, and told me my reservation was for yesterday / bc it was for 2pm- 11am. I asked for a refund and she refused saying I had to check in by 2pm yesterday. Never provided me any policy regarding this. Everything she told me was inaccurate. The hallway in the office also smelled really bad like mildew. Horrible.

Shopping around property is fantastic. Outside of Motel wasn't the best but it did the job for a one night over lay. Wouldn't rule out staying there again if need be.

Basic accomodation: clean and functional. No frills. Items you might expect such as tissues and shampoo not provided. Convenient location just off I-91, but some traffic noise. No elevator to second floor rooms. Lots of plugs. Slept soundly.

It's in a great spot for travel and idea for a one night stay. Unfortunately it is pretty loud with people coming in and out at all hours. They do owe we let you have two dogs for free which was a huge help for us!

Hotel location was great! Located on a Main road with shopping and dinning at walking distance. Very convenient. What was very imcomvinient, was not having a microwave and small fridge to keep my drinks cold and be able to warm up my food. Also The owners should really consider re doing the bed linens with new linens because my bed sheets and pillow cases where full of stains. I had to go to the plaza next door to buy a couple pillows and a simple inexpensive bed sheet set so that I can sleep on a clean sheets. Remodeling a Hotel should also consist of having new bedding linens for their guest.

We stayed in non-smoking room, but the smell of tobacco and cigarets was very strong first night. Maybe it was coming from the neighbour room, I am not sure, but I didn't like it. Otherwise, nice location for my trip. No-frills. No breakfast, but plenty of options to get one around.

I stayed for a total of nine days, two days regular rate, and then a weekly rate what’s the charge me for an upgraded room which is not have. My room was never clean or linens changed. I had to go to the front desk at 10 o’clock at night and ask them for new linens for the bed and towels to shower. I was given towels immediately and was told they have to bring me sheet at another time and I told him no I’d be in my room and I expected to be delivered so I can get the bed made. Then in the middle of the night the fire alarm was off in my room there’s smoke and small of burning from the heating unit that I turned on no one came to my room so I called on the phone. No one answered. I went to the office and explain what was going on and they told me their phones weren’t working the same story I was told by April stay there. The front desk person came to my room told me I shouldn’t be turning the heat on this time of the year. I asked what the burning small was and why there were smoked for the alarm to go off. He didn’t have an answer. He left the room and came back with a for Bruce spray sprayed it into the AC and told me that was fine. He didn’t left the room say I didn’t use the heat or AC in fear of a fire. When I asked their policy about fire alarms going off and if they had a panel showing alarms, he said no. I was. I was told that my room was not clean because I was not there. He said that was their policy. Horrible place bad customer service not a well-maintained property

There was paint all over the floors, only three pillows for a king size bed. There were no tissues in the room. Staff was friendly but i wouldn't stay there again. The room was clean but an odor of cigarettes was awful and the ac smelled like mildew. The price was inexpensive and location convenient.
