What can I say--it was a Motel 6 so we weren't expecting much, but it was the best we could do on a tight budget. The beds were comfortable enough and the TV had a few channels. The room could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't terrible. The decor and official notices everywhere felt industrial and uninviting. The pool was "closed for the season" even though it was late July. The upstairs walkway was in poor repair. The other guests seemed a bit sketchy, and the location didn't feel safe. Overall, it wasn't the type of place I would take my family again. The manager was super helpful in getting us a refund for the rest of the dates we had booked.

Upon check-in, the man working was sitting at a desk further back with his shoeless feet propped up. He didn’t get up or verbally acknowledge me until I said I was there to check-in. He then didn’t say anything. He tapped on his iPad & took my ID I already had out and ready. He didn’t say a word until he gave me my room key. I went to the room & the key card wouldn’t work. I went back to the front & he gave me a new key, after reminding me not to keep close to electronics. I walked back & the new key also didn’t work. I will note the door handle already appeared to be busted. I then went back to the office again. He then offered me a new room, but I was charged an extra $10. A fee he said should have been complimentary, but a charge he wasn’t able to remove. He met me at the new room to make sure this one worked. It did. He also made sure everything looked fine in there & the a/c was working. Room, beds, bathroom, floors were all clean. No sign of bugs. You can tell they’ve done some upgrades over time. Newer large TV with Dish network, however not all listed channels were available. Upon booking, the pool was not listed as closed, but there was still a cover on it & no chairs out (June). We got what we paid for knowing we booked a cheap room. Just keep in mind, this is a low fee motel, so it attracts not the most ideal guests. There was definitely some questionable happenings going on by other people staying. I would not bring my kids here. Staff don’t wear uniforms.

The pool was closed. The air conditioner didnt really work, and the air coming out smelled bad. The guy at the front desk was accommodating. I told him why we couldnt stay and he had me sign a paper to get a refund. Still waiting but its only been 3 business days.

The good, was the young lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and accommodating. That being said, the rest of the stay was horrible. The room was dirty, it looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was paint and plaster peeling off the ceiling too. The beds, if you can call them that, were very uncomfortable. The linens and towels appeared dirty as did the bathroom. The worst issue was the cockroaches we found crawling around after we turned out the lights. The outside of the hotel was reasonably clean and maintained. There was noise and people coming and going all night. But, you get what you pay for, and now seeing the area there are plenty of other places near this location to stay. Safe to say we won’t be staying here again. We did report our issues to the management when we checked out and her attitude was, oh well.

The place was completely dirty and there were cockroaches everywhere. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There were hair everywhere and dust on table and floor. We also found a used feminine pads. Terrible experience!

The hotel was nasty not clean at all the shower was dirty our sheets were stained yellow. The room had a nasty smell and the door didn’t have a latch to latch the top lock I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here this place is nasty

Nothing about the room was clean. Everything was unsanitary, water in between the walls, door was broken & the room smelled like urine. There was yellow stains in the bathroom like if it was water running down the walls and it was dry. It was disgusting! Fake advertising, nothing like the pictures. Looked like a rotten grape in the fridge. It was horrible never again! I had booked a non smoking room and it wrenched like cigarettes. I told them to give me another room and it was the same thing. It was at this point I just asked for my money back.

Beds are NOT Queen size. Room is tiny. No Ice in the ice machine. Air conditioner did not work. Overall would not recommend this place if you want a comfortable sleep. My husband is 6'3 and hung off the bed. I had to literallly sleep on my side with knees off the bed, in order for us to both fit on the bed. We sleep on a Queen comfortably with lots of room, typically. Staff does not care about your comfort and lies about the accommodations.

The room was sufficient for the price. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but kept the room cool enough and didnt disturb my sleep. There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby.

OK its a 'budget' hotel . . . I only expect cleanliness and a good air conditioner. But when nobody's room ever gets cooler than mid 80s its totally unacceptable. Please FIX the HVAC water chillers in the mechanical room. Continue forgoing basic maintenance and your motel will be bulldozed within a decade. Bright spot is Destiny at the front desk . . . very pleasant woman, especially for being caught between unhappy guests and a horrible, cheap-bast*rd building owner.

This place is in an odd place it’s in a nice area and it has helpful staff if I was to knock anything about my stay I would say the biggest disappointment is that their isn’t a microwave no refrigerator or coffee machine either and the WiFi is a little buggy but other than that for the price I paid I would say it was quite ideal but expect that your going to have to go out to eat food or door dash to your room they have no way to cook any food or keep beverages cold also the air conditioning doesn’t get very cold but other than that I enjoyed my stay and might consider staying their again just due to the price

Power was out when we arrived so we were not allowed to check in. It was booked and paid through Expedia so they were rude as it’s not their problem call Expedia. Very rude. Took us 2 hours to book another hotel. I’m kind of glad didn’t stay there. Will not book them ever.

Upon check-in, the man working was sitting at a desk further back with his shoeless feet propped up. He didn’t get up or verbally acknowledge me until I said I was there to check-in. He then didn’t say anything. He tapped on his iPad & took my ID I already had out and ready. He didn’t say a word until he gave me my room key. I went to the room & the key card wouldn’t work. I went back to the front & he gave me a new key, after reminding me not to keep close to electronics. I walked back & the new key also didn’t work. I will note the door handle already appeared to be busted. I then went back to the office again. He then offered me a new room, but I was charged an extra $10. A fee he said should have been complimentary, but a charge he wasn’t able to remove. He met me at the new room to make sure this one worked. It did. He also made sure everything looked fine in there & the a/c was working. Room, beds, bathroom, floors were all clean. No sign of bugs. You can tell they’ve done some upgrades over time. Newer large TV with Dish network, however not all listed channels were available. Upon booking, the pool was not listed as closed, but there was still a cover on it & no chairs out (June). We got what we paid for knowing we booked a cheap room. Just keep in mind, this is a low fee motel, so it attracts not the most ideal guests. There was definitely some questionable happenings going on by other people staying. I would not bring my kids here. Staff don’t wear uniforms.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Motel 6. The manager was extremely disrespectful and clearly showed racist behavior towards Latino guests, including myself. He treated me with hostility and made assumptions based on my background. No one should be treated like this, especially when paying for a service. I will never stay here again, and I strongly urge Motel 6 to address this kind of discrimination seriously. This behavior is unacceptable

What can I say--it was a Motel 6 so we weren't expecting much, but it was the best we could do on a tight budget. The beds were comfortable enough and the TV had a few channels. The room could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't terrible. The decor and official notices everywhere felt industrial and uninviting. The pool was "closed for the season" even though it was late July. The upstairs walkway was in poor repair. The other guests seemed a bit sketchy, and the location didn't feel safe. Overall, it wasn't the type of place I would take my family again. The manager was super helpful in getting us a refund for the rest of the dates we had booked.

Paid for two rooms for 4 people. Easy checkin, lots of lighting, right on I-35. Bad news: our friends taking the other room called to say there were flying bugs in their room, and they were moving to the Quality Inn next door on their dime. We did not inspect, but to Managament's credit, they did not put up a fight, and immediately credited my CC. We saw no bugs in our room. Bed was OK for what we paid for it. My son skipped his shower because it was a little funky like one would expect for a $55 plus tax room. On a budget? Not too bad for the price - acceptable. Picky? This is not the place for you.

So the motel itself was just as you’d expect- a motel. It was clean and functional. The staff provided for our needs- which was basically our room key. We got our night’s sleep (which was desperately needed) and checked out the next day. Someone commented that it was a roach motel but I didn’t see that to be the case- it was clean and functional without evidence of roaches or bed bugs. The area around felt somewhat questionable. Obviously the cheap price is not going to bring in the most desirable clientele, however I did not feel unsafe at all. My adult children (and one almost adult child) slept in one room while my youngest and I shared the second room.

The TV was small and had a white line going down the middle. The heat tyrned on but the fan didn't work and turned the shower on hot to heat up the room. Shower wasn't clean and had black marks everywhere. Went for coffee in the office at 7am and they were out and said that I have to be there earlier to get coffee and they weren't making any more. No mini fridge or microwave like every other Motel 6 I've stayed at.

The room was sufficient for the price. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but kept the room cool enough and didnt disturb my sleep. There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby.

AC didn’t cool room; reserved room 1 day in advance; 72 yr old; assigned the 2nd floor; reassigned to a room at opposite end of motel so was an effort to relocate but better to have working AC; water, towels & wet floor sign in motel office; NO DELI /SNACK BAR!! Just 2 vending machines; ice dispenser worked; desk help was polite; returned late from Knuckleheads to find sex-worker servicing customer in parking lot; guard & pit bull guarding the transaction seemed unconcerned; friendly transient type folks and load dogs in most of the rooms. Not suitable for children or teens. Room was clean enough for me but I’m not a clean freak. Location was very difficult to find/reach by car w/o iPhone assistance. Gives Motel Six a bad name but half price. NO SECURITY CHAIN ON DOOR!! Had been removed, probably for easier police access. Common in “by the hour” accommodations. Staff is completely unprofessional but was not rude to me. Animal House comes to mind.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The lock on the door was broken & missing. The door jam had been bashed in in the past and was very poorly patched up. The bedding was dirty and one of the towels was used. The shower was dirty and had mold on the ceiling. No coffee maker, no coffee in the hotel. All you have is vending machines in the lobby. No fridge, no microwave. Hotel is also in a rough area of town. Not safe. I would definitely not stay here again, and would not recommend it.

This place is in an odd place it’s in a nice area and it has helpful staff if I was to knock anything about my stay I would say the biggest disappointment is that their isn’t a microwave no refrigerator or coffee machine either and the WiFi is a little buggy but other than that for the price I paid I would say it was quite ideal but expect that your going to have to go out to eat food or door dash to your room they have no way to cook any food or keep beverages cold also the air conditioning doesn’t get very cold but other than that I enjoyed my stay and might consider staying their again just due to the price

Staff was very friendly and helpful and check-in was fast. Parking availability near room wasn’t close, the concrete stairs and walkways were in alot of need or repair. The room inspected immediately on entry: 2 full beds extremely basic and minimal, sheets, pillows and “blanket” very thin, appeared clean except, for long black curly hairs I found in both beds, who made the beds beds to pull m hair back, so that was a bit unpleasant. I found small short black hairs in several towels (not head hairs if you know what I mean) those were immediately not to be used. The floor was filthy, they were hard surfaces and there were yucky substances throughout so I told everyone don’t walk barefoot. walls, gross! Food smears, more “unknown” substance smears on the walls near the bed obviously the walls never get cleaned down, easily needs mopped or towel cleaned. Add CLEAN WALLS to the to-do list. So gross. vents to include bedroom and bathroom were covered with more dust than air could come out, to think of breathing that in was bad. must add to their to-do list DUST VENTS. Couldn’t use the shower because there was SO much brown gunk DIRT on the shower base/floor I was able to wipe up dirt with toilet paper, it clearly could be cleaned but hasn’t been, we had no shower shoes so we couldn’t take showers. This was the WORST part, we needed showers by this time it was late so we slept and checked out early. If cleaned this motel wouldn’t be so awful. Nice area but Police patrol it,red flag

I had dead roaches by pne of the nightstands and some crawling by the desk. Ended up checking out earlier than expected The staff was AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL just nasty dirty bug room with horrible nonexistent AC
