The room was decent with hardwood floors and the beds were nice. There was no fridge in the room, however they did have an ice bucket. For the price it was okay. Hallway was dirty. No forks or utensils in lobby because there is no continental breakfast. Not happy but might pay price again compared to 240 a night best western.

Worked for what it was - a cheap place to stay. Security was somewhat lacking with the outside door not locked, and the top blanket was paper thin. But honestly, we got what we paid for.

The bathroom was disgusting. Looks without any clean. The door lock was broken. The bedroom sheets were dirty with stains. There was just one pillow the bedside table was dirty. the building requires maintenance and cleaning.

Stayed one night. Cleanliness is a major issue. Found hair around bathroom sink. Bath tub had a clump of hair over top of the drain and a few strands through out the tub. The floor felt like wasn’t clean. Ceiling in bathroom bubbling likely due to steam from shower over time, fan was not working. Top blanket had stains on the underside. The floor in our room was sticky throughout, there was a baby cockroach in the in the bathroom, the toilet seat was not attached to the base and fell on us when we used it, there was smoking throughout the motel. The public areas were not clean, the door to the cars was left unlocked for the whole night. This is a 2 star motel but the basics were not even covered.

The screens were falling out of some of the windows, The room was not clean. There were crumbs on one of the beds. The toilet seat was broken, there was no place to hang a towel and the bathroom fan did not work. The floor had holes in the linoleum. There were people parked in the handicap spot at 3 am which woke me up due to being directly under the window.

Rooms aren’t properly clean. Beds are filled with hair and with cockroaches crawling up the walls. Shower walls have hair on them too. I’ve been to way cleaner hotels than this for the same price or cheaper. Never coming back 👎

This was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stained sheets with hair on, hair in shower and sink, all over the floor along with dirt. Whole place is in disrepair with patches of the drywall crumbling and sections of the baseboards coming off. There are people living in this hotel and drug activity going on outside. Hallways are loud all night. Doors to rooms don’t completely close tightly so you feel unsafe. The whole place smells like cigarette smoke and weed. Just awful. This place needs to be shut down.

The room was not clean, all the bedspreads and sheets in 2 different rooms had cigarette holes in them and smelled like smoke and we were in non-smoking rooms. The parking and the AC were fine. The morning we left we found what looked like a cockroch in our bathroom.

Bathroom did not have soap or shampoo provided and went to the front desk to get bar soap. The bath towels were damp, and unsure whether they were incompletely dried or from previous occupant. The bed comforter was soiled with large yellow stains. A TV remote was missing from the room. When asked at the reception desk, the receptionist did not have an extra one, and ended up scrambling to put together a broken remote from a drawer. When got back to the room, the remote did not work, and unsure whether it was the remote or the TV that did not work. Gave up and listen to my phone instead. In the morning, the top of the bedroom dresser had cockroaches crawling.

It’s a much older property, outdated. No elevator access for the second floor. The towels smelled funny and were small and wafer thin. Bed was lumpy, pillows were thin enough we had to fold them in half. Remote to the tv didn’t work and only amenity was a bar of soap. The prostitute’s out front were a nice touch.

I realize this is an economy hotel but the bed was hard the pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. Very lumpy and there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. It was clean although I killed a couple of bugs. There was no telephone to the front office in the rooms so when the guests in the next room were very noisy at 2am we couldn’t phone to ask the front office to request they shut the noise down. Bathroom was clean with nice white towels and great water pressure.

The positives: Staff was overall nice and accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable. The negatives: Hotel reeks of cigarettes, people up all ours of the night in the parking lot, either pacing on their phones, yelling, or sitting in their cars, dead roach on my microwave counter, dead spider in bathroom, dog poop container outside hotel hasn't been touched in months, rats scurrying around dumpster at night, police activity at one point, and hardly any of the channels on the TV got a signal (and the remote hardly worked). The same White Castle slider box that was on the hotel sidewalk when I arrived Friday afternoon was still there when I left Sunday morning. Other than that, it's a room.

Best thing about the Seekonk, MA Motel 6 location is the staff! Always a warm, friendly greeting and genuine willingness to help solve any issue that may arise. Housekeeping does a great job. Parking always avaliable. Staff ensures the place stays quiet and does not allow any nonsense, which always makes our family feel safe while here. The great prices dont hurt either!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the showerhead was broken—spraying water sideways and soaking the entire bathroom and even into the hallway. I called the front desk, and someone came up, tried twisting it by hand, and said there was nothing he could do since they were fully booked. He adjusted it to spray at the ceiling instead and gave us extra towels, promising the room would be cleaned the next day. We came back around 9 PM and nothing had been cleaned. I went back to the lobby, and someone was sent to swap the towels and bedsheets—but the new sheets were stained and torn. I returned to the front desk again, and the employee handed me a single clean blanket and told me to fix it myself. That night, my guest and I had to sleep with just that one blanket layered over dirty sheets. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and was told by three different employees that they’d pass the message along. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. The service was unprofessional, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. You’re better off paying a little more and staying somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.

My room was clean and it was quiet. The outside was very brightly lit and I felt safe walking through the parking lot. There are cameras throughout the halls which also made me feel safe. I would stay here again.

My room was clean and it was quiet. The outside was very brightly lit and I felt safe walking through the parking lot. There are cameras throughout the halls which also made me feel safe. I would stay here again.

The positives: Staff was overall nice and accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable. The negatives: Hotel reeks of cigarettes, people up all ours of the night in the parking lot, either pacing on their phones, yelling, or sitting in their cars, dead roach on my microwave counter, dead spider in bathroom, dog poop container outside hotel hasn't been touched in months, rats scurrying around dumpster at night, police activity at one point, and hardly any of the channels on the TV got a signal (and the remote hardly worked). The same White Castle slider box that was on the hotel sidewalk when I arrived Friday afternoon was still there when I left Sunday morning. Other than that, it's a room.

Lack of supplies and last minute rate hikes. For what I paid for I could’ve went somewhere better it’s poorly maintained and you can’t even ask for plastic utensils 🍴 or paper plates if needed. This establishment is just talking your money and it’s poorly managed. You’ll see people doing drugs on the property and police is always there.. don’t ever rent a room from them at all!!!

The room was decent with hardwood floors and the beds were nice. There was no fridge in the room, however they did have an ice bucket. For the price it was okay. Hallway was dirty. No forks or utensils in lobby because there is no continental breakfast. Not happy but might pay price again compared to 240 a night best western.

They need to have a deeper cleaning service because the room definitely needs to be swept, mopped and vacuumed before they rent them to people.

The staff was friendly but the room had been cleaned but needed It appeared that the staff that cleaned the room was loosing hair in the room. There was long black hair in bathroom floor and on bedding. Housekeeper was seen and she did not have her hair pulled back. On my final night there was no hot water. The desk staff made a note of the issue. At check out the desk staff stated that the boiler had gone out and someone was coming to repair it, he also discounted by room. Overall it was not terrible

There was foreign hair in the bed there was no hot water the first room they gave me dint even have a door latch for security. Even the 10% discount offered is not enough to rectify the experience

This is a "budget hotel " so the bar was low..with that said, it definitely needs lots of maintenance and better cleaning. Dish TV was unreliable and channels were limited or not available most of the time. Housekeeping staff was helpful for our long term stay.
