Super cute hotel with friendly staff. The carpet was a bit worn in the main areas but it was a pretty full hotel and they kept up on it well. Good breakfast and laundry services on each floor. Great beds and water pressure. Will stay there again.

The beds were comfy, the towels were softer than many hotel towels. The room was clean. The bathroom had some mold issues in the shower but nothing to affect using the bathroom or shower. The breakfast area is smaller than other Microtel hotels I’ve been to. Wish this one had a pool but it doesn’t. It’s located across the street from a few restaurants and a gas station which was nice. Safe area as well.

The lobby was fine but entering the property with luggage was difficult because the doors were pull to open and not auto. The shower intensity almost pealed the skin from my body. There was a notice in the room that room service was not going to be provided unless we call before 11, but we can pick up linens and towels from the from desk. The carpet on the second floor needs to be replaced. The gym had three machines, no weights, no water, TV did not work, and nothing to clean the machines. Breakfast was minimal at best. We went out to eat instead.

Microtel Bellevue Omaha is well managed with EXCELLENT front desk personnel. The room was super-clean with sheets that smelled so good! Bathroom spotless! Nice hot breakfast included.

The property could use an upgrade. In the bathroom- paint peeling, shower curtain rod wobbly, some mildew around the bottom of the outside of the tub in hard to reach places to clean. The bed slept well however didn’t seem to have much support. The breakfast was good each day except the last day (Thursday). The biscuits were cold. Staff solution- there’s toast. Nothing was done to remedy that. (I stayed Sat-Thur and hadn’t seen this staff member prior.) I would definitely stay again. Minor issues, good service and people.

The room with one queen bed was very small - just enough room to walk around the bed, with a small desk at the end of the bed, and a small wardrobe closet. There was nowhere to sit except the chair at the desk. It was well supplied with soaps, lotions, towels, and we could have asked for more if needed. The complimentary breakfast had adequate selections. The staff member who checked us in was friendly.

I had a queen room and it was just that a room with a bed, tv and bathroom. Its economy for a reason. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are not super great those could use an upgrade. It was fine for one night but multiple nights might get uncomfortable. Close to restaurants, grocery and gas.

I chose this hotel based on price point and reviews, and it's convenient location to my destination. I was surprised to find no coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge in the room. Yes, coffee available in the lobby 24/7 however the complimentary breakfast wasn't put out until 7am. Just timing on my part, but i had to leave for my destination before that. The staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I still rate it overall highly, just need to be aware of the limitations in the amenities.

The AC didn’t work well and was very very noisy! The ground accent lights were directly pointed in the window. This had light coming in the small openings between walls and curtains! These conditions made it very impossible to sleep at all!

I liked the hotel overall but the air conditioner was so loud and obnoxious that it was a deal breaker. It would randomly go off and on. The silence was so nice then boom it was like an explosion going off everytime it came back on. It was very hard to sleep because if it. I think if it wasn't so hot outside (106') it would have cycled less.

I had reserved our hotel room the day of with extended time and was supposed to get a 2 queen bed room but when I arrived they didn’t have a room for me and my party. The front desk clerk then charged me for another room instead of comping us for not having a room for us. We ended up getting a refund after having to talk to the morning front desk clerk but they would have let me pay double if I had noticed on my charges.

Everything was fine except the last evening there, I asked for a very early wake-up call so I wouldn't miss my flight. The young man wrote it on a post-it note. No one ever called. Almost missed my flight.

The hotel was in a nice area just off the main highway, with a gas station/convenience store just across the street, and multiple eateries from right next door to within a 5-10 minute drive. The parking lot was big, the property clean, and the room itself was better than I expected. Great place to stay for the price!

Lovely hotel, staff were super helpful and friendly, room was clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices including hot food. Bars and restaurants within walking distance and not too far from Omaha city, would definitely stay again

Great hotel, close to our family. Price point is good for the location and convivence. We stay here several times a year when we visit family. Close to Offutt, shopping and dining. Area is very safe and easy to access. Staff is generally friendly, hotel is always clean and well maintained. Breakfast options are always good.

Microtel Bellevue Omaha is well managed with EXCELLENT front desk personnel. The room was super-clean with sheets that smelled so good! Bathroom spotless! Nice hot breakfast included.

Breakfast was all carbs. Ran out of protein items, i.e. eggs, sausage efc. and not refilled. No honey, no cream cheese certain days. Liked the fact that tortillas, salsa and cheese were offered, but no eggs to go with it. Disappointing

When we arrived on Friday, April 4, we were told by other people waiting to get their rooms that there were issues, and we asked what the issues were and they said apparently they overbooked the hotel so that made us very uneasy. When the desk clerk called us up, she asked for our names. She did have the reservations for all three of our rooms. However, then she was on the phone I believe with her manager and handed the phone to the other people waiting and they all had to leave and go stay somewhere in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The front desk clerk was doing everything in her power to help people, but she seemed very frustrated understandably so But she was still very friendly. The beds were very hard so we didn’t get a great night sleep. Then went down for breakfast. Things were not stocked, they were only two bananas, no regular syrup (the guy working the breakfast area said they were out, breakfast started at 7:00 and we were down there at 7:20), no milk, no forks, and the eggs were wet and no sausage but some was brought out later.

The room was small but adequate. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Zero protein on the weekend and no fruit. Some eggs on a weekday. As we were taking luggage to our car 10 minutes before breakfast started, there was a room full of loud people who looked like they were in work clothes. When we came back in, they had disappeared and it looked like they had eaten breakfast but left the waffle maker a horrible mess such that no one else could use it. We were also charged twice.

We got there late, the room had a desk and nice soft bed. I was so tired I fell sound to sleep. In the morning I took nice hot shower and it also had a heat lamp. The breakfast area they had a nice variety of food. I did miss out on the orange juice they didn’t have a sign. But coffee and other things. Everyone was very nice. We had the dog and was given a treat. Yes I would say it is a great place to stay.

Upon check in, the front foyer and elevator smelled strongly of Marijuana. The front desk stuff did not report to the front desk for sometime upon our arrival. The rooms are not nice, very small, and the AC unit runs on you all night. No extra blankets, no lotion. Someone checked in late at night and they put them right in a room next to us, after we had been sleeping for hours. Which made no sense when most of the hotel was empty. They were loud and kept us awake.

Good place to stay. Very helpful staff. They were always helpful when I needed help. Breakfast was average because they did not have too much of the selection. Good location. Quiet place. Unfortunately I did not double check if my room had a microwave or small refrigerator when I booked my room. But the gas station was across of the hotel. Still was a good place to stay.

The floor in the room was very damp. Which would make your clothes in your luggage feel wet after a few hours. Staff not helpful when you asked a question.
