We traveled to Omaha for the college baseball World Series so naturally it was super hard finding a decently priced hotel room last minute. Also finding one that wasn’t a dump and in an unsafe part of town was a challenge too. This property was great for my husband, father in law and I. The smell when you first walk through the doors to the elevator was not great at all but once we got up to the third floor and to our room it was fine. Room was clean and enough room for the two days we stayed. It didn’t dawn on me that it was an extended stay so there wasnt “hotel amenities” like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, blow dryer and of course I didn’t bring those things assuming they would have them. The only thing I would have to say is there is not a front desk worker 24/7. We got in late around midnight and had to call a number and someone came quickly to the front but then he couldn’t get the paperwork to print for me to sign and never got back to me. Then the next morning the manager was at the desk and he had no clue any of that happened. There was a couple different times though we passed through the front doors and the front desk was closed and nobody working at it so that was inconvenient. Other than that this property was just right for our last minute stay.

The room was not clean, blanket had butn holes duvet had bleach stains, walls had stains, blinds dirty/dusty...they still allow smoking in building and it smelled like it, also dogs everywhere (im allergic) poop in grass, gross!! And front desk closes ar 9 or 10... wow However- staff was friendly!

Room size is tolerable, TV remote was almost unusable, found a bug crawling on the wall (not a bedbug), bed was not too hard but small, kitchenette was nice, no chairs except for desk chair...all in all, I got what I paid for, not the Ritz, nor was it a hovel...I'd stay there again if the price ($77) remains the same.

the entire first floor smelled like an animal kennel that had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were stains and holes in the wall and bathroom door. the elevator didn't work. The staff at check in was rude and didn't care when I voiced concerns about the issues with the hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Terrible. Normally I am not a leave a review type of person BUT this deserves one. When i arrived with my family (wife and 2 kids) there were people partying it up in the parking lot, after finally checking in, found our room (here's the best part)- stains all over the bedding and pillows (one pillow looked like someone blew their nose in it then smeared it all over it was placed against the headboard sooo they knew it was there, the security latch was broken, someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door, i found a pill on the bathroom floor...... after that we were out of there. On they way out apparently their doors aren't very sound proof since we could hear clear as day some adult activities...... the elevator smelled mix of weed and bad indian food.... sooo can't say we will be back.... we were told we would get our $ back soo that was a nice factor.

Didn't like checking into living quarters with no amenities. Even though it is a stay vacation, it's too inconvenient as overall. No night stand,having to bring your linens downstairs for an exchange of clean linens.

Room had bugs in room. Hard to find help, was charged for a very little dog 3 lbs service dog $50.00. If it as not a service dog she would have been free. Very shady ppl at hotel. People must live there some autos full of clothes, flat tires, never moved, ppl hanging outside after hrs, ppl wld block front door so they can get back in blding guess they have no card. Had to ask for more towels only had 2 and 1 ash cloth for 4 ppl. Front desk cld right after I got towels, said I was talking to the big boss and was not happy, not my fault things were not available in my room when we arrived. We are military and never had a room or service like this.

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is the shower it has really low water pressure. Everything was excellent the staff the parking the wonderful room and had a refrigerator/freezer a a electric stove with a microwave and it had on-site laundry. The hotel was social security you had to use your card to enter every door

Our room #209 was dirty. The toilet was tilted and basically falling through the floor…but worked. Water in tub came out very hard and fast, but shower head let out practically zero water, even after trying to adjust it. Kitchen area was fine and beds were comfortable. Had blinds on window with NO BLACKOUT curtain to stop the huge parking lot light from shining directly into the room. Windows were filthy. A/C worked great and filters were very clean! There were all Kinda of bugs in our room including roaches. I killed more than 5 but stopped counting. No bedbugs that I could tell thank goodness. Spiders and just crawling bugs on walls, floors, and bathroom fixtures. Rubber strip between kitchen and sleeping area was not attached and kept coming off. It was disgustingly dirty under it. Also lots of crap under TV stand/dresser. Corners of room has dirt and dead bugs in every corner. Hallways and elevators stunk and there was mud from other guests boots all over the hallways.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and had to cancel after the first night. We had a baseball team there playing for a tournament. They put us in smoking rooms which is awful for youth athletes. lobby absolutely REAKED. had to pay extra for a clean hotel

The overall cleanliness and condition of the faciilty was good. There were too many cigarette butts on the ground near the door. The room was good but there was not a lamp to read by, just overhead lighting. Also a ceiling bulb was burnt out in the kitchenette. There were no drapes on the window, just blinds. Not good for a ground floor room. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The beds are just cots, not comfortable at all. The windows have blinds only, no curtains so the blinding lights from the parking lot keep the rooms lit up all night. The building smells bad.

I was impressed by the peacefulness of the room. I was able to get good sleep. I wish the beds were queen or king-sized, but the bed was comfortable. If I am needing a room when I am in Bellevue again, I will seriously consider this hotel.

We traveled to Omaha for the college baseball World Series so naturally it was super hard finding a decently priced hotel room last minute. Also finding one that wasn’t a dump and in an unsafe part of town was a challenge too. This property was great for my husband, father in law and I. The smell when you first walk through the doors to the elevator was not great at all but once we got up to the third floor and to our room it was fine. Room was clean and enough room for the two days we stayed. It didn’t dawn on me that it was an extended stay so there wasnt “hotel amenities” like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, blow dryer and of course I didn’t bring those things assuming they would have them. The only thing I would have to say is there is not a front desk worker 24/7. We got in late around midnight and had to call a number and someone came quickly to the front but then he couldn’t get the paperwork to print for me to sign and never got back to me. Then the next morning the manager was at the desk and he had no clue any of that happened. the entire first floor smelled like an animal kennel that had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were stains and holes in the wall and bathroom door. the elevator didn't work. The staff at check in was rude and didn't care when I voiced concerns about the issues with the hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Mike Lindgerm learned about the problem with roaches and did not release a refund or relocation. I am severly allergic to roaches and he offered to move me 2 rooms down or offered to spray the room with chemicals. Besides that, he was unacceptably unprofessional. Mr. Lindgerm stated that he would have issued a refund if I hadn't spoken about the roach issue in front of customers. He raised his voice as he got frustrated with the situation. Additionally, I was racially profiled. He treated caucasian customers very distintly than I was treated. As soon as I walked into the office, I felt discriminated against. When I gave him the roach, in a paper towel, he recieved it with disgust. He later stated that he was not aware of any roaches and was unsure that I got the roach from the property. Room had bugs in room. Hard to find help, was charged for a very little dog 3 lbs service dog $50.00. If it as not a service dog she would have been free. Very shady ppl at hotel. People must live there some autos full of clothes, flat tires, never moved, ppl hanging outside after hrs, ppl wld block front door so they can get back in blding guess they have no card. Had to ask for more towels only had 2 and 1 ash cloth for 4 ppl. Front desk cld right after I got towels, said I was talking to the big boss and was not happy, not my fault things were not available in my room when we arrived. We are military and never had a room or service like this.

Rooms are somewhat basc but very clean. Nice quiet safe area. Staff called right after check in to ask if everything was to satisfaction. Nice touch. I’d stay again.

The layout includes stairs and an elevator. Taking the stairs allowed us to walk our dogs without meeting other pets. A major plus for us (and anyone with allergies) is that the hotel strictly allows dogs only—no cats. Unfortunately, the designated outdoor pet area was neglected and covered in trash.
