There was a kitchen to cook with but not any cooking supplies. Maybe you can ask for those. Room was clean could use updating. As for sleeping you could hear every door shut in building and foot steps walking above you. Ac worked good.

We appreciated the laundry & kitchen

Staff was nice, room was clean, you could feel the springs in the bed and there is no ice machine.

I brought my dog and the walking area was perfect for us.

Modest accommodations with some amenities, like a full-size refrigerator. Nice kitchenette, but without anything, including utensils. Friendly staff. Good location.

Good, convenient hotel for me, if the price that week is good. Generally good rooms; but the lack of any utensils, cups, dishes - except upon request - can be annoying. Also, breakfast is a bit lacking, and what they do have shuts down too quickly in the mornings.

Property and room were clean and in very good shape. Staff at check in was v very good. This hotel had many "permanent" residents. Gab and go "breakfast" was lacking. This hotel has no ice machine and all vending machines were out of order.

My husband and I loved our stay here! Very quiet and safe feeling. Victoria was great and so professional at check in. We were so surprised to find out they have pots, pans and dishes upon request.

Room was spotless

Room smelled funny going in, thought it was maybe just the room spray. Fridge on the outside was filthy. Spiders and webs in the corner of the room by the door. Noticed upon departure that there was a roach by the door, so therefore the room spray was not room spray but bug spray. Good thing our luggage was not on the floor or we may have gone home with unwanted guests. Moldy looking crap around the shower.I will not stay at this brand hotel again.

The floors and surfaces in the room were not very clean

The floor in the room was extremely dirty and sticky. My wife had to clean it herself with one of the towels in the bathroom. The staff did not do a good job with the floor at all.

Sooooo smelly. Mold all over the sink and shower. I don’t know why this place gets good reviews.

Our room air conditioner had piled up debris all over it. There was a dead bug (beetle) on our "clean" bath towels. The bathroom door didn't shut correctly. Had to slam it shut. There was no phone in our room and very nice maintenance man put one in for us. The hallways and rooms were very smoky and weed smell everywhere for a non-smoking hotel. The hotel staff was exceptional though.

There was hair all Over the shower walls.

This place was not good! It smelled, the room was disgusting- my fridge had viable mold on the outside and rust and all banged up. The furniture was all swollen and peeling near the floors, the lamps were falling out of the wall, blow dryer was missing, no hand soap. The lady at the front desk, was nice and understand our want to leave!

Staff was very friendly but room cleanliness was not great. The floor was not very clean. Under the bed was quite dirty.

It was clean and spacious. Very welcoming and felt like home

Stayed one night. Just needed a clean place to sleep with a frig/freezer. Room and bed were clean and comfy, frig/freezer was full-size and great. The carpet looked very dated. The bad part was that I could hear my neighbor’s every snort, cough, and snore all night. And they were unusual sounds, interrupting my sleep. Also the area seemed nice enough surrounded by chain stores and restaurants, but there were police cars in the parking lot at night. I will not be staying there again though I think the management there does the best they can given the poor quality of the building.

The hotel room seemed run down. Paint chipping, furniture scratched & damaged. Very dark. The room had curtains but no blinds or sheers for privacy

The hotel is on-par with what I expected for the price point. The staff was friendly. The room was clean but not new. It was odd there wasn't any shampoo, but they said they didn't get a shipment. Internet was fast and they had a nice desk to work from.

It's a perfectly servicable hotel. Not great, not sketchy, just average. The room was basic and okay from a comfort perspective. The AC worked, which is great. Plenty of parking. Just an okay hotel.

Convent proximity, beds are hard and not comfortable at all. Pillows small requested additional pillows and was told they didn’t have any.

When we walked in, it was a nice atmosphere, decorated for Halloween. There was no receptionist and we had to wait for a while, which is okay. Going up the elevator and through the hallway, it was very dark and dingy; needs bright paint and a few cheery paintings to make it feel more relaxing and create a better vibe. The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. Black out curtain was great. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Shower was okay but I would have preferred liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner containers. Instead I got this very thin piece of soap and a micro-container of shampoo. No conditioner. :( There is a microwave, good sized fridge, sink, etc, but their vending machines don't sell anything I could use the microwave for. What about selling Kraft, Velveta, or Annie's Macaroni and cheese cups? Kids would love that. Or Microwave popcorn, individual bags? Hot chocolate packs? That would be more helpful and make use of the "kitchenette" we paid for. Otherwise, it's not very useful. The continental "breakfast" was not even worth mentioning, so I won't. The service people were nice and friendly, but there was no way to "check out". You just leave your room key in a box. There was no one at the front desk to ask questions. I guess they are mostly in the back room? I would have preferred to have someone there for check out. That didn't seem very hospitable.

The sheets were very stiff, and the bed was slanted, and the room was very dark and one of the bedside lamps was out.

The staff didn’t seem to care - seemed used to saying “no”. Disappointing. However, if you don’t care about breakfast or coffee and are looking for a budget-minded stay, then his is the place for you! Beds were comfy, shower was ok. While you’re there, be sure to check out Brewed Awakenings, the Tree House, and Tavern in the Square - they all had fantastic service and great food!

Good place for a stop over, staff were nice when requested room change due to noisy neighbours.

The staff were excellent! Checking in and out was a breeze, and we were even helped out with the loan of a plug for a phone charge when we forgot ours!

Every evening we had to have new keys made, to access room, for nights in a row.

We booked a 3 night stay for a long weekend visit from out of state and the location was perfect. Convenient distance from the grocery store and all the attractions we wanted to visit. Amenities were very convenient and saved us a lot of money and trouble. We will absolutely stay here again!

Check in & out was fast and easy. No dislikes about the property.

Great service and clean rooms

Convenient to the highway, restaurants and shopping. Customer service was great and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for our pet to be happy as well.

Grocery store and restaurants are near. We only stayed 2 nights, but it was our hub for exploring Newport, during a price inflated time during the festival.

Great location to get on major highways and access to Providence.

No dine-in or continental breakfast; just grab and go (coffee, tea, oatmeal, packaged muffins, granola bars). Last time we had grab and go breakfast at a hote was during first year of Covid times. Expedia, please update your info settings to “Breakfast-not included”. Hotel would get 5 stars if included sit-down breakfast and serve eggs. Also, no cleaning of room unless you request maid service, and by that you have to pay. Understandable if conserving water and resources, but having to pay extra for taking out garbage and new towels? Really. Otherwise, okay but probably not go again due to lack of breakfast.

Breakfast was supposed to be included. A coffee cart is not breakfast. Nutrigrain bars and a chocolate muffin, light coffee and hot water. Disappointing!

Advertised breakfast to go….No Coffee no Nothing…

The room was clean and perfectly functional. However the description said it included breakfast - I don’t consider coffee and packaged muffins and nutri-grain bars breakfast. It was pricey but that seemed to be the norm for the area / time of year. Location was convenient; easy free parking.

The hotel is ok for 1 or 2 days! In the description it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED! WHICH IN REALITY IS NOT BREAKFAST IS JUST A SNACK AND COFFEE! SCAM!

Property was not what I expected at all. The lobby area was non-existent. Breakfast was basically muffins and granola bars. They included one tiny shampoo bottle in the bathroom when there were 3 of us. Closet didn’t even have a door but a curtain. Very disappointed.

Disappointed that website said they offer free breakfast and they don’t. All they have in the morning only is coffee and tea

Lots of money for a mediocre looking hotel. It was quit and safe but no breakfast.
