Had a great stay, I was blown away by how clean and updated it was. The staff were ever so nice and friendly. Great location, only problem was how noisy it was after 10pm making it hard to sleep, lots of people handing out on the top stairwell landing out side my door. Over all a good stay.

Complimentary coffee in lobby only but NO COFFEE MACHINE in room! I know this is a low end motel but that just is unnecessarily cheap! I don’t want to have to get dressed and go to the lobby at 6:00 am.

I have stayed here before and this is the first time I've had a problem. On the plus side, this motel is clean, has free parking.. usually fine but crowded on the weekend. It's close to several late night food places and Starbucks is across the street. It's also close to the freeway. The issues i had this time were that on our first night there a man was screaming incoherently for hours in the parking lot with no intervention from staff, my husband spent a decent amount of time trying to calm the man to no avail. The second night, we returned in the evening and the cable was out, they were not able to fix it. Thankfully, we could stream on our phones but it felt like we didn't really get what we paid for. That being said, we would still recommend this place for being clean, safe, great location, great price. Thank you.

The check in was fine. The room itself was clean. The door was not sealed so that outside light shown through the seams of the door as well as ALL OF THE OUTSIDE TRAFFIC NOISE. IT WAS AWFUL. (I had the AC/fan on high trying to drown out the traffic’s noise; that didn’t help.) I was in town for an event and was not able to sleep. The WIFI kept dropping throughout the night as well.

I go to this motel 6 in Campbell quite often but this time I went there because I had spine surgery. As usual the stuff was very caring and anything I needed they were able to accommodate me with. So to all the office staff and housekeepers thank you for being awesome!!

Took my money and then said I couldn’t stay there! Lady in the front has been rude time and time again when we go to check in. Only reason I stay there is because i work down the street and it’s convenient. I personally think she’s a racist. Made notes in our check in about an argument that never happened. Was extremely irritated when I went to check in the previous night with my daughter because “I didn’t add her on the reservation when I booked”. She said she made notes but never said I wasn’t allowed to come back so I’m very confused. I just want my money back. I’m definitely going to escalate this because this is not right

The lady at the truck in desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. And upon asking for a ticket for my vehicle she refused and threatened me with a tow. When I ask for the manager if she stated she was the manager angrily and proceeded to deal with me in the threatening fashion even though I was already prepaid she was also refusing to give me my room key

This is a cheap place to lay your head for a few hours . It is clean and Depending on the people staying most of the time it’s quiet . Some traffic noise but not horrible . Lady who checked me in was very nice . Office was clean . No frills. Good for sleeping one off . Lots of food in walking distance .

This motel is not in a very safe location. Our car (along with five others) was broken into in the motel parking lot overnight. Motel staff said they tried to contact us on motel phone but we got no call. They did contact police. Not that we expected it, but it would’ve been nice if some bit log compensation had been offered for our trouble. The worst part, though, was the bed. I could barely move after spending the night on that bed, my back was just wrecked - and then dealing with the inconvenience of a smashed-in car window, and the theft of my laptop and our passports. Trip was so stressful we came home a week earlier than planned. Won’t ever stay there again.

I found hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. The second night I found gnats flying in my room. Most likely coming from the sink drain. As well as the second night, there were guests with large dogs were barking.
