Motel 6-Moses Lake, WA

Costumer service was excellent, swimming pool in very good conditions, water clean.

For the price, it was what it was. The first night we checked in the door to the office was already locked and closed, so we had to talk to the girl working from this small window off to the side. She checked my ID but didn’t ask for vehicle information or a card for incidentals. There was plenty of parking so that was good. The room itself was super basic. There were old stains on the sheets and the pillows were extremely flat. The bath towels were laughable- thin and very small. There was a microwave and refrigerator at least. Now on to the worst part- our room was fly infested! In the first hour we were there my husband killed about 10 flies! And they just coming! We asked to change rooms but they were fully booked. The girl at the front desk said we could use their electric fly swatter, but we had to give it right back. We definitely will not be staying here again. Sometimes it’s worth it to spend more.

The staff was amazing but the facility was difficult for us because as seniors with some walking issues, there wasn’t an elevator and they weren’t able to accommodate our request for a ground floor unit.

Always love that I can rely on Motel 6 to let me stay with my cat! Drove 1.5 hours to stay here as i couldn't find anywhere else accepting cats - only dogs AC worked great, room was clean, staff were friendly. Conveniently located with gas station/convenience store, and a grocery store across the street. Some of the lights didn't work and there were minor cosmetic issues that I wasn't concerned about. Also if you haven’t stayed in motel 6, they're bargain stays - there's no shampoo, etc, just bar soaps.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was less clean, with hair in the sink and long hair on the floor and on the bath towel (I have very short hair, so it was noticeable). Heater was effective (cold, rainy night). Parking was ample and well lit.

Very satisfied with everything! Love the fact that pets are allowed without fee. That is greatly appreciated!!

It was really nice to have a quick, efficient and polite check-in after a long day of driving so we could enjoy a wonderful cool down in the pool, relax with a drink and be totally refreshed to continue our journey in the morning! Simple comforts for travelling.

This was one of the cleanest motel 6 that I have stayed at. The room smelled super clean as soon as we entered it. Staff welcomed us with kindness and we're very helpful. We used the swimming pool as soon as we settle down and pull was very clean and cared for. Pretty safe in the area. Would definitely return to this motel 6.

This was a nice surprise! The room was small but had wonderful AC and a very budget friendly price. Our room could have been a bit cleaner but it was acceptable. The pool was a wonderful treat! The customer service was wonderful!! Over all a good decision and right off the freeway but no freeway noise!

The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating and I really appreciated her help. The room itself was just so dirty... the microwave had food in it from previous uses, the bathroom door had some kind of splatter all over it (like a soda had exploded...?). The bed, while freshly made, had hairs on it, the exterior base of the shower had dust collecting, and the inside of the shower looked like it had not been cleaned. All this on top of what smelled like cigarette smoke wafting in from somewhere. We have stayed here many times to go to the Gorge and we certainly have never expected perfection (far from it) but this stay was the absolute worst in terms of cleanliness.

Roaches found in room on day 2 of our stay. The owner refused to refund. Only gave us back less than half of our stay. And the manager was telling him (so she said) that she did in fact go in there and find them. And he said he isn’t going to do anything .

Really run down property but has the bare necessities to get you through the trip. The air conditioning was awesome! It was really hot but it was like a freezer in our room. Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been had food items under the floor from previous guests which was yucky. For the price we can’t complain. And they left the light on lol

The shower was absolutely disgusting, covered in mildew and stains. The room was dirty and the hotel was run down.

Front desk was very nice but room was infested with lady bugs and ceiling corners had spider webs. Need to clean better.

I came home with bed bug bites all over my back and arms. This is not okay.

Wi-Fi connections are not good

This was a very affordable place for our trip to the Gorge for Labor Day weekend. However the beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were super flat and small. It had a micro fridge and a microwave which worked out well for our 4 day stay. The shower pressure was really bad. Someone logged into the tv before us and it was in Spanish so watching tv was difficult. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool looked fairly decent but we didn’t use it. There was a lot of construction workers staying when we were there and they blocked off several parking spaces anywhere close to our room.

Room smelled of smoke, beds were not comfortable. No comforters, no shampoo/conditioner. Staff was actually really nice though and the grounds looked good.

Its a smell of cigarette smoke inside the room.

Next time I will check the room before agreeing to it. There was hair in the shower and no TV remote. I was told they couldn’t give me a remote but I could change to a different room. I was told when checking out they would make an adjustment and email the details to me but that didn’t happen.

I liked the room, renovation updates were appealing, very good AC but at night the road noise and planes were very loud and they have very bright lights on outside all night which the blackout curtains help with but still hard to make the room dark at night.

It’s a one star ⭐️ motel. It was clean but a very dated design and decor. The tv remote was very complicated but I did figure it out. It was just a place to stay the night after seeing a show at the Gorge in Gorge

The room was updated however still many issues. The sink wasnt draining properly and the heater didnt work, we were freezing all night.

Room was fine. Air options were Heat or AC - no fan only. Room next door had a Mattress leaned up against the window - probably for sound, looks like it had been there awhile.

Noisy neighbors arriving late or leaving early but it was Memorial weekend

I got the room for 3 nights the first night the heater was broke and i froze my buns off . I switched rooms the next morning ask for house keeping and did not recive it . The ladies where apologetic but nothing came of it ..

The staff are really trying to make things better at this property, I can tell. I travel a lot and own places all over so I know a bad property/staff when I meet/see them. Your stay is so nice and I feel for them because I am sure some unsavory individuals. The only thing bothersome was the light in bathroom also turned on the fan, man that was so annoying.

I have to say Motel 6 has a reputation and i have stayed at many across the USA. This particular one was the absolute best. From the customer service to decent location and minimal "undesirables" I was surprised. I didnt see any visible bugs/rodents and housekeeping very friendly and efficient. The pricing is fair as the area itself is rather pricey as a whole. We were there 10 days while waiting to move into apartment. I would never recommend Motel 6 but this one is NOT like the rest.

Lots of drug use at the property. Especially persons staying at the property. Very loud into the early hours of the morning as someone in the next room was maybe detoxing??? We have stayed there many times in the past. Will never again

Close to the event I was attending, clean and quiet.

There was a shooting at the motel while staying. There was also extremely loud music that went on for hours starting around 2am, and shortly following another fight that ended in a gun being drawn. Overall not a safe place to stay at all, and not a good place to get a good nights rest. Beds were not comfy, and probably the flattest pillows I’ve ever had at a motel/hotel. No room service was provided either during our stay. You are provided with a singular bar of soap, but none of the common bathroom toiletries you would normally be provided with. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It was nice and convenient

Let’s start off with the parking lot on the back side is next to a dirt lot that is a spot that there are people using drugs if you have kids please for there safety carry them to the room do to needles people leave around. 2 the room we had the toilet was broken and would not quit running and flushing every 15-20 minutes. 3 the fan cover was not installed properly and was dirty and spiting out dust all over. 4 we got in at 3:00am and at 10:25am the house keeper was pounding on the door and would not stop until I answered the door even though I told her to hold on she just kept pounding on the door. 5 there was a drug deal gone bad and there was at least 10 cops taking up the parking lot at least we know that there close if you need them and when we went to the front desk the staff have no manager and told us that we need to call corporate and wouldn’t tell us anything else/ side note the room was not the cleanest and they found someone else’s phone and called us to let us know that they found it. All and all not a good place to stay

Traffic noise. Could hear the pipes water flow every time a neighbor opened a water faucet. Shower was dingy. No in room coffee, although very nice it was available in the hotel lobby. People talking outside of room. Office staff very cordial. No “do not disturb” sign available to hang on the outside of door so house keeper knocked on door unnecessarily.

Incredible price. And whats more - no add on for pets. I think its been 20 years since I stayed at a hotel under $60. Others in the area may advertise to be cheaper than add 20 to 30 dollars for your pet. Excellent coffee in the morning to start your day . It was noisy until about 10 than got very quiet. The person at the counter who checked us in could not have been a better host. She should be working at a 5 Star hotel.
