Loved it. Unit was clean and ‘well-dressed’. Easy in, easy out. We had a great time. 3 ladies - We took our pool floats, pool noodle float chairs, and our beach chairs. Set up on our spacious dock and had a blast. Weather was great, two of the ladies had never had a massage so that was corrected. Next time may bring one of my pups. This so much. Likely be back next year.

Great location! It was perfect for out small family. Less than ten minutes from bathhouse row. Close to multiple restaurants. Very spacious with a luxurious feel. You can't beat the peaceful view from the back porch.

My son and I take a week a year for just the too of us and since my granddaughter was having a baby in Hot Springs, that became our destination. The Condo was great. On the water with plenty of fishing places, the main bed was excellent as was the sofa bed (no hard rod for the back). Rained a lot which was fine since we are from AZ and never get to see that. Would stay again if I ever return.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and had all the essentials we needed. We had direct access to the lake by walking out back door or door from the bedroom. Bath House Row was about a 10-12 minute drive from the condo but the price of the rental made it well worth it. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing. The lake view is very nice here. The condo is exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and if anything else was needed shopping was conveniently located just down the road. We'll be coming back here in the future!!

Was very nice and cozy only issue was tge people above us sounded as if they were moving furniture at night and stomping when they walked. But place was nice and relaxing and the lake was great as well

We enjoyed our stay at this Hamilton Shores condo, with direct access to Lake Hamilton out the back door. The space was just right for the two of us, and it was nicely decorated and well equipped. We got lucky to see one beautiful sunset from the back patio, over the lake!

Just returned from three nights. This condo is very clean and comfortable for two (three if the third doesn't mind a sofa bed). The location is directly on the lake with a decent little patio to sit and enjoy the weather. Dock directly in front of the patio for fishing/boating. Well equipped kitchen and generous hosts. My only word of caution: this is a lower level unit and is down a flight of fairly steep stairs. If you have mobility concerns, you might struggle with the stairs.

The home needed to be deep cleaned. There were long black hairs in the sink and the shower. Quite a few of the dishes needed to be washed again due to food residue. The sponge had dried food all over it and there was not a fresh sponge provided.

Condo was cute but wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of pet hair on couches, floors and on top of microwave. Towels in bathroom had a strange smell.

This is a very clean property in a wonderful location close to all the events. I am a very light sleeper and since this is a condo I brought my white noise generator and I slept like a baby. I give the place 5 stars.

This was perfect for our stay with our two dogs while we waited to close on our new home. Very comfortable, and had everything we needed. One caveat - this is a lower level condo, which was great with the dogs but the steps down were a bit steep and might be a problem if you have any mobility or balance issues. The location lost one star because the driveway in/out has real visibility issues and the road it's on is very busy.

Loved this little condo. But the people upstairs (whom seemed to live there) wind up about 1:30. You hear them banging, stomping, talking and laughing. (Walls must be paper thin!) But it REALLY put a bad taste in our mouth when the cleaning lady showed up at 9:58 and acted shocked that we were still there. We were in the kitchen and she didn’t knock or anything.

My husband and I are in our late 60's and found this condo very accommodating. The bed is super comfy! I would probably add a bed lamp on each side of bed. The kitchen was super stocked with everything we needed...a plus! Furniture was comfortable and TV was great! View out back door was stunning! Will definitely be back!

What a gorgeous place to stay! Very clean, quiet and peaceful. The location made it convenient to get to downtown, restaurants and just about anything you’d like to do! The owners really paid attention to the small, wonderful details, down to hair spray and a wide arrange spices in the kitchen for the chef in you! We will definitely come back!

Hamilton Shores was really special for us as this was our first vacation together as a couple, along with our mini Aussie. The location was perfect, close to downtown and hiking. The lake was really pretty as well; we sat outside on our last evening there and enjoyed the breeze. Accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

We came to get the change of scenery from flat Texas, and come to the mountains in Arkansas. It was so nice being right on the lake and next to almost everything! We definitely want to come back again and stay here, it was very reasonably priced and great accommodations

Hamilton Shores was really special for us as this was our first vacation together as a couple, along with our mini Aussie. The location was perfect, close to downtown and hiking. The lake was really pretty as well; we sat outside on our last evening there and enjoyed the breeze. Accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

The condo was well kept and had a great view of the lake. Just a few miles from Hot Sprongs National Park, it was perfect for us.

Even though it rained while we were there it was a nice stay. Only improvement would be a bigger back porch and lounge chairs but understand that can’t be done.

This was a great location for visiting Hot Springs National Park. The lake was pretty and we enjoyed watching the ducks and people fishing.

The view was amazing. It was friendly atmosphere clean just a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days. The host was great. I really liked it. I would definitely go again.
