Hotel O Eureka Springs - Christ of Ozark Area

It was great my wife love it we had a lot fun

First, the staff seemed very nice when I checked in. The hotel was not nearly full and I am disabled from multiple strokes and I was given a room on the second floor (stairs climb-up). I explained that and was still offered the same room. The first night was ok, but the next day when I went out, I came back and the key did not work. I had to go all the way down to the office and then all the way back up to get in my room. Later that night, (in a half full hotel) guests were put in the room right next to me. They proceeded to have a party in the room. NOISE and a strange smell began emanating from the room into mine. I would have called the office, but. there were no phones in the room. There was no soap in the shower and the trimming around the tub was coming loose with nails exposed. I got up early on my last day and notified management upon departure. The location was the reason that I booked this place, but I would not do it again. Sorry.

Very accommodating, COMFY BEDS!

This was a last minute booking for my son and for the price I can't complain too much however, no towels in the bathroom and the bathroom light was out. Other than that it fine for an overnight.
