It was a good 1 day stay for our family. The common areas especially the stairs and hallways can be better lit and renovated, other than that stay was good overall. The staff were extra nice and helpful. The elavators were being replaced so hopefully it would be done soon.

Easy booking, quick check in, later check out, near restaurants, coffee, and gas. TV stations available were bismal, our bathroom sliding door didnt stay closed, no working fan fir the bathroom, and body soap in shower was empty. The pool also was a huge let down, it was tiny, and smelled so strongly of chlorine that the door had to dtay propped open and people couldn't swim without their eyes turning very blood shot and red and noses burning. They needed to shower right aftervand rinse out their eyes and faces for it to stop.

The hotel was very dated. Needs renovations peeling paint, cracks, sheets were very warn. The breakfast was terrible. Not only was the area messy the food was all gone when we wentndown to eat about 8:30 on a sunday. We had to eat cereal and begals because there was nothing else. Pool was very small!

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Very outdated and old mattresses. Cleanliness was efficent but not the best. The pool was murky and did not seem usable nor clean. Overall, efficent place but would not stay again.

We stayed for one night while visiting the area. It is convenient for driving into Philadelphia without having to pay the high prices of staying in Philadelphia as long as you leave early enough to beat traffic. The breakfast was probably 3 out of 5 stars. There were both hot and cold options but the sausage was overcooked and dry and the waffles were the kind that are individually wrapped in plastic, not freshly made. The pool was just a little cloudy but not so much that we felt it was unsanitary and our 7 year old still really enjoyed it and it was nice that it opened at 6am so he could get his swimming in before breakfast. The room was clean overall. The bathtub had a couple hairs in it, I could tell it had been cleaned but it wasn't that thorough a job. My main complaint about the bathroom is there was no exhaust fan, just a vent in the ceiling, so when you took a shower the moisture just built up on everything. Still a decent place to stay and I would consider staying here again if we return to the area. The beds were probably the most comfortable of any hotel we have stayed in. All of us fell asleep quickly and slept through the night. The area was pretty quiet.

Everything would have been fine if our room did not smell. It's hard to describe the smell but it was funky. We were on the first floor. I am unsure if it was the pipes, refrigerator, AC or all 3.

Staff was great and very accommodating! Many breakfast options to choose from and staff member visibly kept food hot and area clean. Room was very clean but smelled and rug was damp from humidity as though AC was not on before we arrived. To be fair we did ask for and receive early check-in - much appreciated! But even after 4 hours of AC when we returned to room it was still quite damp.

The toilet surged (very loudly) every ten minutes all night long and there were some areas of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was pretty average. (I suggest that the housekeepers use less scented room spray - it was very overpowering and had my sinuses going crazy!) Breakfast on day 1 of my stay was great! - day 2 of my stay though - was dreadful! The eggs were soupy - (literally floating in water) the turkey sausages were like hockey pucks and the entire area was filthy and unattended. I didn’t eat before check-out on day 3, because I was a little afraid of what I might find.

The staff person was very helpful when there was confusion about the credit card being charged twice, once by Expedia and once by the hotel. Was cleared up in the morning. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on May 9-12, 2024 for a room with two queen size bed. Unfortunately, one bed, the one I slept in has bed bugs. We told the front desk about it showed my arms with bruises from bug bites and he moved us to a different room. But the damage has been done until now (May 13, 2024) I am suffering from an itchy arms, body and I am also getting chills and fever. It ruined our stay and vacation I never expect this from a Marriott hotel.

When we first arrived everything seemed okay, we were told that our room won’t work and then we told the front desk it didn’t matter what room we were in as long as it was clean and had a bed (traveling all day). They told us if we have any problems just let them know. We go up to our room and i finally realized why he stated what he did because the rooms beside us were being obnoxiously loud but I turned on the ac to tune out their noise and fell asleep. Everything other than that was good, and the following night it was even better (no noise at all).

Overall it was alright. The sliding door to our bathroom wouldn't close unless you used both hands and put all your weight into it. If you left the bathroom door open there was a sharp metal piece sticking out for the latch. Talked to the front desk twice and there was no following up if anyone looked into the bathroom door. The pool was rather small and the stairs and floor or the pool was rough and chipping. Would've liked to have a microwave in our room.

The refrigerator in our room was warm when we came in. Staff said to hit the arctic blast button which cooled it down after about an hour. Arctic blast shuts off after 2 hours, so we had no refrigeration the rest of the night and discovered that in the morning. Staff said they would replace, I hope so.

I was in room 125 directly across from the coffee bar and dining area. As soon as breakfast was being served and people started to gather my chance of sleeping in was out the window. Who would put rooms immediately adjacent to a dining room and coffee bar??? you would think that a major hotel chain would understand that people may be still sleeping. Not what I would expect from a Marriott!!!

I arrived at 11:30pm on my check-in date and was told the hotel was "sold-out" and "overbooked" and did not have room for me. I had a room pre-booked far ahead of my actual stay. The individual at the front desk said he could call around and see what was available, and then said nothing was. He continued to make comments as to my appearance, which was disconcerting. After stepping to the side to make some phone calls to try to find a place to stay, I was motioned to a room "only available for emergencies but it's dirty." I could not find any hotels within a 30-minute radius, so I asked for a set of clean sheets, and accepted the room. It was devoid of toiletries, not clean, and smelled weird. Avoid this hotel. Do not stay here. I did not feel safe, I felt both harassed and insulted. After I was spoken to at the desk, a family followed me and also received the same "we're overbooked" - yet the same attendant was able to "find a room with a king bed" which is exactly what I was supposed to have. Funny to be able to find one for this family of four, but not be able to find one for me and instead toss me in a dirty room. I had to return to the desk because my room key didn't work, couldn't shower, and truly - the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The staff person was very helpful when there was confusion about the credit card being charged twice, once by Expedia and once by the hotel. Was cleared up in the morning. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff member at the desk profiled me , I stood at desk for 10 - 15 minutes and some guy finally came out with attitude thought he could talk any kind of way, got mad very rude disrespectful with an accent, he turned away a premier member and cancelled my reservation, I will never attend this location again, profiling people is unacceptable.

We are in the area all the time for sports. One night, I just was too tired to drive home. I was looking for a place close, clean, safe, and friendly. I found it here. Very convenient to everything and as comfortable as being at home. Awesome!

We stayed for one night while visiting the area. It is convenient for driving into Philadelphia without having to pay the high prices of staying in Philadelphia as long as you leave early enough to beat traffic. The breakfast was probably 3 out of 5 stars. There were both hot and cold options but the sausage was overcooked and dry and the waffles were the kind that are individually wrapped in plastic, not freshly made. The pool was just a little cloudy but not so much that we felt it was unsanitary and our 7 year old still really enjoyed it and it was nice that it opened at 6am so he could get his swimming in before breakfast. The room was clean overall. The bathtub had a couple hairs in it, I could tell it had been cleaned but it wasn't that thorough a job. My main complaint about the bathroom is there was no exhaust fan, just a vent in the ceiling, so when you took a shower the moisture just built up on everything. Still a decent place to stay and I would consider staying here again if we return to the area. The beds were probably the most comfortable of any hotel we have stayed in. All of us fell asleep quickly and slept through the night. The area was pretty quiet.

Wherever I am, Fairfield properties are consistent: clean, nicely appointed, with friendly staff. This site in particular, is a bit challenging entering when your headed in the opposite direction. A bit of a learning curve, but easily mastered.

It’s off a major highway and isn’t all that inviting from the outside. Still, the staff was very welcoming, the room smelled and looked clean, and it was orderly inside. It was really loud and I bailed at 3:30 AM, but that’s not really their fault. I’d stay again, and it was a good value.

Our main complaint was breakfast. Egg puree, Half frozen waffles. Canned syrupy fruit. Dried out baked goods. Staff and rooms were fine but, pardon the pun, the food left a bad taste in our mouths.

The toilet surged (very loudly) every ten minutes all night long and there were some areas of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was pretty average. (I suggest that the housekeepers use less scented room spray - it was very overpowering and had my sinuses going crazy!) Breakfast on day 1 of my stay was great! - day 2 of my stay though - was dreadful! The eggs were soupy - (literally floating in water) the turkey sausages were like hockey pucks and the entire area was filthy and unattended. I didn’t eat before check-out on day 3, because I was a little afraid of what I might find.

The hotel was very dated. Needs renovations peeling paint, cracks, sheets were very warn. The breakfast was terrible. Not only was the area messy the food was all gone when we wentndown to eat about 8:30 on a sunday. We had to eat cereal and begals because there was nothing else. Pool was very small!

Sadly, this hotel has many issues. Upon arrival, we were confronted with an extreme chemical film floating on the top of the pool. We were told it was recently treated and could be used the following day. The next day, the chemical film was WORSE. I can only assume they have filtration issues. Meanwhile, the pool door was always latched open, allowing anyone to enter, and there were no visible signs that it was out of order. I took this up with the front desk and the manager, and let's just say I was talked to as if I were a child. Very unprofessional behavior! Needless to say, my interactions with the staff put a serious damper on my stay there, and not being able to use a pool I paid for was more than annoying. Our difficulties did not end there. There are also issues with their elevator. It gets stuck on the third floor, which was confirmed to me. That's right, they are aware of an ongoing problem. I had to take the stairs, which isn't a big deal, but for my husband, who has mobility issues it definitely was unsettling that he could not take the elevator. Are you ready for this? We actually got stuck in the elevator for at least a good 3-5 min! Everyone's nightmare as you can imagine. A red light was flashing and a phone inside the elevator kept ringing. Eventually, it opened, but as you can imagine, it was a horrible experience. Cold eggs, burnt ham for breakfast... I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

It wasnt super clean but it waant too bad it needs to be updated. The breakfast was really good and th we people were nice but a couple couldn't speak English so wasnt much help. Besides that all in all was an ok place to stay
