When checking in, the first thing we noticed was how tight the space was - made even tighter looking by the abundance of silk flowers everywhere. Check in was fine and the staff member was personable. We checked out the pool and fitness room both of which were very small. Much smaller than the photos led us to believe. When we arrived to our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous space. we especially like the dining table for four that provided a place for us all to gather. Unfortunately, our delight didn’t last. Upon further inspection, we found a suspicious stain on the couch cushion and on the shower curtain. The queen bed was very comfortable, but the porch light wouldn’t turn off and the city noise was very loud (especially the mail truck that arrived VERY early in the morning). The pull out couch was not comfortable at all according to those who slept on it. None of us slept well. We even witness a fight between hotel staff at the front desk as we were walking down the hall, ending with one of the staff storming out. The breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of options. All said, we will not be staying here again if we go back to Lake Geneva. The hotel city view room was very loud and the extra cost for a garden view room was too much for the quality of the hote.

It was nice and clean, the employees were nice. There are fake flowers everywhere. The breakfast room is small, the cook was outside cooking the bacon. Parking lot is not big enough for all the guests.

It advertises that it is on the lake. It is not. Other than that it is a nice place. Ice machine in room did not work. Ice machine on the floor did not work. Front desk was not staffed for several hours on one afternoon. So waited 3 hours for ice.

We were able to stay parked at the hotel and walk to everything we wanted to do easily. Avoided pricey street parking. Staff was friendly. Room was huge, clean and welcoming.

Very close to Lake, excellent proximity to shopping, breakfast is great and personalized by a friendly staff. Lots of extras, like soup or chili in lobby during day if you want a quick lunch and get to the great indoor pool. They went the extra mile for us on this trip. Highly recommend.

The Mill Creek Hotel is not your run of the mill (pun intended :) ) hotel. The lobby has a lot of personal and hometown stuff in it that is very welcoming. Rooms are huge and fantastic! The room decorations were a bit odd for my taste, plastic flowers in the kitchen and all the fake roses in the bedroom... it was a little over the top. Parking ais a bit odd, its under the building and you need a key card to get to the elevator. We were lucky that someone was coming out as we were going in, lol. The location cannot be beat. You're right in the middle of town. Perfect! We loved the Mill Creek Inn!

We've stayed at the Grand Geneva in the past and it's nice, but it's very pricey and not right on the lake. This time I wanted us to be right downtown so we could just walk everywhere. This is where we plan on staying from here on out. For significantly less you get a whole suite with a full kitchen, a two person jacuzzi, a sitting area with fireplace, a separate bedroom and a balcony. One parking spot it included so we just parked when we got there and walked everywhere until we checked out so no need to find and pay for parking downtown. The staff was super friendly and while the halls are very vibrant and the overall decor is a bit "90s" it was very clean and comfortable. We never made it down to breakfast but that's also included in the room price. There's also a pool and hot tub on site. It was the perfect weekend get away to relax on the balcony in the morning, walk around for a bit, come back and relax by the fireplace in the afternoon, then head out for the night before relaxing in the jacuzzi. We'll definitely be back! (:

Our room was very clean, easy to get to and everything you would want to do is all in walking distance! Staff is very polite and accommodating! We also received a very nice welcome package which was appreciated as well! We would definitely stay there again!

Charged me $500 after checkout saying we smoked. 100% not true. Owner accused me of lying when I called to say we never smoked. Although, someone was smoking near our balcony outside, because we could smell it. Drank water bottle from fridge and realized after a little note saying for humidifier only. Unsafe, unhealthy! Arbor in front was falling apart. Hotel smelled. Tub was filthy. Breakfast overlooked a balcony of garbage and was disgusting. Dollar store mini donuts and grizzly rubbery sausages. Im calling the town for health concerns. Hard to believe they are following any regulations at this place. Save your money. Lots of reputable, trustworthy clean places to stay.

The Mill Creek Hotel is a very nice condo-type property. Very clean overall, very nice front desk-housekeeping-breakfast room staff and very nice special touches (a lot of free gifts and such). The silver suite with balcony was very spacious and comfortable. The daily free breakfast was amazing and one of the best I have ever experienced in my decades of travel. The hotel is downtown so you will hear normal downtown noises especially during the day but it’s location is fantastic and walkable to the numerous downtown area dining/cocktail establishments, the Riviera beach, boat cruise dock, library, the scenic lakeside walking path and great variety of stores for shopping. Lake Geneva is a very chill and laid back town and seemed very safe at all times of the day and night (although we don’t stay out late). Get tickets early and experience the Mail Boat tour and visit the Tuscan Tavern/Grill, it is an outstanding restaurant and prices very reasonable for the quality/quantity and service you receive. Everyone was kind throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting the Lake again soon.

We even witness a fight between hotel staff at the front desk as we were walking down the hall, ending with one of the staff storming out. The breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of options. All said, we will not be staying here again if we go back to Lake Geneva. The hotel city view room was very loud and the extra cost for a garden view room was too much for the quality of the hote.
When checking in, the first thing we noticed was how tight the space was - made even tighter looking by the abundance of silk flowers everywhere. Check in was fine and the staff member was personable. We checked out the pool and fitness room both of which were very small. Much smaller than the photos led us to believe. When we arrived to our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous space. we especially like the dining table for four that provided a place for us all to gather. Unfortunately, our delight didn’t last. Upon further inspection, we found a suspicious stain on the couch cushion and on the shower curtain. The queen bed was very comfortable, but the porch light wouldn’t turn off and the city noise was very loud (especially the mail truck that arrived VERY early in the morning). The pull out couch was not comfortable at all according to those who slept on it. None of us slept well. Some of the nicest staff we have experienced: friendly, accomodating and willing to please. The suite was very well appointed and large. The cons were a bright porch light without black out curtains and extremely loud bathroom drainage in the wall of our bedroom.

Wish they had 2 beds in the bedroom for friends traveling together. My friend had to deal with the sleeper sofa. A couple of suites should offer that, and I'd come back again.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel. My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint! The room and bathroom were very spacious and cozy. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well which is sometimes not the case on vacation. The continental breakfast was phenomenal!! We were both so impressed with the variety of options and quality/taste of the food. The location of the hotel is perfect - it's very close to the downtown area. Five minute walk to a coffee shop, tons of restaurants and shops, etc. The staff was also very friendly - the woman who checked us in was very sweet. Overall, I can't rave about this hotel enough. I was so happy with my stay here and would absolutely return in the future!

The Mill Creek Hotel is not your run of the mill (pun intended :) ) hotel. The lobby has a lot of personal and hometown stuff in it that is very welcoming. Rooms are huge and fantastic! The room decorations were a bit odd for my taste, plastic flowers in the kitchen and all the fake roses in the bedroom... it was a little over the top. Parking ais a bit odd, its under the building and you need a key card to get to the elevator. We were lucky that someone was coming out as we were going in, lol. The location cannot be beat. You're right in the middle of town. Perfect! We loved the Mill Creek Inn!

We've stayed at the Grand Geneva in the past and it's nice, but it's very pricey and not right on the lake. This time I wanted us to be right downtown so we could just walk everywhere. This is where we plan on staying from here on out. For significantly less you get a whole suite with a full kitchen, a two person jacuzzi, a sitting area with fireplace, a separate bedroom and a balcony. One parking spot it included so we just parked when we got there and walked everywhere until we checked out so no need to find and pay for parking downtown. The staff was super friendly and while the halls are very vibrant and the overall decor is a bit "90s" it was very clean and comfortable. We never made it down to breakfast but that's also included in the room price. There's also a pool and hot tub on site. It was the perfect weekend get away to relax on the balcony in the morning, walk around for a bit, come back and relax by the fireplace in the afternoon, then head out for the night before relaxing in the jacuzzi. We'll definitely be back! (:

The suite we had was absolutely beautiful Complimentary breakfasts were included as well as 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies. In addition, there were treats and candy in the lobby 24 hours as well. Daily soup and crackers were set up in the lobby if guests wanted a midday tie over until dinner. The staff was wonderful and the beautiful touches throughout the hotel made us feel very special. The beautiful owner of the Hotel greeted us warmly. We casually mentioned it was our anniversary during our conversation. The next day we received a gift box of fancy chocolates. What other Hotel does this? We definitely will be returning to Mill Creek Hotel in the years to come.

Charged me $500 after checkout saying we smoked. 100% not true. Owner accused me of lying when I called to say we never smoked. Although, someone was smoking near our balcony outside, because we could smell it. Drank water bottle from fridge and realized after a little note saying for humidifier only. Unsafe, unhealthy! Arbor in front was falling apart. Hotel smelled. Tub was filthy. Breakfast overlooked a balcony of garbage and was disgusting. Dollar store mini donuts and grizzly rubbery sausages. Im calling the town for health concerns. Hard to believe they are following any regulations at this place. Save your money. Lots of reputable, trustworthy clean places to stay.

Very close to Lake, excellent proximity to shopping, breakfast is great and personalized by a friendly staff. Lots of extras, like soup or chili in lobby during day if you want a quick lunch and get to the great indoor pool. They went the extra mile for us on this trip. Highly recommend.

The Mill Creek Hotel is a very nice condo-type property. Very clean overall, very nice front desk-housekeeping-breakfast room staff and very nice special touches (a lot of free gifts and such). The silver suite with balcony was very spacious and comfortable. The daily free breakfast was amazing and one of the best I have ever experienced in my decades of travel. The hotel is downtown so you will hear normal downtown noises especially during the day but it’s location is fantastic and walkable to the numerous downtown area dining/cocktail establishments, the Riviera beach, boat cruise dock, library, the scenic lakeside walking path and great variety of stores for shopping. Lake Geneva is a very chill and laid back town and seemed very safe at all times of the day and night (although we don’t stay out late). Get tickets early and experience the Mail Boat tour and visit the Tuscan Tavern/Grill, it is an outstanding restaurant and prices very reasonable for the quality/quantity and service you receive. Everyone was kind throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting the Lake again soon.

This is a cute hotel with "kitschy" decor in downtown Lake Geneva. It's easy to walk to a number of restaurants and the lake front path. Staff very friendly and nice breakfast included.

Best free breakfast ever had in all of my travels. Everything made from scratch even some healthy smoothies and homemade burritos. Staff is very pleasant. Only thing I would recommend is to get a gold room. I assume the difference between silver and gold was size and cost however, silver rooms are facing town and you have noise from the post office in town gold rooms face the creek and I believe it would be quieter in the future. I would definitely pay a little bit more for a gold room. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out that this was the difference until our second day there

I always enjoy staying at the Mill Creek. A great place and terrific location, easy walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so welcoming. The breakfasts are amazing, love the burritos! Thank yoi for a wonderful stay as always.
I always enjoy staying at the Mill Creek. A great place and terrific location, easy walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so welcoming. The breakfasts are amazing, love the burritos! Thank yoi for a wonderful stay as always.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Right in the middle of Lake Geneva overlooking the lake. Within walking distance to many resturants and bars. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Breakfast was good, but it was just about the same every morning and there was nothing special about the baked goods. My wife did not care for the scrambled eggs and there was bacon only two out of seven mornings. There were sausages links, which were good, but bacon would have been better. Parking is a bit tricky and the spaces are tight. The room was excellent and very comfortable. However, neither of the two TVs was a Smart TV, so I could not connect my laptop to either one, Their cable choices are full of commercials, so we gave up on watching TV and just watched Amazon Prime on my laptop. If this sounds overly negative, it isn't intended. We enjoyed our stay, and there were nice touches along the way that made this a very nice stay for our 50th anniversary week of Lake Geneva relaxation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Millcreek Hotel. We were in town for a wedding. The room was very large and comfortable. We had a full one bedroom suite with living room, bedroom, small kitchen and two television sets as well as a patio. There was a full breakfast included, which was quite good. The swimming pool and exercise room are small, but appeared clean. We did not use them. The location was very good with easy access to the walking path. The owner makes soup every day which is available anytime They also have lots of little candies and iced tea available during the day as well as cookies.
