The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. When I checked in the key maker wasn't working. The person at the desk took me to the room and allowed me to block the door open so I could bring my father in and get him settled while he sorted out the keys. I truly appreciated him. The amenities were what I would expect average but not great - a real breakfast would be nice but the Waffle House solved that problem. The rooms were clean but there was a minor smell - I think it was cleaning chemicals so I wasn't upset. The Air Conditioners may need servicing they STRUGGLED, had I not brought a fan with me for the room to circulate air it would have been very uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a great location and I would stay here again.

The staf was very helpful. The property was mainly occupied with “tenants “ instead of guests. The fist room door did not lock the second roof smelled of any fish tank and had rust spots throughout due to a moisture issue and we chose the 3rd room which had just been cleaned. Dropped our stuff and spent the day away. Later that night we discovered mold throughout the bathroom. I have pictures of the mold. It looks like it has been painted over many times - I will never stay there or at another one of your properties. I will try to post these pictures on your site - if I can’t you should have someone reach out to me to get them. I am a business person and would want to know what my clients are experiencing

From the moment I arrived something felt really off and I had a really bad vibe. Nothing specific happened but my gut was telling me to leave. The parking lot was empty. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly but seemed a little bothered by the fact that I’d paid online rather than selecting to pay at the location. Once I entered my room I’d hoped to relax and maybe nap but my anxiety only got worse. The room itself was tidy but not exactly clean. The chair and window seat were stained, the floors were dusty and had hair balls, the wood around the window seat had not been wiped clean, and when I opened the closet on the top right hand corner of the left door seemed to have roach poop. Inside of the closet and on the back of the door were tiny squished roaches. Needless to say I did not open my bags. The room was also a little warm and musty. I sprayed everything down with disinfectant and even removed the comforter from the bed because it had stains and cigarette burn holes but I still couldn’t relax. Also, was not a fan of the giant tinted mirror as a headboard. The hotel has definitely seem better days and could use some updating and repair. After about 2 hours of not being able to relax or feel comfortable sitting anywhere I called family that lived about an hour away, grabbed my stuff and left. I returned two days later to check out (early) only to find later that the hotel also charged my cc, never checked me out, and 12 days later their charge is still there.
