It was the worst nite of my life I paid too .much n when I got there it was late the 2st room they gave me was used n dirty never been cleaned went n told them they gave me another room no microwave or refrigerator the toilet didn't work then it stormed n had a blackout all the lights went out for 3 hours n the fire alarm kept going off n something happened it was just terrible I think I should get a refund for that night in that hotel I really do wasted my money

The water was out the entire time. We were not called ahead of time with this information. Cigarette burns on the comforter. Musty smell in room.

They were in the process of getting a new roof when I checked in. I also had to checkout the same night I checked in due to the fact I had a death in the family

These guys are especially fantastic. I travel to St. Louis every weekend and was looking for somewhere that would let me bring my pet, had restaurants and public transpo within walking distance, but wouldn't break the bank. Happened upon this place after seeing a nice cash back reward for it on retail me not. Gave it a chance and have been back every weekend ever since. The good: It's right by Cracker Barrel, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, and a 24 hour gas station. Vending machines in the lobby. It's a 3 minute walk from a bus stop and even tho that bus doesn't run on Sundays, worst case scenario it's a little over a mile from the bus terminal and I'm fine to walk. They always handle check in quickly and professionally, and even frequently give me the same room as previous stays. They've been very generous and patient with me when I needed last-minute early/late check in/outs. The area is safe for a woman walking alone, even late at night. Never had issues with noisy or rude guests. The floors are not carpeted anywhere, but I prefer the hardwood. The bad: It's missing some basic amenities. No toiletries except a bar of soap. No hairdryer. The big one: no alarm clock. So no clock in the room other than my phone. And they knock to clean before check out, which makes me feel rushed. Last time my they ok'd a late check out (left @11:37) but had knocked 3 times by then to see if I was ready yet. But overall I'm very happy there & highly recommend it.

The bathroom was really nasty. No microwave no refrigerator. Overall the hotel was not worth the price of $80 unfortunately we experience a severe thunderstorm and when we checked in we didn't have power for 3 hours

Exceptionally clean laundry room

The power went out and no one told us anything, the alarms started to go off and no one told us what was happening, we went to the reception and no one told us anything, we returned to the room without knowing what to do and waiting for the power to come back on, it didn't come on until 3 in the morning

It was just a plain old hotel with no amenities what so ever

Didn’t get the room we reserved because of heating issues. Listened to shop vacuum all night because room next door flooded. Came back to hotel and hotel flooded and was told we had to leave

Smelled like smoke everywhere. Looks like maybe people are staying here long-term. I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the bar. People must be smoking in other rooms which is going through the cracks in the walls or something. Overall, it was a cheap hotel room and that’s exactly what I got was a cheap hotel room. There was a view of the arch from the third floor rooms. Not the best view though, but I could see it. The bed was extremely hard. Overall, the room, however, was clean. Might be a good location for somebody traveling for construction that wants an extremely cheap room. Forget that picture of that pool. It’s outside and it’s closed. The only great thing was my truck and trailer did not get broken into and nothing was stolen while I slept.

I do not expect much from a budget motel but this place is terrible. There was trash EVERYWHERE! It was overflowing out of every garbage can, stacked beside them and littered all over the grounds. Right when I stepped off the elevator to the 2nd floor, I was treated by overflowing trash that smelled like it had been there a long time. The dog waste bin outside was so full I wasn’t able to throw anything in it.

The room was very stagnant. Room was filled with flies. Bed was dirty, pillows were bare. We ended up leaving at 10pm and driving home.

Bathroom was dirty with hair in the sink I stay in the same room twice coming back from vacation and comforter and pillows cases had the same stains so that makes me think they did even change them just wasn't happy with the room

Stain on comforter; but was told it was clean. A roach was crawling on the wall. Neighbors were extremely loud and arguing.

The room was dingy, and the vent was very dirty. The shower and sink were also dirty, with body hair in them. Lastly, the shower backed up.

The ventilation here is horrible very musty rooms and mold. Pet friendly hotel and it smells like it! My allergies were through the roof. Floors were nasty I mean filthy!! Coffee bar was horrible on coffee n sugar cup was nasty from people touching it. Trash was pilled high around property! 3 floor trash had whole floor smelling like 4 dirty hot diapers!! Request for it to be empty and then Indians act like they could not understand! It’s run by Indians people who stare and watch you . It’s a crack head motel and if you’re buying online it’s best to your property first! Never again motel 6

There were several things. Our door looked like it had been busted in at some point and didnt close securely, the mini fridge was filthy, there were stains on one of the bedspreads, pillows were flat and only 2 on each bed, beds were hard, bathroom door was filthy and the tub had weird scratches in it. Will not be staying here again.

Room had dirt on the desk. In my booking there was supposed to be refrigerator and microwave nether item was avaliable in my room. I had hair on my bed. Large amount of dirt on floor and under bed. Shoes would stick to floor. Outside of my room had a trash can that was overflowed and smelled horrible as it smelled like rotten trash. Customer yelling when we arrived same customer yelling when trying to check out. Dried blood stain on the mattress box springs. Will definitely not book at this location again.

I wasn’t expecting much but there was actual toothpaste in the sink, stains and cigarette burns in every bedding item, a hole in the tub, soap scum built up in the shower with hair wrapped around everything.

There is only one good thing i can say about this Motel 6, its location. I literally almost walked back out after we got to our room. The pillowcases were dirty, the bedspread was worse, and the sheets just as sketchy, the tub not only had inadequate lighting but a scum ring and dirt in the bottom. The towels were also dirty. The lighting was a joke because the switches were behind the headboard so every time you leaned back the light flickered. The curtains also reeked of cigarette smoke. Hot water was also a commodity to be lacking especially in the sink!

The hallway leading to the room had a foul stench. The room appeared to be more updated than before. The new blankets on the beds made them feel more cozy.

Stayed for 7 days. Everything was great till the last day when someone in the room next to us left their dog in the room unattended and they barked for 3 hours straight. We even checked out an hour early just to get away from the dogs yapping

The mattress and pillows weren't the best but the room was very clean and an excellent deal for the price

The AC is not working The room was at 82 degree…. Get help but not helped

Check in was easy. Liked the 24 hour desk. The bed felt like sleeping on a kitchen table and the room smelled like people had been living in there for months. Needs more pillows. Good water pressure in the showers

Beds were hard covers were too thin kids playing on phones all night

Was a clean hotel. Bed slept well .

Very nice hotel but the quality of the bed sheets were bad and thin, also the air conditioner didnt work so well.

The hostess was very patient with me.

It looked like there was some recent renovations as there was caulk or paint left in the bathroom sink and tub. Beds and floors were clean. Online it said breakfast was included but they did not have breakfast available. Did not have coffee or water available when we checked in but did have it in the morning. The price was very reasonable. Staff was distracted and not very friendly at check in.

Didn’t end up staying. Staff was very unfriendly. Didn’t have our reservation.

Friendly and helpful front service

I've never stayed where there was no fridge, no microwave, and roaches. Not to mention house keeping just opened my door using a key. My door was not open a little

Checked into hotel and checked out after trying three different rooms. Room one sink and tub unclean, black smudge in both and bed had multiple hairs on blanket and pillow and yellow stains. Room two dead bolt did not latch. Room three air conditioner did not work Front desk worker was accommodating to room changes. After contacting customer service with the above information a “ general apology “ email was received. No options given just a pre written email. I responded saying that was insufficient and that I have not received my refund. Per checking my refund receipt the refund was sent to a master card ending in 5008 , I have a Visa card . It was also for the wrong amount … sent another email to customer service

The staff was great. She was very quick about checking me in after I've been awake for over 24 hours. It was very quiet. The bed wasnt very comfortable though. If i hadnt been so tired i probably wouldn't of slept a lot.

Got in late but gentlemen at front desk got me to my room quickly.

I just needed a quick getaway for the night. The check-in was smooth and the clerks where very polite. There was an issue with the ac in my room not working, but they switched my room asap and even upgraded it. I would definitely return.

Terrible motel, homeless people inside the motel

The check-in process was very easy, front desk lady was very friendly and the hotel overall felt safe. Only issue, our bedding was stained and the towels were very hard, as if they were old/over washed. Other than that, our stay was great!

Extremely quiet to be off an highway exit

This place is disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE! Not only do you feel like you’re in the hood, be prepared to get second hand high from how strong the weed smell is!!! Just while checking in there was a lady complaining her car got broken in to.
