The pool was very nice

Everything was terrible. First is all, the property is under renovation and you have to walk through it to check in and get in and out of the door. We’re talking dripping paint on the ceiling, saws buzzing, tile being cut…it’s a mess that was never mentioned during the booking or subsequent confirmation. The room we were given faces the main highway where trucks from the nearby warehouses travel day and night, so the noise is overwhelming. The hotel was not sold out, so why give us the worst possible room? The tv remote didn’t work. They never cleaned the room until we asked. We stopped by the front desk and they sent someone to replace the tv remote, which stopped working again on day 2 of our 3 night stay. When we asked to get it replaced again we were given another which would never turn off so the tv remained on all night. The housekeeping staff must’ve been angry that we complained about the room not being cleaned because when we came back later the bed was disheveled as if someone had just gotten up from it. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go hunt down some. When the trucks weren’t making noise the ice machine located right next to our horrible room was being loudly used. The room does not even have a safe and is, at best, a motel - even down to the old-school floor air conditioning unit. Marriott should be ashamed!

My kids and I had an amazing time. The rooms were so comfortable. We will definitely come back. The pool/ the bar/ the bartender and front desk was amazing.

We stayed overnight for a quick trip for travel lacrosse but it was clean and quiet. It definitely needs some updating especially the sofa couch. It only pulled out to a twin bed rather than a double. We only had one kid sleeping on it but if that was otherwise it would have been a problem. Kids enjoyed the pool. Water was warm and the area was clean and enjoyable for the adults. Overall a decent stay!

Front desk can be more welcoming with a smile. Don’t take your Tesla at this property all superchargers were closed on property. Luckily I was driving a gas car. Also make sure to ask for breakfast coupons at time of checkin if you prepaid breakfast otherwise expect to show prepaid receipt for breakfast coupons.

Under construction when we went. Bed and room are decently clean but almost no space when sofa bed is opened. Sofa bed and it’s mattress dirty with hairs and shoe marks everywhere. Water marks on the painting in bathroom and ironing board. Towel bar above sink broken. Front desk staff doesn’t know where the ice machine is. Cheaper price compared to similar level hotels in vicinity. I guess you pay what you get.

Clean room and fast check in.

I was excited to stay at another Marriott Courtyard, I had a wonderful experience staying in other ones around the country. This one is overpriced, dirty, and outdated. It was disappointing to pay around $200 for a room that ended up being worth around $80. We found bugs on the ceiling as well. The only clean thing was the bed, thank goodness. Marriott really should close this one down and completely redo it so they don't lose Bonvoy customers.

I stayed 3 nights in the largest room at the property. The room did not have a microwave (later put in by the staff after bringing it to their notice). The room wasn’t serviced for a day even after being asking for it to be. The bathroom was dirty and needed to be cleaned on that day but wasn’t cleaned even after requesting it. Finally when asked to be moved to a different room that request was not considered as well. I prefer to stay in Marriott as I am a bonvoy member but this was the worst experience by far.

It was ok Carpets need to be cleaned or changed tho

I enjoyed my stay and it's a very nice hotel. I did notice that the toilet made a loud squealing noise after it was flushed. It flushed fine, but then would make the noise as it was filling up.

The rooms are very dark,,lighting too low, Mirror over sink not clean and over head lights not bright to put makeup on.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was easy to log into my Netflix account. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy.

The tv was not available since they had put it a new system and the phone in the room did not work because of connection issues. It’s too bad these problems arose since it’s a convenient place with nice services otherwise.

Staff could have been a bit more hospitable. There was not a continental breakfast and I was told it had one when reserving the room. Couch bed was very uncomfortable and was very small.

Its in a decent spot, bed reasonably comfy, shower had great water pressure. Bed was squeaky.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in our room and they were very nice about moving us.

I liked everything about it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Clean and kept very nice.

Very upset that although my stay was already paid for via Hotels.com and this was told to them at check-in, the hotel charged me upon arrival for the entire stay again anyway and when I questioned it, the front desk person put in a reversal that would still take 3-5 business days instead of voiding out that transaction so it tied my available money up on my credit card several days. Because I was traveling I needed that money available to me. The person totally screwed up my stay by not listening or not paying attention

We were not provided the room we had requested. Check-in was delayed. Customer service was poor.

The front desk needs training in properly welcoming customers, listening to what the customer is asking rather than responding with staring eyes. Also for this property front desk checkin should be upfront and ask the customer if they prepaid for breakfast and if yes then provide the coupons. Don’t expect the customer to know the coupon system at this property. The welcome experience at this property is nowhere near Marriott brand.

The hotel staff was not great. front desk sort of had attitude. would not deliver simple things like water bottles to my room in timely manner. did not offer to get a tea bag for me either, sent me to go purchase one from the cafe-- usually hotels can bring tea to the room. shower was confusing to operate and no one even picked up on this/explained how to use the handle over my phone call, but they did send maintenance to my room which wasn't really necessary- I came all the way downstairs to have my troubles answered because I didn't trust their timeliness. then maintenance came up and explained it. I also wasn't offered to switch my room-- in hindsight, the shower handle was fine-- but desk was not going to bring a card to me. overall a bit difficult

What should have been a 5 mintute check in took two hours. She was unhelpful and was going to send us away to stay else where until I demanded to speak with a manager. We ask if the firm could be printed and she said no. We ended up printing the firm and completed by hand. It was the worst experience I have had. While checking out I did talk to the general manager who was very apologetic and helpful. We asked for the rep to have some training in customer service.

Friendly front desk staff, easy check in/out and great atmosphere.

Facilities were very up to date. Front desk staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Close to all the highway and byways that I needed to get to.

I’m traveling alone for work. Not many options to go eat w/o a car

i spent one night. I needed to go to a storage space nearby. It was hard to find good food nearby, this is a mostly industrial area. The staff were really nice.

Easy off the turnpike overnighter with restaurant and bar.

The property is in an industrial area. I booked it with work less than 2 mins away, so can’t complain about the neighbourhood. But the room is a bit tired and jaded. The carpets are worn / torn in parts and due for an update. Otherwise its good if you have work / plans around the neighbourhood.

Quite and felt safe

Close to I95 - easy to go around NJ/NY/PA.

A very clean and updated hotel right off the highway!

The area was industrial/mall land but that was expected because of where it was. The motel grounds were fine. Reception was crowded with friends of the staff who were noisy and rude. My usual experience with Marriott is much better so I was surprised. Not any real problems just not quite the usual degree of staff experience and responsiveness.

Very close to the Turnpike and to Princeton

WE WOULD EXPECT TO BE GREATED BY STAF WHENEVER YOUR COMING IN OR LEAVING. IF YOU ASKED A QUESTION THE ANSER WAS WAS SHORT AND CLIP. NO ROOM SERVICE, ANSWER WAS IN THE FORM OF A QUESTION, DID WE FORGET ABOUT COVID? NOT SOME CLEAN GLASSES, TOWELS OR GARBAGE REMOVAL. NO FREE BREAKFAST, TO ORDER THE PRICES WERE EXSORBATENT. DID NOT LEAVE WITH A FAVORALE OPINION, AND WILL CERTAINLY CHOOSE A BETTER HOTEL

I like the hotel for most part of my stay. They don't have good dining options inside hotel. Also the carpet in and out of the room looked little old and probably had some stains.

Excellent service at front desk and also the bistro. Food at the bistro was hot and fresh.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. We had been to Cranbury before, but this time I was traveling alone and everyone here was super accommodating. I got dinner from the restaurant on-site twice and it was great both times. The only complaint I had was noisy neighbors in the hallways but this is not the fault of the hotel or staff.
