Everyone gave us crap about staying in a Motel 6, especially in Chicopee Ma. Actually a great place, near the highland a great diner across the street, very well lighted parking lot and we weren’t raped and pillaged like our family predicted..

Bicycles and kids shoes all over had to step over all this stuff to get into lobby, which was also dirty. Room was new and beautiful and clean. Stuff outside was bad.

Needed more pillows, had only two so couldn’t prop up in bed easily to watch tv. Def budget hotel, but the room was clean and a good shower. Coffee/creamer in morning was blah.

The room was clean and we could tell it was recently remodeled. They are in the process of remodeling all the rooms it’s seems. No big deal, however they were just throwing the trash everywhere. There was a large dumpster out front, but the workers were still just throwing trash everywhere BUT the dumpster. Kinda sad to see the styrofoam and cardboard going all over the place. The stairwell to go upstairs always smelled VERY strongly of cigarettes as well. For the money this was a good deal, but you get what you pay for lol.

Very pleasantly surprised! It was warn but has been renovated. Got a room with fridge and microwave. It had no coffee pot, hair dryer, but it had a little fridge with freezer. There was a work space. The office provided coffee at the check-in from 6-10 in the morning. The view was to the parking lot which was reassuring that I could see my car. The area seemed safe and it was next to a McDonald’s. Very easy to get on and off the main road. My GPS originally took my into the car dealership across the street but after driving around, I was able to find it.

My first stay here and surpassed expectations. Newly remodeled room provided more than most budget motels. Very VERY clean, good size room, comfortable bed, and fantastic tv!! Surprisingly quiet (no room to room noise). Safe w well lighted parking lot. Staff is among the best & extremely helpful. I will be returning.

The property pictures does not match what the actual property looks like, also the room was supposed to be non smoking but there was visible signs of cigarettes burns on the edge of the tub, the shower curtain has mold including the bathroom ceiling, the toilet seat was very loose had to fix it myself the sink to brush your teeth was cracked there was also visible damage to the shower, bed sheets had a stains the front door had a visible gap on the bottom of the door this was just a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place to no one.

This is solidly a 2 or 3 star place to stay. Our room was fairly clean, but smelled like smoke (a non smoking room but yet there were butts on the balcony). Our belongings came home with clear smoke smell. It was mostly quiet, which is surprising given how close to the highway it is, though people were yelling in the middle of the night. The bed was extremely squeaky. Again, it's clean and an attempt has been made to make it look nicer, but it's bare bones. There's washcloths and soap but no hair dryer (for Massachusetts in October, I really wish this had been more clear). Notable things about the location--there is a gas station/truck stop across the street which houses EV chargers, gas pumps, and a diner and there's also a McDonald's in the same parking lot.

The room had roaches. I called the front desk and told them. They switched the room. I didn’t see any bugs in the new room. There were two beds in the room. I pulled the sheet back and there was a huge blood stain. The place is filthy. But the staff were nice. Will not stay there again.

The bolt on the door was broken, the shower curtain was covered in mold, the bathroom door didn’t close, and there were questionable stains on the sheets. We had planned to stay 5 nights and left after one.

Bugs everywhere, one even crawled onto me while I was sleeping. Bugs in the shower, on the tv stand, on the floor. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. One of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed. Very disappointed.

The personnel were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The only potential drawback was that the area around the motel seemed a little unsafe. There was a charging station for an electric vehicle just opposite the street and it was not well lit.

My sister and I were supposed to stay at this motel for one night (last night) after a concert in Worcester. Initial check in was sketchy but typical of Motels. Didnt have high expectations at all and was fine with the location for the cost. What I definitely wasnt expecting was walking in on a civilization of cockroaches enjoying the room while we were at the concert. Generations of cockroaches. Aunties and babies galore. They were chillin in the sink when I turned the water on to wash my face. Im convinced they were advanced enough to have understood the english language. So at 1230am, after almost 24 hours of being awake, we packed up, shook our belongings out that had been in the room for hours (they are now quarantined in my car till I can inspect them) and headed back home to CNY. I left the cars with the attendant t the desk and just said we are checking out ! They asked no questions and abruptly snatched the card and saud goodbye. Taking the L financially but lesson learned. Never staying at a motel again. Especially not this one. Didnt take pictures because I was took skeeved out to do much but manic pack and rush out to the car. They were on the walls, the floor and all inside the sink. No thank you.

Stayed here for two nights. Room was very barebones but clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Was worried about there being a lot of noise, but it turned out to be fairly quiet. Not a lot in the area but that was fine for me. Just needed a place close to the highway where I could sleep.

The place was clean, quiet, and inexpensive. Pretty basic (no carpet, tiny bathroom, no decor) but the bed was remarkably comfortable and we slept well which is what we were there for.

Other than the mattress being somewhat hard and uncomfortable, the rest of the experience was fine. Not fancy, but we didn't need fancy. And when I told the front desk person that the mattress was too hard, he seemed concerned and sympathetic and made a note of this, which I appreciated.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen size beds, there's no way those beds are queen. They are definitely full size, very uncomfortable bed, i spent 2 nights, the first morning I woke up, terrible back pain and my last morning was even worse and I had a 4hr trip to drive back home. The plumbing extremely noisy even my dog was getting scared. The floor in the room definitely had not been swept or mopped, very dirty. The staff was very nice though.

I did not like the way the front desk man called the cops on my mother because she was too disabled to walk to the office to pay for her stay. I had been running her card to the office, and we thought we were paid an extra day. When we realized not, I was unavailable to run the card to the office. Instead of going to her room to get it, they called the cops.

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a rude front desk attendant who was completely inconsiderate of my concerns. When I approached her with an issue, she dismissed me with an attitude, showing no interest in resolving the problem. Instead of offering assistance or even basic customer service, she was short, unhelpful, and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Her lack of professionalism and courtesy made my experience frustrating and disappointing.

When we reported to the night manager that our heater was leaking water on the floor, he simply put towels on top of the leak vs changing our room. When we informed him that the toilet didn't flush completely and we were worried about the high water level and fear of it overflowing he didn't even look at it. The shower floorj was dirty and we didn't shower since we didn't have shower shoes with us.

The personnel were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The only potential drawback was that the area around the motel seemed a little unsafe. There was a charging station for an electric vehicle just opposite the street and it was not well lit.

The staff did not recognize my reservation. I'm willing to believe that somehow the hotel did not receive the reservation, although I'm not sure why/how that happened. But even after I showed the reservation to the on-duty staff on my phone and my reservation was confirmed by two separate Expedia representatives, by phone, my rate was not honored. Ultimately, the Expedia rep agreed to pay the higher rate to the hotel and only charged me the rate that I was promised, so I came out whole and Expedia was overcharged. The difference was only $25, but it felt to me like the Motel 6 staff person was being obtuse just to extract an extra $25. From talking with the staff person "Joe," it seems clear this was not the first time this kind of mishap has happened with this property. If I were Expedia, I would "de-list" (i.e., refuse to list) this property on its app.

My first stay here and surpassed expectations. Newly remodeled room provided more than most budget motels. Very VERY clean, good size room, comfortable bed, and fantastic tv!! Surprisingly quiet (no room to room noise). Safe w well lighted parking lot. Staff is among the best & extremely helpful. I will be returning.

Stayed here for two nights. Room was very barebones but clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Was worried about there being a lot of noise, but it turned out to be fairly quiet. Not a lot in the area but that was fine for me. Just needed a place close to the highway where I could sleep.

This is solidly a 2 or 3 star place to stay. Our room was fairly clean, but smelled like smoke (a non smoking room but yet there were butts on the balcony). Our belongings came home with clear smoke smell. It was mostly quiet, which is surprising given how close to the highway it is, though people were yelling in the middle of the night. The bed was extremely squeaky. Again, it's clean and an attempt has been made to make it look nicer, but it's bare bones. There's washcloths and soap but no hair dryer (for Massachusetts in October, I really wish this had been more clear). Notable things about the location--there is a gas station/truck stop across the street which houses EV chargers, gas pumps, and a diner and there's also a McDonald's in the same parking lot.

Very pleasantly surprised! It was warn but has been renovated. Got a room with fridge and microwave. It had no coffee pot, hair dryer, but it had a little fridge with freezer. There was a work space. The office provided coffee at the check-in from 6-10 in the morning. The view was to the parking lot which was reassuring that I could see my car. The area seemed safe and it was next to a McDonald’s. Very easy to get on and off the main road. My GPS originally took my into the car dealership across the street but after driving around, I was able to find it.

Very Spartan motel. Room was clean, but worn. Only chair in the room was a wooden desk chair. Convenient to the highway and good for an overnight stay. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. McDonalds, Diners, gas station all in the same intersection.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to be close to a horse event we were going to. This motel had great pricing and was very convenient for us. It’s right next to McDonald’s and a diner so that made it easy for us to grab food prior to the event.

Needed more pillows, had only two so couldn’t prop up in bed easily to watch tv. Def budget hotel, but the room was clean and a good shower. Coffee/creamer in morning was blah.

The location is okay, love the McDonald cross the street, could get my meal done easy. People check in late made a lot of noise, someone’s dogs barking all night, people knocked on the wrong room for no reason, ugh! Can’t feel safe to sleeping it

It’s a good place for travelers just spend a night or two , its simple but is clean , a lot of parking spaces, food on a walking distance, gas station and dinner across street, very convenient .

Room very clean, provided a suitcase stand, full size fridge. Needs comfortable. Water for shower did not fully transition from the tub spout. Staff very friendly and came to these room to help with these tv.

Staff was extremely helpful... quick check-in...easily accessible room (my husband is in a wheelchair) Really, the only relatively bad thing was there was mold in the bathtub. And someone in the next room ran their tub for 2 hours, it's pretty loud. Other than that, it was nicer than some other motel 6s Ive encountered. Worth it for 2 night stay, budget friendly.

Despite the "No Smoking" signs everywhere, there was constantly at least one person smoking on the balcony and the AC draws that air right into your room, so every day when you open your door it smells like an ash tray. There were also a few drops of blood on the floor that I easily cleaned up, suggesting the room hadn't been mopped before I got in. Everything inside the room looked new and in good repair. Linens and towels seemed clean.

The Motel 6 was a bare minimum hotel. It was an overnight stay and we were tired from traveling. It worked. The side lights at the bed didn’t work. There was some kind of plastic covering on the mattress. (This was noisy at night while you sleep and quite frankly the presence of plastic is a little off putting.). There were no decorations, just cement walls and ceiling. You could hear every noise made inside and outside the motel. There were strange hairs in both the sink and the shower. One final comment, my wife said it was like what she would imagine a room at the prison for conjugal visits would be like.
