Staybridge Suites Chicago-Oakbrook Terrace by IHG

Multiple issues during the stay - elevator was out of service due to maintenance and was given 4th floor room. Had to use the stairs to go to my room. This would have been okay but my access card didn't work when I returned in the evening. Had to go all the way down to get it recharged. This happened twice which had me climbing up and down four flight of stairs.

Very nice hotel however, no elevators currently due to renovations. I was on the 4th floor so, very inconvenient. No info was provided until check in.

This hotel was horrible not elevators and did not notify us when we booked! They did not make accommodation for my disabled wife! Will NEVER stay there again.

Only 1 elevator and being rehabbed on 3rd floor had to walk stairs multiple times to take luggage and such out this facility is in poor condition and needs rehab badly Scheduled for this year but little done so far

Breakfast was good. Separate bedroom and living room. Kitchen with stove and basic utensils with dishwasher. Renovation of the property is in progress hope to see some improved quality of beds and stove with increased in-premise Parking slots for all guests. Overall had a pleasant stay.
