Everyone was super nice in the office. All of the people staying here were pet friendly. It was amazing! The room was clean until someone moved in the second week and brought roaches with them. We only had a few a day but we dealt with them on our own. We would definitely stay again for the money! It needs updating. Their tv service is awful. You have to sign into your account for everything you watch. If you don’t stream you don’t watch anything! Unless others forgot to sign out if their accounts when they checked out. Then you can watch everything in their accounts! They need to fix that!

Floor was dirty, found a sock under the bed, no microwave, old busted up furniture, door was leaky and rain came through the bottom of the door, along with the debris from outside. Horrible.

Staff seemed super nice and accommodating. Hair found on washcloths in bathroom. Most of room clean, however, mattress itself (under pads) were a bit dirty. There was also a pillow cover that seemed to have makeup on it. That said, floors, sheets, sink and shower all seemed clean, if very used and worn out. I recommend this location if you are in need of a cheap, safe place to stay. However, expect it to be extremely bare bones and may have a few areas that have been missed while cleaning.

Basic cheap motel. Plenty of places to walk your dogs safely

Great price and clean room. The young lady(I didn’t catch her name) at the front desk was very helpful and responsive when I needed to check in early and check out an hour late. No microwave, iron in the room if you need it but it’s a no frills room so I can’t be mad at that. If you need somewhere to get a good comfortable night of sleep or just relax and you don’t need too much, this is the place to be.

Dirty floor , light in bathroom didn’t work, advertised a hot tub in the room but there wasn’t one, WiFi didn’t work, flies in room, toilet was plugged up, lock on door kept clicking and sounds like someone trying to enter room….all around very bad accommodation, maybe worst I ever had except from in the Philippines

Floor was dirty. Hot tub was dirty and the bed was a full not a king.

Harassment by local PD, no rooms with fridge after saying rooms did have fridges & purchased food. That went bad. Will never stay here again

Taps when turned on made a horrible noise. Sink drain didn’t drain. Faucet in tub/shower also didn’t work well. Booked the room with a fridge but the room didn’t have one.

No female should stay at this property alone. Seriously shady people give human trafficking vibes. Room was dirty and cleaning lady left a pair of dirty underwear in the bathroom. Also first room had bedbugs, i asked to be moved and next room had roaches

Everything was great cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly with a smile all the amenities I needed in one place, especially the Coney Island and Taco Bell. That’s right within walking distance thank you.

Room was dirty when we arrived, had bedbugs, hotel staff was rude and then when asked for a refund they didn’t give it. Don’t recommend unless you want a few new pets to bring home.

Room wasn't really mopped good, or swept very good. Still had dust and stuff under each bed. Also, the floors weren't as clean as they should've been.

Terrible asf literally the room was not cleaned disgusting blood stains on sheets, all the towels were used and wet and brown left on the floor and sink, the toilet and tub was filthy with dirty and pee everywhere , the bed was not made or even attempted to be made had old sheets balled and covers on the bed like someone got up and left they didn’t even clean it for the next people which is us

One room the door would not close enough to lock and the bathroom was gross, the other room had dirty sheets and the phone didn’t work at all! Cheap prices mean they don’t care if it’s clean. Not to mention the dogs in every other room were all barking.

There was lot of hair on the floor, hair around the sink and inside the toilet and shower. The mini fridge was left open when I entered the room and the floor was wet around the mini fridge. The towels had stains. The lock on the door was loose and didn’t align with the door easily. There were many guests yelling and dogs barking in the parking lot all day and all night.

Horrible stay. First room I was given smelled horrible. It smelled like a ton of lemon scented cleaner trying to cover pet odor and the TV did not work. The second room I was given did not have the horrible smell. The sink is clogged and does not drain. Front desk called to complain about me using the shower. The bed is so uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

Lots of homeless and drug users. Wifi didnt work. Room was full of flies. Think i killed most of them. Ice machine worked half the time. Constant police presence made it hard to sleep. I smoke cigarettes and everytime i went outside to smoke at least 3 people asked me for a cigarette. It was a horrible experience. I only stayed there to use the wifi for my job. When i called the front desk about the wifi he said its spotty and i should go across the street to tim hortons like he does. I will never be back there. And its really noisy so sleep was not a option. I would compare it to a complex trap house

This was one of the nicest places I've been on a budget; very quiet. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Definitely would book another stay if I have to be in the area again.

I was absolutely pleased with my stay at Motel 6 Farmington. I've stayed at a few Motel 6 locations, and always a consistently positive experience. What particularly drew me was the comment a reviewer made who said that he stays here regularly, and cited the staff friendliness. I was curious, and could not agree any more! I'd gladly stay here again. The desk manager was polite, efficient, helpful, courteous, and professional that I seldom see in any profession any more. He is so naturally good at it that he should be an instructor in hospitality management. The check in was quick and efficient, which is another added bonus when you arrive late in the evening after several hours of driving. I made contact with the maintenance staff and said "Good Morning", and received an enthusiastic, "Good morning, sir!" response. That really makes my day for people to be courteous and engage in polite pleasantries. The room is sparse, but functional, and just fine by my needs. I wanted a clean, convenient, safe, property where I could stay, and this was right on target, including in the lowly nightly room rate. There are some fast food restaurants that you could hypothetically walk to (across the busy road), so food is rather convenient. I'd happily return in the future!

The worst place to stay. Go literally anywhere else the staff is beyond shady.

The property managers were very inconsiderate. They misled me to thinking I had paid for an additional night. They went into the room and threw out my son’s personal belongings which included clothes, shoes, driver’s license, medicine, awnings for truck, medical papers and toiletries. I would have paid the additional night had I been informed. If you check my check in you will see I signed up for September 7. I should have checked 7and 8. When I gave my credit card to the manager he pretended he charged the card for an additional night. When my son returned at approximately 1:30 Saturday all of his belongings were thrown out! The property managers lack integrity and transparency to the customers. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

Check in went fine but when asked about a lower level room due to being handicapped they said that there isn't one clean so they wouldnt be able to accommodate but gave me a room on the 2nd floor. And said its just a few steps to go up. More like 15-20 steps but anyway. And the room was ok for what the price was . It was clean, the bathroom was clean and the only thing that there was a problem with is the refrigerator didnt work. But overall it was annok place to sray for a night and price was good!

Some staff is pretty dumb. Mark is outstanding and the GM is wonderful…everyone else is useless. 3 times to get a room key right in a 20°f snow squall… I shouldn’t have to go to the office three times to get a key done right…

Good morning great location for my work schedule

First... I read the reviews before I booked thinking " oh great, were only staying two night this looks fine." We show up and there are police out front-- We are trying to check in and someone is screaming out front at there wife, girlfriend, etc. The guy checking us in is in a panic and has the door locked and is standing there watching out looking for the Police... Right then I knew I made a huge mistake.. We finally get checked in.. upon walking to our room there are multiple people *living in this motel* . There are cats going in and out of the room next to us.. with there door wide open.. They were one of the poeple who were apparently living there. It was just full of everything.. Next we walk into the room. The smell was HORRID. It smelled like hot throwup mixed with some type of chemical. There was old french fries on the floor next to the bed and some random lip gloss. The bedding.. if I had a black light I wouldn't even wanted to know what was on it. So as I'm sitting checking the sheets for bed bugs I pull up the mattress.. OMG the amount of stains that was on this thing is absolutely disgusting.. It was yellow... there was pee stains, stains i didnt even want to know what they were, blood, etc.. And at that point.. Im like okay I cant stay here.. I go to look in the dresser, and 4 roaches.. yes 4 of them scatter across the dresser drawer back into crevices and that did it for me.. never got my money back because i booked through a 3rd party, but DO NOT STAY HERE.
